Yeah, I would recommend this place for the food. It's pretty predictable, chicken, beef, pork, lettuce, cheese guacamole. But today I went over there and picked up an catering order. I stood at the cash register for quite a while. Finally somebody came and helped me. The other person was helping make a burrito. Finally somebody came out and I said I came here to pick up a catering order. Oh, let me go. See if it's ready I waited and waited if they came out and she had a big box huge box I can show you a picture and she put it on the table like where people eat and she's let me get the other one I go ok so they're here's these two huge boxes and that was it never said thank you do you want to review the order well the lady that was getting her burrito made she came over and she says do you need help taking that out to your car? I said that would be so great so she followed me out with the big box. Her name was Justine and she works for In-N-Out. So the people that work at chipotle need to get some manners like the In-N-Out employees the In-N-Out employee does. He mean work at chipotle and she's still kind and thoughtful. Maybe that's what they should hire at chipotle kind thoughtful people. The kids that work at chipotle need to be trained by the same people that train In-N-Out. Just saying. read more

I cannot get over how filthy this place is! As soon as we walked in, we could see the dining area was a filthy mess tables not prepared for use and the Glass that protects the food preparation area from the customers was disgusting and desperately needed cleaned. It was around 8:45 PM Friday evening and we were the only customers waiting to be served for over five minutes. We ordered a couple chicken tacos with a side of chips and cheese. So we went to eat outside on the patio since it was 75° out. Not only was our food barely warm but the flour tortilla was kind of hard and stale. Then our chips were stale and the cheese was more or less cold. There's no way tacos or cheese dipped into a cup could have reached that low of the temperature in less than four minutes. I do not know what's going on with this location but this is the kind of experience that we have had here countless times before. I have not encountered experiences like this at other locations. When I say this place is filthy and grimy i'm telling you that it gives off a vibe like there is no supervision and the employees have zero sense of pride. The grill where they prepare their chicken and steak is disgusting, the floors look like they haven't been mopped or swept in days and don't forget the ridiculously loud vulgar hip-hop music playing in the back that you can hear throughout the store. It's absolutely ridiculous and it is clear that chipotle does not oversee their stores. Came in to order , what automatically caught my eyes were the counter to pay , counter to prep the food , and counter right behind that were so dirty and filthy with so many different condiments , food / & cheese . I came late afternoon on a Sunday and had a fine experience at this Chipotle - the gal who helped me and the two customers before me was very sweet, asked us how we each were doing, who's playing the football game, etc. Sure, a few of the dining tables inside looked like they needed a wiping down, but I ordered to go. Also depending who is working that day, one person could give you a lot of food and another person would give you barely any food in your order. Most of the complaints are very similar with this location so this isn't a surprise. I put in an order for pickup at this location and it was supposed to be ready at 10:40 PM. and it was not! I understand they close at 11:00 PM, however why would you still accept orders if you guys are putting everything away and there's only "scraps" left. I understand that Chipotle, just like every other fast food restaurant, you get what you pay for. It is not going for best restaurant of the year, but one could only hope they'd do better. When I got there my order was not ready and I can see that they hadn't even made it yet. They made my bowl within 30 seconds it seemed like, HARDLY ANY MEAT because there wasn't much left, threw everything on with as little as possible it seemed and the girl who made it was rude. Yes it was close to closing so "she had a long day or something going on" but at the end of the day she was rude and made the bowl poorly. Again you just expect more from places where it is not wine and dine. I had to get double protein because i wanted both chicken and carne asada.. but the mistake i did i got chicken 1st ..and after i saw how it was..i just made it double and paid extra for it. fajitas.. super little, queso was good portion but ofcourseim paying extra, corn very little, just a strip. Salsa somewhat good portion. Pico de gallo somewhat good portion. Sour Cream good portion. like they like to call it .. GUAC! good portion, ofcourse I paid extra.. lettuce not good portion.. but i added cheese and they gave me a lot which melted good .. props to that .. and I bout a Large bag of chips which was less than half full..dont know why they call it Large.. and I purchased Chimichurri and it was less than half full.. though the flavor is there..I dont understand why theyre so stingy with the portions they give.. but besides that, the tables were dirty and with so many staff members.. no one bothered to clean them. I just told my husband that this Chipotle is like an abusive relationship. There's so much wrong but for some reason I just keep coming back. My kids love Chipotle, it's on the healthier side of fast food for those crazy nights where we're rushing from one sport to another. But that's about where the good stops. We went again last night and when I walked in, my daughter who is 10 commented on how it was actually clean inside. Because usually there's all kinds of food and trash everywhere. Right after we got in line, a big line formed behind us so I think during the rush is usually when it gets so dirty in there. We ordered our meals and the woman who helped us check out was unfriendly and seemed annoyed that I used a half-birthday free drink coupon and asked for the receipt. She forgot to give us our son's kid's chocolate milk so he didn't have a drink for his meal. We were eating on the go after my husband and I switched kids to take them to sports so I gave my husband the meal labeled as his. Well, it turns out they labeled them wrong so he got mine and I got his and we were in different locations by the time we opened them and realized. The chips were stale and hard. The location closes at 11pm and we got there at 9:55pm. They were running low on half the items and everyone working was rushing to clean up and get out. There were no black beans, fajita veggies, and running low on white rice, steak and sour cream. Couldn't order what I wanted and it was frustrating seeing them try to ration the sides and protein they had left. The people behind us were over served on items they had plenty of, like chicken, while toppings like sour cream barely made the plate. However, I've noticed a consistent issue lately--when I come around 8:00 to 8:30 PM (well before closing at 11), they're often out of something- like chicken, cheese, pico de gallo . I understand the importance of managing waste and staffing, but it's disappointing for those of us who come in later and still expect the full menu. We frequently order vegetarian burritos through Postmates, and love the freshness of the food. Yes, it's Cal/Mex, but it is challenging to find beans cooked without lard or bacon at authentic Mexican restaurants, and the Chipotle Burritos are well-composed and flavorful. We had a bit of a hiccup on Tuesday night's order, and we called the restaurant and spoke with Jonathan, the general manager. He was not only polite, but he was sympathetic, warm, and offered us a return in-person meal with extras. We greatly appreciate his receptiveness and willingness to help. Worst Chipotle experience I've had. Our fam visits a Chipotle about once a week. And I'm normally pretty happy. Tonight the service was awful. The people working didn't appear to know how to work together as they all 3 were asking me questions and looking confused as they were helping. They also just plopped all the foods with watery bases onto my tacos making them super soggy and gross.. The bowl was so watery it leaked through my bowl through the bag and onto my car .... On top of that the line was crazy long and the restaurant wasn't clean. The lids were all over for the drinks, trashes overflowing etc. This is the first not happy Yelp review I've ever left ... I come here every few weeks on my lunch break. I normally don't have issues here, but today I was a little confused about how the summer rewards that you can get each day until August 11th work, so I asked the young man at the register if I need to add it someway or if I can choose the item and just scan my QR code. He said I don't know and I said you don't know? And he said no, and looked at me like I was asking the most annoying thing and like why should he know the answer to this question. I take my granddaughters here pretty regularly. It's always so so but our last visit was a disaster. Every employee who we interacted with along the ordering line was not engaged or friendly and in fact rude. Their positions get smaller and smaller. EVERY person before and after me had to ask for more rice. My young granddaughters even noticed, saying "they must all be new because they didn't care". They also forgot their drinks and chips. This is the most mismanaged fast food/fresh fast location of any brand I have ever been to. Each and every time we go I hope for it to be better. Having grown up in the business, I always give restaurant owners some slack. This location is dirty, not overly friendly, portions are less than Chipotle guidelines (I have researched) and they start closing at 9pm, even though they are open until 11pm. You can not say you are out of cheese at 9pm when you just don't want to put more on the line. You can't be "out" of steak, veggies and more at 9pm because you don't want to make more. I have hosted so many fundraisers here and it bums me out. Go to Chipotle in Old Town Orange and let them give you some support on how to run a good franchise. The potential is there because you have a good brand but at this rate, this location will last another year at best if the health department does not shut you down first. Pepper just keeps apologizing and telling me it's been more than 7 days, or sends me to a "LIVE" agent who then apologizes and said we will pass on the info and ends the Convo or apologizes and ghosts me and stops responding.
