This was my second visit to this Chipotle location, and unfortunately the experience was again disappointing. I understand that they stay busy with both dine-in and takeout orders, and I'm willing to give grace where it's due--but the overall operation here feels chaotic and poorly managed. Whoever is running this location clearly needs support and a better system in place. The cleanliness was the biggest issue. The floors were dirty, tables were messy, and trash was overflowing throughout the dining area. In a restaurant this busy, tables and trash should be checked and maintained every 30 minutes to an hour like clockwork. Paying customers should not have to wipe down their own tables or hunt for a clean place to sit. Basic supplies were also missing. There was no ice in the machine, no forks or spoons stocked, and lids for drinks were nearly gone. The counter area was dirty as well. These are fundamental details that should be monitored continuously, especially during peak hours. A simple restocking and cleaning system would make a huge difference. What made this more frustrating was seeing several employees standing around behind the counter, appearing overwhelmed and unsure of what to do--like deer in the headlights. Time wasn't being used efficiently, and no one seemed assigned to maintaining the dining area or addressing obvious issues. With clearer roles and leadership, this could be avoided. With the increased cost of eating at Chipotle these days, you'd expect that higher prices would come with a cleaner, more organized environment. Right now, that's not the case at this location. The food itself is fine, but the lack of cleanliness and organization makes it hard to enjoy the experience or want to return anytime soon. read more

Solid Chipotle pick up order. Placed the order online and they provided a time for when it would be ready, which was convenient. Salad bowl with steak and pretty much all the fixings. Meat was a little bit dry, but the moisture from the salsa brought a bit of life back into it. Well balanced on how much the bowl was loaded. read more

Idk what's worse. ..Skimpy portions, poor & slow service or the tables haven't been serviced in forever. Went to get a fork and they are in the aholder & sticky and wet soaking in mystery juice... Big fan of this Chipotle given the convenience of the location. The store itself is usually clean and well kept. The downside is there is no bathroom Every time I go on the weekends, the server there consistently gives me a great portion. The flavor of the food itself has always been good and fresh so far. Good place to come in for a quick grab and go lunch during the workday. Pretty much the same as any other Chipotle. I got a steak bowl with a tortilla on the side to bring back to the office to eat when I was in town. The food was fresh and tasted pretty good. read more

This chipotle gets higher than normal. I posted an online order and I have been traumatized by waiting for my food at order time and chipotle not fulfilling it when they said they would so I purposely placed an order for 11:40 and not pick it up until 12. We'll when I get there, there were no more utensils. But my order was ready. I had been walking around with the bag for like 2 minutes to grab napkins and stuff and took maybe 15 steps away from the restaurant and the bag rips open from the bottom of the bag. The chipotle didn't close the lid to one of the sauces I had asked for on the side. I came back visibly upset that the bag ripped open from the bottom. I asked for a new bowl. No questions asked the employees took the receipt from the mobile order and made me another one. I had separate order for my coworker that was ok but they gave me an extra bag for security. I felt like the could have thrown in like free guacamole or chip for coming back but overall they handled everything the right way. The understood the mistake and corrected it. The guy making the burrito bowl was friendly and efficient. I came in at 1:30, so the lunch rush had passed. The problem came with the big, surly girl at the register. She was slow and unfriendly. She tossed my change into my hand so that it bounced out onto the counter. Maybe she was aiming for the tip jar. But that's not all. The counter with the utensils was dirty. Even the containers that hold the utensils were dirty at the bottom, where the fork tines touch. They need to clean up their act. There were enough employees around. So many poor reviews! I wouldn't say it's the best Chipotle I've ever been to, but it's just what you'd expect. It's in a convenient location, as long as you avoid the lunch rush. Sometimes they run out of specific items and are a bit blunt. On the other hand, some employees are more friendly and generous in serving. It's pretty much what you get at a standard Chipotle. This Chipotle is right by my apartment so I've been here literally dozens of times, but I don't go anymore after I got food poisoning. :( For what it's worth, out of those dozens of times, every time besides the last was fine. But the last time I went there, the rice was almost uncooked. It was hard and powdery in the middle, like only the outside was cooked and the inside wasn't. I powered through because I spent $10 on that dang burrito, but I regret it because around 15-30 minutes after I finished the burrito, I got the worst pain in my stomach and became best friends with my toilet. And no, that hasn't happened to me before when I ate Chipotle. The two stars is because some of the staff here are sooo friendly and nice. There is this one guy who is like best friends with everyone. Because it's a really big location with a super busy lunch rush hour, they have many employees. I feel like your experience really varies with the employee. Some of them are new and might get some stuff wrong, which is probably the source of the uncooked rice. Placed an order using the Chipotle app, and over the course of 20 minutes status went from 'order placed' to 'preparing order' to 'ready on pickup shelves'. Arrived to find pickup shelves empty and about 20 customers waiting for pickup orders, in addition to the 30 customers in line to place new orders. Several customers told me that their order said it was ready 1 hour ago and they still were not able to pick it up. So here I am, out $12 and no food. Also, tried using the app to say I had an issue, and the app chatbot just said it was "unable to process my request at this time". Why in the world does this Chipotle have only 2 stars?! This was a 5 star experience!!! I've been to many-a-Chipotles, and this was by far the best. Portion size is hit or miss depending on which location you go to, and I usually get extra chicken. Here, they scoop so much chicken I don't even ask for more. They are very generous with their servings here, and I'm biting my tongue writing this, hoping they don't scale back. The only negatives I can think of are the wait (if you come late), and the seating wasn't the cleanest. That said, I Chipotle (yes, it's a verb) to eat Chipotle, not to admire clean tables, and it gets a 5/5 for fulfilling my verydeliciousfood requirement. FWIW, I have one coworker who comes here multiple times a week and several others who visit at least 1-2x/week, and they also love this location. PRO TIP: Come before 12:15pm for lunch. I have ordered either pick up or Postmates probably a dozen times over the last year. Nearly every time they get my order wrong, sometimes wildly wrong. Ordered chips. No chips. Ordered two cokes. Got a juice box and chocolate milk. Ordered chips. Got queso and guac but no chips. Ordered a Barbacoa quesadilla. Got a kids chicken quesadilla. Ordered large chips. Got kids size chips. I wish someone would have taken the time to TEACH each member how to properly wrap a burrito and how to properly add portions into a burrito. I was getting a simple burrito ( rice, beans, cheese, and steak) and this person put a half of spoon a beans in my burrito. it was only until i said JESUS that she looked up and. asked if wanted more beans, yes, as long as you don't tell me that that's extra. Been eating here for years unfortunately due to the location and it's been consistently bad. Food is ice-cold and rice is super mushy and literally congealed into a giant, tasteless blob. It's like they're overcooking it, adding too much water and smashing it down into bowls or something. The meat is usually 90% fat too, and also cold.
