First I will say the burritos are really tasty!! However, the staff is quite snotty, and a little rude. You pay extra for chips, there's no queso and you also pay extra for guacamole, (1.95!) for a small plop in your burrito. I like the organic drinks for the kids and you can tell the ingredients are fresh! However, if you're looking for more selection, more space and more drinks and also free chips and queso, eat at Moe's! Really small place, and quite crowded, because it's new. The chairs and tables are tiny and not toddler friendly, so my husband had to hold our little one. I won't be going out of my way to go here, although it was decent. Every time we've been in recently they are low on food, the tables and cooking are filthy, the napkins are empty, and the line moves soooooo slow. This chipotle was very dirty. Tables needed to be wiped down, for needed to be swept and the trash was over flowing. My family was there at least 45 minutes and I didn't see anyone cleaning the dining area I recommend getting the food to go until they can give the dining area since TLC. I love eating Chipotle but have problems with this location. First they use way to much onion in everything that has onions. The service is slow and the staff doesn't seem to care if your enjoying your time or not. I was filling my drink and an employee was filling the napkins and cup lids, instead of handing me an the other guest a lid or napkin she made us wait until she was completely done putting everything up, wiping down the counter and doing it at a very slow pace, didn't even acknowledge we were there just turned her back and walked off. Due to the overuse of onions I still drive to Barrett Parkway location when I want a burrito and while they are always way busier the staff is much more friendly and helpful. read more

I placed an online order. When I went in to pick it up there was a very long line. After waiting for over 30 minutes I was told they didn't have my order. I showed them the confirmation on my phone. They told me I would have to write my order down for them so they could remake it. My order was then placed behind other customers in the restaurant. When I asked to speak to the manager he treated me as an inconvenience...no apology or concern. When I got home with my order there wasn't any chicken or steak on my burrito or bowls. I returned to the restaurant and spoke to the manager again. He had no explanation for me as to why the meat was left off my entire order. When I asked for a refund he told me he could not give me one and gave me the 1-800 number for Chipotle. When I call this number it is not for customer service, only catering. I have put my information in the online customer service site and also have called an area manager three times and have not yet heard from either. This is an awful chipotle. They have messed up my order three times, and today was the last time. I usually mobile order and I'm in a rush so I run and pick it up. I live about 20 minutes from this chipotle and it's on my way home from work. Today, I picked up my salad order. I got a steak salad with green salsa, some greens, cheese, guacamole, and sour cream. I picked up an order that was steak, but no salad. Just a little leaves of greens, corn, cheese, and salad dressing. I specifically said no salad dressing and I actually cannot eat corn, as it does not sit well in my stomach. So I called and I speak to the manager and I'm extremely upset because this was my lunch and I can't eat it at all so he responds with "Oh let me make it up to you some other time." No I want you to refund me my money. I've already contacted the corporate office and I really hope that this location figures their shit out because this is ridiculous and now my dog is eating this because I can't eat it. read more

i ordered literally one bowl and it took them 30 minutes to make for a pickup. they looked over at the order screen and then ignored it for 30 minutes with me standing there. it really wasn't busy at all. I don't blame the people making the food i blame the manager. she went off to talk to friends while her coworkers were struggling, she didn't even apologize for the wait. she also didn't have her mask on all the way. i'm not usually a karen about stuff like this but i feel bad for the other workers having to deal with such an awful manager. she should be fired read more

I have been coming to this Chipotle for years and it has always been incredible. However, they now have new management and new employees and they seem to not know what they are doing at all. I was basically YELLING my order at the woman and she continued to ask me to repeat what I wanted. I had to say "black beans" to her 6 times. Also, I had to ask for extra of EVERYTHING because they put half a spoon of sour cream, pico, etc. Very upset with this chipotle. I miss the old manager Mario. Not only did the folks at this location fix the problem and make my order ridiculously fast, they didn't charge me a second time for my order. They are amazing. Ooof. Let me start by saying the staff was fine except ONE girl. At first I thought she was the manager because of how she was bossing around staff members. She came into the lobby to clean tables, I had my lid on the table next to me since no one else was eating in the restaurant at the time. She sprayed cleaner onto the table (and into my lid) picked it up with the worst attitude and then asked if I wanted it. Then as she continued to clean kept giving me dirty looks from across the restaurant. Whatever, I can handle that. My boyfriend then got up to get me a new lid to take my food home and she began sweeping UNDER my table (including my feet) as I sat there and was still eating!!!!! What the heck!! Luckily the manager was nice and explained how she will handle the situation. But clearly this is not her first or last time acting in such a way. The employees had nothing but negative things to say about her as well because she tries to act as though she's in charge. Deplorable behavior. Came in first thing when they opened and ordered food. They did not have the meat we wanted so we chose another one. When we went to pay they gave us the burrito for free because they didn't have that meat. I'm a big fan of the build your burrito/bowl type of Mexican restaurants. Chipotle is certainly one of the best at this, fresh ingredients, fast service. However, I deducted 1 star because most of the other build your burrito/bowl type places offer chips with your order for free or rather it's included in your price. It's an add-on at Chipotle. In addition, most of these places offer a salsa bar so you can try a few different flavors. Chipotle offers salsa during the build process, but doesn't offer many different varieties. Overall, great tasting food and a good value! read more

As a connoisseur of chipotle across GA and TN, this one falls short. I arrived shortly after opening time and the tables were not clean. Floors still had food on them. Today we saw the first roach there crawling around where the napkins and straws are. Told the gal at the counter. We trapped it under a shaker so they could find it.
