I had the New York steak, it was very good melts in your mouth. My son had the Chicken pasta and he cleaned up the plate! If I could give this more than five stars I would .

Came in to celebrate a belated Valentine's Day! My husband and i love chop for the service and food. Every item has an elite taste. Every staff member is incredibly friendly and helpful. They all stop to check in and assist. We both got steaks, drinks & the bread as an app. It's a must. If you're looking for a splurge date night/ this is a must!

Do not eat from this restaurant. I repeat do not eat from this restaurant me and a Couple friends went out and I decided to get the chicken as you can tell from the photo. It was horrible. Also, the restaurant and other plates smelt horrible.

The price point just doesn't match the quality. our waitress Carissa was the best and really made our experience. Our ribeye was so tender and flavorful. It was also perfectly cooked. Every thing else was lacking. Definitely skip the mac & cheese and it's 99% mac 1% cheese. The fondue was really yummy and probably the only thing worth ordering again, but it felt like they could serve more cheese. The restaurant is small and was quiet when we were there which also added the experience! I just would expect more flavor and better portions at this price point.

I soo wanted this place to be a 5 star - it's a very nice steak house, in south chandler and great service, but 4 stars is probably fair. My wife and I had made a reservation here to celebrate our anniversary on a Friday evening. It was fairly busy, but we could have had a table without a reservation. Service was amazing - i dont recall our servers name, but she was really good. My wife went with the summer 3 course "fixed price" menu. Starter was Heirloom tomatoes & gorgonzola salad, really good. Main was filet - cooked perfectly and great tasting. Dessert was bread pudding and it was also delicious. I opted for a "chef special" Argentine ribeye, really good, but not thr best. Our server also brought us a slice of cheesecake for our anniversary - again, she was the best part of the dinner. Food preparation, portion and flavors were really good but their prices are outrageously high - you can get steaks as good at other steakhouses in the east valley. Biggest disappointment was the dont serve prime rib! How can you be a top there steakhouse and not have prime rib on your menu? Finally, it is a really nice steakhouse in the south part of chandler with a very nice ambiance (kinda dark and romantic), I just wish their prices were more competitive - and they should really add prime rib back on their menu.

Pricey. Was the service great? Yes. The ambiance was of a dark cozy bar/lounge. Not great for two guys just catching up wanting a good steak dinner. The food was good. We started with the steak carpaccio which tasted a lot like roast beef. Not much seasoning. Rich beef taste. Thicker than most carpaccios I've ever had. For mains, I had the catch of the day. Snapper with Brussels. Good hearty portion with tasty veggie side. Finished off with a bread pudding ala mode. Great food. Better service

Went there back to back nights this week. Service was 5 stars on Monday. Little less than 5 on Tuesday, but the food, drinks and atmosphere made up for it. Great for date night or dinner with friends. The Maui Rib Eye was fantastic. Had it the first night. Second night went with the Sea Bass which was superb.

This place was amazing and I can't wait to go back. We initially went here on accident and decided we'd go back. We sat at the bar and made it in right before the crowd arrived. In recommend going early if you can. I had the bang bang shrimp and shared some of my hubs fries, both were amazing. I can go on and on about this meal but I highly suggest you trying it yourself. The marg was so good that I drank it super fast. I loved it and had two. Hubs loves his wings as well and said they were some of the best he's ever had. Definitely try them out!

Our yearly visit to Whirlwind is not complete without experiencing this gem. Wish they would put one in N Scottsdale? Ambience is great, food is consistently wonderful, staff are always friendly and you too can experience the thickest biggest pork chop that exists outside of a large hog. Menu has some great choices, the facility is split up into formal dinning, outside patio, bar seating or large group high tops. The different meats we've had here are always cooked perfectly, great price on oysters and very flexible menu options. The bar has a very large selection of all kinds.

At one point, we even asked ourselves why we don't come here more often and not just for special occasions. The only con we could come up with? Parking can be a bit tough--but easy solution: valet. We all ordered the small filet, and every single one was cooked to perfection. The Caesar salad was excellent, with just the right amount of dressing. We also shared the truffle mac and cheese and the potatoes au gratin--both were generous portions and absolutely delicious. To finish, we ordered The Movie Ticket dessert: Flourless brownie, caramel popcorn, marshmallow, salted butter powder, and dulce de leche gelato. My daughter said it was the best dessert she has ever had--and that's saying a lot. We will definitely be returning and can't wait to come back.

Nestled in historic downtown Chandler, in the narrow sliver of Boston Street, the speak-easy themed cocktail bar and restaurant is located inside the former home of the Chandler Arizonan, the city's original hometown newspaper since 1912. With exposed brick walls and rich wood finishes, the historic site provides an upscale, contemporary urban and industrial-chic setting. After easily finding parking in walking distance from the entrance, we arrived shortly before midnight of the 7th. They were closing soon, but we had enough time to order a round of craftly-made cocktails and beers to down quickly. It helps when your friend knows the bartender. Enter smiley face emoji here. THE BRICKYARD DOWNTOWN is credited for the first place that I ever tried a CLOVER CLUB, a pink, frothy cocktail with fruity, citrusy, velvety qualities. I was instantly tickled pink, literally, by the nostalgic feel of the elegant concoction, topped with artfully designed egg white foam and served in a vintage-style champagne glass. What a beauty of a drink with a touch of class and sophistication! Almost made me want to throw on a flapper dress and dance the Charleston...until I realized the need to balance from the powerful punch in the serious drink. Fancy, stiff cocktails served at THE BRICKYARD DOWNTWON fo shizz. No complaints about that here! It's been a while since I visited Arizona. Maybe it's time to return. The elevated atmosphere struck the perfect balance of upscale and inviting. Party of four--two of us visiting from San Antonio (so yes... we take our Mexican food seriously), and two who were honestly a little hesitant walking in because the menu isn't your typical Tex-Mex lineup. But let me tell you... by the end of the night, everyone was completely sold. We kicked things off with the shrimp aguachile verde, chips, salsa, and fresh guacamole--bright, fresh, and packed with flavor. Every bite felt intentional and elevated. For entrées, we went all in: Sonora taco, green enchiladas, bacanora tacos, and green chili cream enchiladas. Each dish had its own personality and depth--this is not your average Mexican restaurant, and that's EXACTLY what makes it so good. Service absolutely matched the food. Jasmine was incredible--warm, attentive, and genuinely engaged in making sure we had a great experience. Then manager Kevin stopped by personally to check on us, which took things to another level of hospitality. And just when we thought it couldn't get better... dessert. Kevin brought out an off-menu, down-home key lime cheesecake recipe from his mom--paired with fried ice cream--and WOW!! Easily one of the best desserts we've had in a long time. If you're hesitant because it's not "what you're used to," lean into that. This place is authentic, elevated, and absolutely worth it. We'll 100% be back.

The bar area is especially eye-catching, fully stocked and glowing with color, and the dining room feels open yet still comfortable. Service was solid--friendly, attentive, and everything came out in a timely manner. For food, we ordered the Durango burger and the chicken pasta, and just a heads-up--the portions in the photos are half sizes because we split both entrées. The Durango burger looked thick, juicy, and absolutely amazing when it arrived... but unfortunately, it lacked flavor. We tried adding ketchup to bring it to life, but it still didn't quite hit that "wow" factor. The chicken pasta had a strong first impression--it was spicy and tasted really good on the first few bites. However, after a while, it started to lean a bit too salty. Also, I wish there had been more chicken in the dish to balance everything out. On the bright side, the pineapple martini was a win--refreshing, smooth, and definitely something I'd order again. Overall, this place shines in atmosphere and service, with food that's good but just a step away from being great. With a little more balance in flavor, it could easily be a 5-star spot.

He was attentive, kind, and did his job well. The food runners, however, were pretty disappointing. The girl who dropped off our appetizer didn't say a word, just set it down and walked away. Later we asked her for plates and never received them until the very end of our meal when she suddenly remembered. As a restaurant owner myself, these are the small things I know can make or break an experience. Temperature, communication, and basic attentiveness matter. James deserves better coworkers supporting him, because he was doing his part. Definitely a splurge as the price point was $12 for 5 rolls. I did find myself wishing they were served with a nice French butter or even a honey cinnamon butter, which would elevate these and help me justify the price point. ~ Arizona Restaurant Week which included a starter, entree, and the selected dessert (boyfriend: Oysters + Sushi selection and me: Caesar Salad + blackened Texas Redfish): Both my boyfriend and I throughly enjoyed and thought it was well worth the $55 per guest price point.
