I've been a chipotle customer for many years, using the rewards program and buying at multiple locations. I think I'm done after my visit today. I understand inflation and high turnover of employees due to current situation and all that, but enough is enough. Their prices have gone up and their portions have shrunk considerably, even rice part of it. Now, they literally put a tablespoon of meat, and it seems they're purposely trying to charge you $4 for another teaspoon of meat, because they know you won't be satisfied with the regular potion. And even then, for some it may not be enough meat to be full. By the way, I'm only 165 lbs. Well, I won't be paying $14-15 per entree anymore. There are other options out there. read more

Every time I go to this location they continue to get worse and worse. Hours posted are incorrect, the app also has a different set of hours. I went in and they said that the equipment is not functioning so they couldn't make burritos. Along with not having rice, the equipment was used right in front of me so I asked and they said they won't have tortillas for a few days. This Chipotle is the poster child for dysfunctional management. After placing an order, staff would not let us use restrooms, stating they were "closed", as they were too busy or understaffed to clean them before the restaurant closed. This happened about an hour before closing time. That is the dumbest excuse I have ever heard, and no restaurant in their right mind would do this. What they were really trying to tell us, and other parties who asked the same question, is that they are too lazy and don't care about the customer. Restrooms are to be open until the last customer leaves. That is Basic Restaurant Management 101. They were referring customers to the gas station across the street for their bathroom-related needs. The thought of using the bushes outside of Chipotle briefly held the number one spot on the charts, but ultimately, I, and others in my party, used the highly touted gas station bathroom. Since we had traveled non-stop from northern New Hampshire, a restroom, combined with cooperative staff, was something we were hoping would become reality. This happened after we placed our order, otherwise, we may not have eaten there. Oh, and the food was mediocre at best. Meat was not warm enough. A solid one-star, for complete mismanagement, and laughably ridiculous excuses coming from the employees. ----------- Update: Now two reasons for the one-star review: 1) Restroom issue, 2) Rude management. On Thurs. 7/8, I spoke to Paige who is the "Restaurateur" (according to the business card an employee gave me on 7/5). She was extremely rude and defensive when I brought up my concern about the early restroom closure. She made it very clear that she did not want to deal with customers, despite being the apparent point of contact. She rushed me off the phone, and said to contact corporate. She also said that corporate had already spoken to her. But when I asked her what the resolution was, she said "none of your business", and proceeded to hang up on me. Clearly not cut out for being a restaurateur. Because of Paige's temper tantrum, I was motivated to contact corporate, plus the Better Business Bureau, and the Middlesex County (MA) Dept. of Health. My kids wants Chipotle for lunch. I went to store and was told they do not accept order in person. I then asked if I can make a call to place an order. I was told it is automatic phone and the order might not go through. I was told that I have to order online or use their app. I then order online. Chipotle cannot seem to beat the allegations of their portion sizes. The first worker that made my bowl, although he was a very nice young man picked up the most minuscule amount of every ingredient to put onto my bowl, it was actually comical to watch I was cracking up but not in a good way. The second lady that worked on my bowl was extremely unfriendly, and when I asked for extra corn as it is my favorite ingredient, she did not give me extra corn and legitimately slapped again only about 10 kernels onto my bowl. My sister asked for chicken on her bowl and actually got 4 pieces you could count as the guy did not give a scoop but barely dipped the spoon into the chicken. For the pricing of chipotle and the cost of the sides, I just believe that chipotle has gone down hill which makes me sad since it is one of my favorites and I just got back from 5 months in Europe and was craving it the whole time, sad this was my first experience in my time back. read more

Chipotle Westford is just okay. I stopped in recently for a quick lunch and got right in with a minimal line and wait. I got the chicken burrito bowl which was fresh and tastey. What got me was that they over charged me - charged me for a steak. I did not call them on it- but their communication needs to be improved as well as to stop overcharging customers. This time, I got a small amount. I then asked for fajita veggies, again, smaaaaallll amount. Everything was small, amounts. When it came to the cheese and lettuce, I can see 1/4 of the bowl wasn't filled. I had to ask for extra lettuce and cheese. I got a drink too. Now, guess what? I can usually live with retail people who hate their jobs, but today the employees at Chipotle in Westford set me off. They seemed to be in a hurry and were rushing people through the line. They were not even pleasant. They were clearly in a rush. One woman said what she wanted. They didn't hear her and got mad at her when they gave her the wrong item. They had to throw out the dish and start a new one with the ingredients she asked to have in the meal. I get to the register, pull out a $20 to pay and tell the cashier I have a dime. She says she can't take the dime because she already rang in the $20 and the POS counts out the change. I asked if I could return the change and add the dime for a $1. She said no and wasn't nice about it. Within a second of saying no to me she was asking the lineman what was in the next order so she could ring it up. I've been here twice in the last week (Chipotle addict). The first time, I did get the brown guacamole, which was, as you can see, not very nice looking. However, the food tasted great and the service was also good. The reason I give five stars is because the food AND customer service at this location were PHENOMENAL the second time I visited (today). I actually ran out to my car and started writing a review from my phone, but my burrito was so good that the review had to wait. But seriously, GOOD JOB to these Chipotle employees. I worked at Starbucks for 6 years - - I know good service and this was top of the line. The employees were upbeat, friendly and attentive. The energy and positivity was outstanding - - the type of experience that makes you leave the building with a goofy smile on your face. So brown-ish guacamole is gross, but mistakes happen... and I'm confident that this location is managed well enough that customer complaints would be resolved quickly and respectfully. read more

I've always liked Chipotle ever since working in Roselyn in the DC Metro area and knowing that I could get a fairly healthy meal fast and quick. They are to Mexican food what McDonalds is to American food - fast, decently priced, and filling with good taste. When they opened in the old Burger King in Westford, I was pretty psyched because I knew that they would give a Friday night alternative to the standard pizza-take out fare we had been stuck with since moving into town. Service is generally very good and the servers quick to get you what you need. Every once in a while, you do get someone young person who is a bit skimpy with things, but most of the time, the portions are big and filling. If I do have a complaint it would be more with the Chipotle neophytes that order in front of me that are looking for things off the menu - folks, everything is in front of you and that is all you get. If you want something besides fast food, go somewhere else. I have seen the 'brown' (oxidized) guacamole and will avoid it then, but when it is green, it is very good and I don't mind the upcharge. Once in a while, the chips will be over salted, but they are usually very fresh and tasty. My usual is a burrito bowl (I'm looking to keep the sodium count down and on Chipotle's website they indicated that their tortillas have over 750 mgs - which I should mention the website as a great way to check on what IS your nutrition numbers for your choice of burrito) with white rice, black beans, and pork. All the salsas, including the corn, definitely hit the spot. read more

When you go to Chipotle, you expect consistency from location to location and shift to shift. However, it seems like this location tends to drop the ball during the evening shifts. There was no line in front of or behind me when I was ordering, but the two people making my bowl decided to rush through my order. Not only did they sloppily throw everything together, but they also messed up twice because they were moving too fast and not listening to what I was asking for. Apparently, they don't know how to put on a lid either. The bottom of my bag was soaked and as I was carrying it, my bowl broke through the bag. Unfortunately, this is not the only poor experience I have had with the evening staff. They need to step it up. read more

Great cheap lunch! If you only order as much as you actually need... the portions here are OUT of CONTROL. I do not need to consume 1/4 of my body weight for lunch. With that being said, instead of getting the horrifyingly HUGE burrito or THREE tacos, I order 1 soft taco.
