A restaurant week choice on the last day. It was my celebration dinner for me on a successful event I had hosted. I set reservations for 4pm when they first opened. As a rule of thumb I don't usually go to restaurants when they first open or right before they close, but I took a chance here. I was not disappointed. My sister and I were the first customers dining, so there was no noise from talking only the music playing. The playlist had me grooving in my seat and singing throughout dinner lol. Our waitress was great in checking on us, answering questions and following through on specific order requests. I ordered the BLT Salad, Ora King Salmon at a medium temperature, and the chocolate cake. Everything was so great The wedge salad was refreshing, the salmon was cooked and seasoned just right and the dessert was a molten chocolate cake with a nice sized scoop of ice cream on top. I left here with the biggest smile on my face. Looking forward to returning for happy hour during the week.

I had the New York steak, it was very good melts in your mouth. My son had the Chicken pasta and he cleaned up the plate! If I could give this more than five stars I would .

Came in to celebrate a belated Valentine's Day! My husband and i love chop for the service and food. Every item has an elite taste. Every staff member is incredibly friendly and helpful. They all stop to check in and assist. We both got steaks, drinks & the bread as an app. It's a must. If you're looking for a splurge date night/ this is a must!

The price point just doesn't match the quality. our waitress Carissa was the best and really made our experience. Our ribeye was so tender and flavorful. It was also perfectly cooked. Every thing else was lacking. Definitely skip the mac & cheese and it's 99% mac 1% cheese. The fondue was really yummy and probably the only thing worth ordering again, but it felt like they could serve more cheese. The restaurant is small and was quiet when we were there which also added the experience! I just would expect more flavor and better portions at this price point.

Do not eat from this restaurant. I repeat do not eat from this restaurant me and a Couple friends went out and I decided to get the chicken as you can tell from the photo. It was horrible. Also, the restaurant and other plates smelt horrible.

I soo wanted this place to be a 5 star - it's a very nice steak house, in south chandler and great service, but 4 stars is probably fair. My wife and I had made a reservation here to celebrate our anniversary on a Friday evening. It was fairly busy, but we could have had a table without a reservation. Service was amazing - i dont recall our servers name, but she was really good. My wife went with the summer 3 course "fixed price" menu. Starter was Heirloom tomatoes & gorgonzola salad, really good. Main was filet - cooked perfectly and great tasting. Dessert was bread pudding and it was also delicious. I opted for a "chef special" Argentine ribeye, really good, but not thr best. Our server also brought us a slice of cheesecake for our anniversary - again, she was the best part of the dinner. Food preparation, portion and flavors were really good but their prices are outrageously high - you can get steaks as good at other steakhouses in the east valley. Biggest disappointment was the dont serve prime rib! How can you be a top there steakhouse and not have prime rib on your menu? Finally, it is a really nice steakhouse in the south part of chandler with a very nice ambiance (kinda dark and romantic), I just wish their prices were more competitive - and they should really add prime rib back on their menu.

Pricey. Was the service great? Yes. The ambiance was of a dark cozy bar/lounge. Not great for two guys just catching up wanting a good steak dinner. The food was good. We started with the steak carpaccio which tasted a lot like roast beef. Not much seasoning. Rich beef taste. Thicker than most carpaccios I've ever had. For mains, I had the catch of the day. Snapper with Brussels. Good hearty portion with tasty veggie side. Finished off with a bread pudding ala mode. Great food. Better service

Went there back to back nights this week. Service was 5 stars on Monday. Little less than 5 on Tuesday, but the food, drinks and atmosphere made up for it. Great for date night or dinner with friends. The Maui Rib Eye was fantastic. Had it the first night. Second night went with the Sea Bass which was superb.

This place was amazing and I can't wait to go back. We initially went here on accident and decided we'd go back. We sat at the bar and made it in right before the crowd arrived. In recommend going early if you can. I had the bang bang shrimp and shared some of my hubs fries, both were amazing. I can go on and on about this meal but I highly suggest you trying it yourself. The marg was so good that I drank it super fast. I loved it and had two. Hubs loves his wings as well and said they were some of the best he's ever had. Definitely try them out!

Music is always on pointe and I would never change the look or ambiance of the place either. My last trip here though I had to ask about why the menu had stopped changing as often since we were one of two parties there in the middle of happy hour and there was a large framed picture of a bartender with a bunch of signed notes on the bottom of it beside me at the bar. It turns out that one of the oldest curators and bartenders of the bar and restaurant had passed from a drunk driving incident and I had not known at all! Gosh I was so disappointed in myself that I had ever complained about not having a new menu to try after that...but at the same time it was amazing to hear so many great anecdotes and to learn so much more about him and the history of the bar itself while dining this time. The truffle fries were good as well. Braised short rib - I only tried a bite of this one. The short rib itself was very tender and I liked it, but I didn't care much for the puree. It was more of a whipped airy texture and pretty much dissolved in your mouth once you ate it, so I couldn't really taste anything. Truffle Mac and cheese - I didn't try this but my brothers liked it. One said the truffle was faint while the other said it was pretty noticeable lol The drinks were okay and can be a bit pricey. I liked the Crimson Garden because you can really taste the ginger which I love. Honey Apricot Cheesecake - this is a must try. I'm not a big cheesecake person but this one isn't dense like others are. The whipped cream is so good and it's not overly sweet. Lavender Matcha - I'm not a big lavender person but the lavender went well with the matcha. It wasn't too earthy either. If you're on the fence, definitely give this place a shot! Everything else was terrible. And please note by my reviews that I'm an easy grader. Went with my uncle for lunch. We each had the three meat plate. I chose fattier brisket, pastrami and ribs plus two sides. This came out to ~$36 each. Total bill for the two of us was over $100 by adding drink, cookie, tax and tip. My uncle got kielbasa, brisket and pastrami. Our guess is that the food is brought in sealed and they microwave or use some similar reheat method and do no "cooking" there. All of my meats were beyond dry. It's really hard to convey how dry. The ribs were the biggest terror point since not only was it as tough as leather but it tasted like it was doused in iodized salt. My uncle's plate was not any better. The kielbasa was sliced and overcooked so badly that the sliced edges were burnt and frayed - you've got to really try hard to screw up preserved sausage. I could only do a few bites and threw it all in the trash. They were getting busy and I was not going to stand back in line with trays of food to broach the problems. They make sure to ask for a tip at time of order but there's no service for quality control. My uncle texted me later in the day: "Today's restaurant was such an awful choice for BarBQ. I can't remember when I had worse. We have to go to a real good one next time." It is crazy how bad this lunch experience was and a rarity that Yelps score misses the mark so badly.
