If you're in town for work or play, plug this one in the GPS, if you're local you already know. Great clean sport bar, burger joint vibe. Full bar & it's hard to find words to describe how great this food really is. Greeted right away by several staff. Bacon cheese burger, fried pickles, Dr Pepper & water all around. Love this place & very much worth the drive from anywhere in the metroplex. Get here & enjoy big screen tv & sports bar vibe, World Cup Action was on while we visited.

Delicious warm chicken tenders comes with bread and fries and gravy, the fried pickles are amazing too. One of our favorite places to go, seating outside or inside. Has heaters to outside bar too. Service here is always great! We normally sit at the bar and always have a great experience and food!

Atmosphere is fun! There is indoor and outdoor seating. You get to choose your table. Order is done at the front and you are given a table sign with your name on it. The food is brought out as it's done. The food is ok, it's not the best burger I've ever had but it's still better than fast food. I feel like the flavor is lacking on the patty.

Good old fashioned burgers. Choose your toppings and sides. Pretty straight forward. Quick and friendly service.

Chips is always a guarantee. Instead of going for the same burger I usually get, I tried the Rage (burger special), which was awesome (see photo!). Also, the Jalapeño Poppers are five stars. Friendly service, great food.

It has been a hot minute since I have visited Chip's but have been several times mostly for lunches. The best part is the patio and boardwalk to pretend we don't live in the concrete jungle with the small lake view. They are a counter service business and they do get busy so you may be in the order line for a bit during lunch rush. They have a very extensive menu with something to please everyone. I have typically always gotten the burgers with different toppings depending on my mood. The fries have always been good and crispy. The food quality has always been consistent and a solid option for lunch.

I have been going to Chips for years! So Saturday night, my husband decided he wanted a burger and I immediately said oh I haven't taken you to Chips yet! So off we went. No I will be honest, I typically order the kids meal so I can order fried pickles. It's a huge order for an appetizer, we are talking about the thin slice pickles that are fried too perfection and of course it comes with ranch for dipping. If I'm even more honest, I would probably just order those as a meal! My husband ordered a burger on a poppyseed bun, and he added jalapeños, bacon and cheese. He said it was one of the best burgers he's ever eaten. It's always super busy on a Saturday night, but their wait staff was on point! I think my only complaint is that they need to do some upgrades to the restaurant. We did sit in the bar area and I wasn't keen on having a fan sitting on the floor blowing on me while I'm trying to eat. The bathrooms are old and it does show. This location is in a awesome area, with a man-made pond and fountain outside with a boardwalk to wander around. Just know that when you go on the weekend, there are lots of kids running around unsupervised. So between dodging and weaving the children and the amount of noise that they create, it takes away from the peacefulness of the boardwalk and fountains. I personally would go on a weekday night if you want a nice walk around the pond.

Relaxed atmosphere, good food and fast service. They have seating both inside and outside with an open bar view. Plenty space for kids too!

Affordable, Delicious, Great Menu! My first visit. This is the kinda place you order with the cashier at the front, then seat yourself and they deliver your food to you. I didn't find the staff here to be very friendly. The cashier did greet us as soon as we walked in the door, but she never smiled and it just didn't feel genuine. She waited patiently as we placed our order, then said "thanks" as she handed me a table number after I paid. It took a minute to find a booth that was acceptable, as most were dirty. The overall ambiance is casual, chill and relaxed. Surprisingly, our food arrived shorty after we sat down. Everything looked great, but the fries were cold. I went back to the grill to ask for some fresh fries. Overall, the food was very delicious. I had the Portobello Mushroom Burger and it really hit the spot. Everyone in my group enjoyed their food. I took off one star because of the dirty tables and unfriendly staff. Other than that, the food is definitely the star here. Recommended!

The burgers here are so delicious!! Always fresh and made to order. The service is awesome. They really make you feel welcomed. The bar is nice and stocked. 10/10 overall. Great vibe.

I ordered the turkey burger along with sweet potato fries. Unfortunately, I was brought regular fries instead, and neither the fries nor the burger really matched my personal taste preferences. That said, food is subjective, and what didn't work for me may be exactly what someone else enjoys. The service was okay overall, and one thing I did appreciate was seeing people genuinely interacting and talking with each other. In a world where everyone is often glued to their phones, it was nice to see a place that seemed to encourage conversation and connection. While my meal wasn't a favorite, I can understand why this place attracts a crowd. I'd still recommend giving it a try and deciding for yourself, especially if you're looking for a casual burger spot with a busy, social atmosphere.

There was plenty of seating at the restaurant with long tables, sit down tables, and outdoor seating. After choosing our table we waited 15 minutes before our waitresses showed up. They were very busy with the lunch rush so it took awhile between everything. It even took awhile to get our waters. One waitress was in training and learning from the other. The positive was that the waitresses were friendly throughout. After looking at the menu and waiting another 15 minutes we finally placed our order. We got our appetizer after waiting another 15 minutes. Thankfully that held us over until we got our burgers and fries. We started with tostada chips and queso. It was good and we ate it up pretty quickly. We requested another basket of chips to finish off the queso. To eat with our burgers we ordered hand punched fries and sweet potato fries. The hand cut fries were nice and thick and you could taste the salt. I enjoyed eating them with ketchup. The sweet potato fries were also thick and salty and you could taste the flavor of the potato. No need for ketchup with these fries unless you want it. For my burger I ordered the HL Hunt cooked medium which comes with white cheese, bacon, blackberry compote and mustard. The burger was filling, the cheese was melted but it had little flavor, and the bacon was chewy. The compote was my favorite part of the burger as it added a slightly sweet flavor. I requested a medium cooked burger but it didn't taste that way but it was still good despite that. Overall Rodeo Goat has lots of seating and friendly staff but I would go at an off peak time so that you don't have to wait a long time for everything. The food was still good despite the wait.

We ordered the classic "double-double" burger, Kenny's steak bomb sandwich, and the Asian salad. The burger was delicious, nicely grilled, juicy, cheesy, and greeesy (which means it's good!). The steak bomb was great as well. The shaved ribeye, melted provolone, mushrooms, onions, and peppers all came together to make a fantastic sandwich. The beef steak was savory, and the portion was generous. We also loved the Asian salad. It came with cucumber, tomato, red onion, and avocado, along with toasty cashews and a sesame ginger dressing. The decor and theme are inspired by New Orleans/Creole/Cajun vibes, and it's beautifully put together. The layout of the location is a slight "L" shape, so seating can be a bit limited during busy times. It's a seat-yourself setup, and they provide QR codes at the tables for you to place your order and pay when you're ready. Now, onto the food and service. Unfortunately, the wait for both food and drinks were longer than expected, even as the rush began to die down. Our pretzel appetizer didn't arrive until near the end of our meal, and sadly, it was overcooked. Drinks The beer was great and a definite highlight of the experience. Here's what we ordered: Appetizers Giant Pub Pretzel ($13.99): A 12.05 oz pretzel served with signature beer cheese and beer mustard. Unfortunately, this dish was a disappointment. Despite being called "Giant," the pretzel was thin, and was a bit overcooked. While we enjoyed the beer cheese, the beer mustard could have stayed in the kitchen. Loaded Broccoli ($8.99): Steamed broccoli seasoned with Cajun spices, topped with melted cheese and your choice of chicken, beef, or pulled pork. I chose chicken, which was delicious and well-seasoned. However, the cheese was a huge letdown, it had an odd, roux-like texture and flavor that nearly made the dish inedible. Entrée Voo-Dill Pickle Pizza ($12.99): Made with roasted garlic pesto, fresh mozzarella, thick-cut pickles, and a special Voo-Dill seasoning. While the concept was intriguing, the execution fell short. The pizza crust was undercooked, and the pickles seemed like they were added at the very end instead of being baked with the pizza. The garlic pesto was the highlight of this dish. Desserts -King Cake Slice ($3.XX): Clearly store-bought and not made in-house. It also took a while to reach our table, which was odd considering it's pre-packaged. The kitchen area even had the King Cake box visible. Beignets ($7.99): Over-fried and served with icing that was overly lemony, which overpowered the dish. Side Order Jalapeño Slaw ($2.99): The star of the meal! It had the perfect balance of mayo and vinegar, with a fresh kick from the jalapeños and Cajun spices. I wish I had ordered more! I think this place has a lot of potential. The concept is fantastic, but the kitchen needs improvement. I do plan to return and give it another try because the space and the idea are great. Hopefully, next time the food lives up to the vision!
