Literally the worst service ever. There were at least 10 people working and only 1 person in front of me in line. It still took over 10 minutes of me waiting in line because the girl at the register had no idea what she was doing. It didn't seem like she was in training, but she could have been. Even then, she was still clueless as to what she was doing. She told me to swipe my card so I did. Then she goes "oh wait no don't swipe yet" after I had already swiped my card. She then tells me to swipe my card again even though I told her the first charge already went through and she said "no it didn't" and charged me twice. Then she tells me as I'm leaving to check my bank account because she thinks she charged me twice. I called once I got a chance to check my balance and told them I was charged twice. The girl on the phone told me I would have to come in for them to fix it which is completely ridiculous. I live 30 minutes away so by the time I drove back and forth my food was ice cold. While waiting for my refund the girl on the register was still clueless. Note for management, don't leave someone in charge of people's money when they don't know what they are doing. Probably the worst Chipolte we've been to. Tried this location twice now, both times the staff were rude, especially compared to other locations which normally have great customer experience. Also, if you use the gloves, change them after cleaning, wish I'd seen that before hand. And what's with the flies? read more

Somebody else said it but i'm going to say it again, recently something has changed at this chipotle and i dont know what. I used to go here all the time with my friend and people were great. Recently, that has changed. The other day, I came in again to order togo and nobody was ordering or in line except me. I stood there for a bit while they were talking and occasionally looking at me. Then finally, once a line started to form behind me, she came up to me. I don't think the girl knows how to smile or even serve if you want me to be honest. The only thing she really knows how to do is close the lid cause that thing wouldn't budge when i tried to open it. Also, nobody cleans the place. There was sweet tea spilled under where you would actually get the sweet tea and there were crumbs everywhere. This place is on route to closing down soon if they don't fire all of their employees and find decent ones but i'm all down for that to be honest. read more

Never tried a chipotle before, decided on a whim to try this one. Neither me or my boyfriend were impressed with the food. Chicken was terrible quality, I had to spit half of it out. It wasn't "actual" chicken, it was chewy...the kind that you know is not real chicken. His steak was of the same textures and qualities. Never been before so we had no idea it was even a to go/ build your own style restaurant. I assumed as any other Mexican restaurant chips/salsa were just added with the meal... no such luck. But also wasn't even offered it to even order so we did without on that part. They were busy, I'll give them that, but based off this experience we won't be trying it again. I spit more out than I ate of the chicken and was really wishing I had the salsa to make up for the meal I didn't really eat. Not sure if it's just this location that's lacking or if all the restaurants are of the same quality, but really don't think it's all it's hyped to be. read more

The staff here is absolutely rude and disrespectful. My girlfriend walked in to pick up her online order and an employee threw her order at her and walked away to the back of the kitchen. This is completely unacceptable and this chipotle needs to learn how to respect its customers who are just trying to get a meal. read more

WORST Chipotle that I have ever eaten at!!!!! After eating here twice, I can confidently say that I will never eat here again as both experiences were incredibly terrible. I love Chipotles and have eaten at their other restaurants for at least four years now but never have I had such bland tasteless food before. The steak and rice had no flavor at all. I ordered a bag of chips as well and there were only 10 chips in the entire bag..... The staff was young, rude teenagers who just chatted with each other the entire time and I had to interrupt them discussing their weekend plans in order to let them know what I wanted on my burrito bowl. I've been going to this Chipotle for years. This used to be my favorite location because they workers were always nice and served good portions. The manager was always awesome and if you came at the right time he would hand out coupons or offer you extra food on the house. Well, ever since about two months ago this chipotle has gone downhill. i'm not sure if they got new management or what, but they definitely got a whole new team of employees. I'm not sure if literally all of them are new but they are extremely slow, unfriendly and are very conservative with their portions. I had to ask for extra rice the other night and it still was not even enough rice to cover the bottom of the bowl. I could let this go, however, the girl that is always at the cash register is another story. she is extremely unfriendly and, once again, so. slow. One weekend night there was a line to the door and she just took her sweet time and socialized with some of her friends buying food. The line didn't move for almost ten minutes! All of this paired with the fact that the place is usually dirty and they don't keep any of their forks, napkins, etc in stock makes me think that they got new management because I have not seen it this bad ever! read more

We don't eat out much - we're cheap. So, when all the news about Chipotle hit, I wondered more why this place was so popular than how they had the problems they had. When they sent us a coupon for a free burrito (a PR effort, I guess), we decided to take a chance and give it a shot. The tortilla chips are the best I've had. The burrito was expensive (we got a free one, but bought another) but HUGE (we could've both eaten on just the free one). I loved that the millennials on the staff were helpful to us (boomers) who admitted to them we didn't know a thing about how/what to order, there. And I love that they offer healthy food and their website tells you exactly what you're getting. Not sure we'd go back (did I mention we're cheap?), but really enjoyed the experience they offered us. read more

Disappointing food, interior, and service. I ordered the burrito bowl with chicken. I had to ask them twice for more cheese. I watched them put more cheese on a single taco than I got on my entire bowl. Even after asking I still got less cheese than the taco. The food tasted weird and processed. The service people were rude. I had to sit at a dirty table with several people I didn't know. It was that, or stand and eat. It's a hit and miss at Chipotle in Canton. Sometimes the service is excellent and then the next time you go if that young manager is there (facial hair guy) it's terrible. Attitude and thinks he is doing you a favor by serving you. You would think it was coming out of his paycheck by giving me a nice full portion of white rice and beans. Plus the food that's suppose to be hot is cold and out of tomatoes is unheard at a Mexican Restaurant. This is just a few things that have gone wrong for us there. The Alpharetta Chipotle is a little further for us to visit but I would recommend trying that one or another Chipotle because it's good food just bad management at the Canton Chipolte. read more

Absolutely disgusting! The food is great. But the amount of hairs I have found in my burrito bowls is gross. I eat here once or twice a week. The first time I found a hair in my food I brought it up to the counter and they just made me a new bowl.. Didn't even offer a refund. The second time I got it to go and my second bite there was a wod full of hair wrapped in my food. Disgusting!!! If you make a mistake and don't know how to keep your customers hair out of your food, the least you could do is give a FULL refund. read more

I LOVE Chipotle. Have gone all over the country to various locations over 8 years. I just received the WORST customer service ever at this location. I went with my brother and we were going down the line, each placing our order. As I got to the salsa station, I noticed the employee added hot sauce to my burrito (which I didn't ask for. NEVER have, never will. I don't like hot sauce). I politely tell her I did not order it, which in turn she replies with an eyeroll, exasperated sigh and a "YES you did". Never the less, she throws it out and makes me a new one. Was not happy about it at all! Miscommunication happens all the time, what bothered me was her attitude about it. I could have said "uhhhh" she could have heard "hot", it happens. I do not appreciate attitude about it though. I look over to my brother and he seems upset about something. When I get to the cash register, I find out why. His burrito is about 1/3 the size of mine. Granted, the more you put in it, the larger it will be. But I only added tomatoes and corn to mine. Having gone to Chipotle for years, I know what size the burrito should be, no matter what extras you put in it. I go back to speak to the manager to explain I'm not happy about the lack of food in it, and he too speaks to me with attitude. He never apologized, never tried to see it from my point of view. He was very defensive and annoyed. He made me another one reluctantly. I will NEVER go back to this location. Have never been treated this poorly before. read more
