My burrito bowl fix is a must on a weekly basis. I love the chicken burrito bowl with the works with chips and guac on the side. The guy always remembers what I want and even my tortilla on the side. The only minus two stars is because of the Beverly Hills High kids who swarm this place and lunch and make the place a less enjoyable ambiance. They also have this thing where if you dress up as a burrito or a burrito bowl on Halloween, you get a free burrito. I have yet to see that. read more

Ok, 5 stars alllll the way. I know Chipotle has been around for a really long time but I had my first bite late June of this year. Seriously its so inexpensive and clean. I loved this Chipotle! I'm from Houston and were visiting and came across this Chipotle. The staff was so friendly! As soon as we walked in they all greeted us in such an upbeat cheerful way. Food was great. No complaints. They gave me plenty of meat in my bowl. There is outdoor seating as well. read more

i do not even live in the area. and they told me i can't order because they thought i went to a middle school that they had banned because they trash the place. i do not attend the middle school and they wouldn't serve me. i showed them my school id and had a long talk with the manager. he would not let me order and gave me an option to order if my parents came in. i am extremely disappointed. all the employees have attitude and rude comments. i was starving and they wouldn't serve me FOR NO REASON even after I waited in the whole line. I've been to Chipotle countless times. I'm not expecting the stars and the moon, just a competent employee who can understand my simple burrito order and keep it moving down the line. This location however, has some serious staff issues to address-specifically with the Tuesday night shift. I've been in twice now, both on a Tuesday night and the staff is openly arguing & shouting at each other and the girl taking orders is completely incompetent. Oversteaming the bejesus out of tortillas, asking how many tacos I'd like (isn't there a standard number per order?), and arguing with the cashier while preparing my order. It's not enough to scare me away from the Chipotle at large, as I rather like the food-but this location is just drama each evening I visit. read more

It's Chipotle...we all know what's being served here. As far Chipotles go this one tastes better than most for some reason. Might be that it's in Beverly Hills or for whatever reason but to me it's better than most others. The people working here are also friendlier than other Chipotles. The rush of annoying BH students that come in after 3 is a big turnoff but any other time this is a great lunch option on a crowded block. read more

Chipotle's product is the same wherever you go, and if you like it then this is a great thing. This branch, however, is the closest to UCLA and filled to the brim with local young people and college students. Parking is hard to find or kind of expensive if you park in the underground lot, but that is my only complaint. It is clean, the employees are friendly, and the food is great as always. We decided on getting something healthier to eat hehe This location is right in the middle of everything and you can people watch all day long. I got the 3 chicken soft taco w/a lot of veggie and my friend has the salad bowl. After eating it, I felt a lot better about my eating habit and feel great afterward. so i totally just added this business. and now hope that i didn't start a trend where people will travel from all over the greater los angeles area for this chiptole. so here is a huge secret that i am sharing so please be gentle with it. but chiptole makes some insanely strong margaritas. that only cost 3.75. and no need to tip a server. i know what you are thinking, chiptole margarita? really? i never can finish my second, and always am super buzzed. (note: i love the chiptole margarita so much that my last two birthday celebrations have started off with some pre-drinking at chiptole) the reason why i put down this chiptole down is because they are not judge-y when it comes to trying to get drunk at a chiptole. (trust me i've drank at the bev center one, the grove, and culver city (which has no margaritas only beer). the last time i was at the grove, i ordered two margaritas, the girl asked me to see the id of the 2nd person. i had to explain to her they were both for me. her: wide-eyed shock. at the chiptole on beverly dr. serving 2 margaritas is just a regular thing for them. also the first time i learned of the margarita they allowed me to order just that. and when i ordered a second round is when they made me order chips with my margaritas. and insider tip: never order just one. go for the two. cos then you don't have to get back up in line again. read more

Chipotle Beverly Hills is an oasis of affordability in a town characterized by expensive luxury eateries and shops. True, South Beverly Drive is more affordable than "north of Wilshire", and there are other choices in the same price range as Chipotle (like Subway), but if you want to actually eat well, then Chipotle stands out with the best quality/price ratio, and judging by how busy this place can get, the locals must agree. The staff at this location are consistently friendly. The food is of course tasty, made from all natural, fresh ingredients. There are however, a couple of drawbacks to this location: 1. There is limited on-site parking (their parking lot holds about 6 cars, and always seems to be full), but for cars entering before 6 pm, there is 2 hour free parking in the South Beverly Drive city lot up the street. 2. For some reason, if there is a line, it moves glacially slowly. It could possibly be that the customers here "micromanage" the preparation of their orders more than at other locations (what a surprise, in Beverly Hills of all places). read more

Chipotle is my staple spot while I book out of Tomoko Spa in B H. . . It is not easy finding a quick healthy fast food place in B H. They really are efficient in their burrito making and the ingredients are on the healthy side. . . I usually order a burrito either steak, chicken, or sometime sofritias with brown rice, black beans, fajita veggies, three salsas, corn, sour cream, guacamole, and lettuces. It usually sustains me through my arduous work of Massage Therapy at the Spa that is starting to get really busy. . . I love the day crew. Everyone is super welcoming and polite as soon as you walk in. They are always smiling and friendly. However, I've had a couple of bad experiences with the night crew. They tend to ignore customers to continue with their own conversations. Food is always good though, and day crew tends to put extra everything which I like too. read more

Be careful of EXPENSIVE ADD ONS! I ordered a salad and a burrito last night. In the menu description of each item, guacamole is a listed ingredient, and it is an available ingredient in the line at the restaurant when the items are being prepared. No mention is made that guacamole is charged as an extra, nor does the person preparing the order give any indication that an extra charge will be added if guacamole is added to the item ordered. HOWEVER, for each order an additional $1.95 charge was added for guacamole. That is almost $4 for two meals!! This feels like a deceptive practice to me. The prices in the restaurant need to state that if guacamole is ordered, an additional charge will be added. Otherwise this food just isn't worth it. I can see an extra charge for GUAC if being ordered as a side, but not as an ingredient in a burrito or salad. read more

My 3 year old and 1 year old LOVE this place. They now have a kids meal which includes an organic milk box, along with a quesadilla, rice, beans and chips. Not the healthiest meal - though their guacamole is awesome but affordable and easy. The staff is super nice and we make a big mess and they never give us a second look. The only negative is that it is overrun with high school kids in the late afternoon - stay away at that hour, it will ruin your meal as they are rude, loud and inconsiderate.
