Always slow and 9 times out of 10 if you order online they will mess your order up. Go to the one in Hummelstown.

Popped by on the way back from Hershey Park and ewww. Food and straw paper littered the floor - a Wet Floor sign was broken in half and laying by the door. The food containers had baked-on, old beans on them and not all employees were wearing gloves. the guacamole was gray so I didn't order it. When I did ask about chips or cheese because the containers were empty, I was met with 'yeah, I can get some' and a sigh. We ate outside because every table inside had pieces of food and staff was disengaged and unapproachable so I wasn't going to ask them to wipe one. read more

Good, polite service although not as fast as some other Chipotle's. They allowed us to do half of 1 meat and half of another meat which was nice. Also, I got a very generous amount of guacamole, which is very important in my book. Overall, a very good experience. read more

Also the food area where they scoop the food was nasty and old. the girls bathroom was dirty and had dirt on the toilet seat and floor. Lastly there where caution wet signs on the floor And I they left them there. they where also not wearing gloloves abc it was really gross. read more

Worst chipotle experience ever. Register was broken and we had to order online. Staff was working on orders as slow as humanly possible and we waited over an hour for two burritos and a bowl. On top of that, our orders weren't even correct. I try to be understanding, but this isn't a hard job to do. Just shows the employees at this location are lazy and don't care that people have other things to do than wait an obscene amount of time for a simple meal. The management at this location should seriously consider firing everyone who works there. read more

Literally a year ago I gave a year ago I came in and gave a horrible review. It's a year now and I yet have to give another horrible review. I came in yesterday hoping to give this place a second chance. It was not busy at all I brought my mother, younger siblings and my boyfriend. My mom asked for something more and the girl on the left gave her horrible faces and mugged my mother. I after asked if I could get fresh rice because they were serving me hard nasty rice and she mugged me and said something under her breath. After we were trying to pay and her and the cashier were talking a whole lot of shit in front of me and said nasty shit of my mother as well. We paid and she continued to fall in front of us as customer. I ask for her name and rudely she said" why do you want my name for" Knowing she was in the wrong. I asked for a manager and the manager did no correct her at all, I told her I worked in the food industry as a manager I know that employees like her should be fired and not professional. I could have done a lot more then just speak with a manager because She acting like a bitch and childish. I hate this place and if i could give it a zero I would. Mostly like to report her but chipotle won't do anything about it. I am also upset because the manager was there and she did not do her job with this employee. I myself would have removed her from the restaurant and terminated her. Even the cashier girl was talking horrible about us. Should have consulted Yelp before stopping here on 2/17/22 to pick up dinner, but Chipotle is Chipotle, right? Maybe not this one. I walked in and found out they were only taking online orders due to being understaffed. I am by no means a Karen, but I was seven months pregnant at this time and starving. So I placed an order on my phone from inside the restaurant and waited patiently while two teenagers slapped orders together. Props to them for hustling while having to deal with annoyed patrons. However, the food prep area was filthy and visions of Listeria danced in my hangry head. My order came out at the estimated time and while it looked like it had been drop-kicked into the bag, I still ate it like a gremlin. Good news: I did not get food poisoning, but I'll still be avoiding this location in the future. read more

VERY disappointed in what could - and should - be a near-flagship location. I ordered ahead on the app at 6:01 pm for an order to be ready AT 6:30 - exactly when I was to be passing by according to Google Maps. I arrived at 6:30 on the dot. My order was sitting forlornly on the bottom shelf of the unstaffed pickup area. The tag stated it was completed at 6:04!! Both entrées and the chips were a lukewarm, soggy mess. Furthermore, the orders were assembled UPSIDE-DOWN - that is, the hot, moist food was in the PAPER LIDS, covered by the FOIL containers! Thus, the paper "bowls" (actually covers) almost disintegrated because of the hot, gloppy food therein, especially after sitting for 20-plus minutes. If this cumbersome, foolish ordering process is the norm, Chipotle needs to get a clue from Five Guys. They drop an order from five to zero minutes before the scheduled pickup time. That way, you might have to wait a couple minutes more, but you get that food piping hot, right off the grill/right out of the fryer. I would NOT have minded waiting five minutes for HOT, not-soggy food! Two stars only because the food serving size was bountiful, and it was overall still somewhat edible - primarily because we were starving. This was my fourth visit to this location, and the worst. The others were solid "threes" or three and a half star visits. read more

The restaurant was not cleaned, the floor was not wiped, all garbages were piled up. While we were eating at the restaurant, my son got stabbed by a BEE. His pinky finger started to get swollen. One of the employees gave a bandage and alcohol pad upon my request, but none of them came to ask if the boy was ok, which really upset us. We ended up going to the ER at the night. We went Hersheypark for a vacation, but the whole night was ruined by this incident . read more

I placed an online order for pick up around 4:30 pm with a 5:15 pm. I arrived to the restaurant at 5:15 pm, no food on the pick up shelves and 2 people were waiting for their orders. I was told I had one order in front of me. At 5:40 pm I asked for the order to be cancelled and a refund. I was told a refund can only be requested online, not in the store. I got my order at 5:45 pm. My kid's meal with missing chips and sides, I had to ask for the milk and my husband's burrito was a mess. This was the WORST experience. To top it all off, the food had to be eaten after our 6:30 show at Hershey Theater. read more

I feel like this location has gone down on quality, seems like they are always under staffed for the amount of customers in the store and balancing mobile orders so you always have to wait for the mobile orders and the line forms to the doors! The last 2 times my daughter and I came we had a long wait and food was warm basically cold by the time I got home. They also run out of items, Hopefully they can staff better and get it together or we will have to pass in the future on this location. read more

I went into the Chipotle and the tables were all disgusting and had food on it. The workers didn't even clean the tables. The bathroom had mud on the floor right next to the toilet seat. I came here after an evening at hershey park. I wasn't up for culinary experiments at 9:30 pm. I was also with my kids. "When in doubt, hit up chipotle", I always say. We walk in and there was quite a long line (this doesn't affect it's rating, just surprised) While we waited in this absurdly long line, I got to observe the staff and really look around the restaurant. All but 2 of the tables were filthy. The bathrooms were gross. There was a strong cheese smell in the dining area, and the servers were quite off. Orders were mixed, food wasn't being dropped on time, just really chaotic. Please take my review date into consideration and don't go at night. I'm sure a manager will catch wind of the disorganization during the evening shift. Till then, STEER CLEAR! I will revisit this a few months down the road. I am too big of a chipotle fan to give up on this convinient location for economic post amusement park Sustinance . read more

I went opening day. Note: Do go to a place on opening day because it was pack like I thought but the line progressed well. It was a small restaurant then the one in Harrisburg. The people were pretty nice even though they were busy and working well together. The food did not last great to go still good but that was my fault to rush to the theater. Went to Candylane in Hershey Park this past weekend and decided to give this place one more try as it was on the way home and we were pretty hungry. Got there about 30 min to close with 2 people ahead of us and it still took a while before the servers even acknowledged us. They served the couple before us, then filled an online order (2 bowls piled high with food) then looked at us like we were a bother. Ran out of veggies, mild salsa, corn and cheese by the time we got up there and when we asked if they had any more we were just met with shrugs and "Sorry". I've had better, I've had worse. Really convenient location near Hersheypark. Glad the place wasn't crowded (yet, curiously, parking was at a premium,) but the patrons in the place didn't believe in allowing anyone personal space. I've been in packed Chipotle locations with way more room to breathe. Not that the establishment can really do anything about its customers, just felt it needed to be mentioned that if you're in line asking for ingredients, expect to have some guy's face nearly touching yours because god-forbid they wait a minute until you finish. The staff was very friendly, but it seemed to take a while to wrap our burritos and get the proper ingredients. By the time I was able to eat, it wasn't even really warm. Meh. read more

I stopped here while visiting Hershey for a conference. The service was friendly and quick, but that alone is not enough to keep me as a customer. I witnessed a employee drop a tub of red onions into the floor. Another employee helped pickup the red onions - they simply put the onions into the black tub, and then placed them in the kitchen where they belong. I don't care how many layers get peeled off - those onions should have been tossed in the trash. I quickly lost my appetite. read more

Don't even think of making an online order at this location. I have done it 3 times. The first time they simply lost my order. The second time they made the order wrong. The third time they were 25 minutes late with my order (3 burritos). I could have gone through their regular line 6 times (I counted!). These people are clueless. Went to Chipotle and they didn't have any chicken and were in the process of cooking some so I offered to wait. They ended up comping my whole meal for making me wait, chips and guac and drink and all. Super unnecessary but a very cool act of kindness.... can you say extraaaaaa guac on that chicken bowl??? I've been to chipotle in many states, this location suck ass. The girl with a tattoo on her left arm was barely putting food in my plate, never spoonful, just at the tip or pinching ingredient with 2 fingers. I asked for more rice and she sighed. They don't offer you trays and the sour cream is milk consistency. Fake a little smile, you work in the customer service business. She doesn't seem very happy to be there. If I was the manager...
