A quick salad joint is exactly what I've been wanting for so long... I've been here twice now and on both occasions service was extremely quick! The staff was also very informative, knowledgable and friendly. All salads can pretty much be modified for diet needs or preferences and can even be turned into a wrap. Unfortunately, the prices don't match what you actually get (imo). Substitutions and add-ins will quickly make it pricier. $10+ for a somewhat small salad is pretty steep especially considering the options are simple ingredient combinations; nothing signature, hard to find or can't easily make at home. I'll likely come back if I'm in a hurry and have little options but I can't say I'll be a regular. :( read more

That being said I just opted for a Santa Fe. Didn't wanna have to think too hard and I truly do enjoy most types of cilantro dressing. But not this time, or my taste buds are way off. I think someone messed up and gave me the wrong dressing. Due to the fact that it was delivered there's not much I can do about it. It tasted like some fucked up mint vinaigrette and not at all like lime... disappointing. That being said, I was hungry and still ate the salad. Also the amount of chicken is not their strong point. Loooooove Chop Stop. The Glendale location is just 5 minutes from my house so I'm there often. Every time I go in I'm greeted with a "Welcome to Chop Stop" proceeding with them asking if it's my first time there. When I say no, they welcome me back. There is one young lady that remembers me and says "welcome back" every time I come in. It's nice to be remembered. Customer service is huge to me and they excel at it. The food is great too! It's always warm and fresh. Ill admit, if you go after 9pm you're bound to get hard-ish rice, but it's understandable since they're close to closing for the night. This is my go-to place. One of my favorite spots to grab something healthy, my go tos range from the cilantro bowl with cheddar cheese & black beans to the cob salad. Portions are HUGE so it's great because for the price you get something healthy you can eat more than once. Always fresh, and this location trains their workers to be very prompt. Parking can be tricky depending on the time - this is a generally busy lot, so getting nearby parking isn't always a guarantee. Staff is always friendly though, we've yet to not be greeted or welcomed upon entry. And they keep the place clean. As I pulled into the Von's parking lot , I saw the words " more than salad" then I saw the fit group of guys coming out of this kind of a place that looked like a hut. And I decided I better eat what they are eating. So, I went in and followed their directions about how to order and I got one of the best salad's I've ever eaten no my life and I easy a salad almost 5 times a week. It's not fancy and most of the seating is out doors but the ingredients are fresh and the portions are generous with reasonable prices. I would give it 5 stars if they had more ambiance or desserts... but you can't always have everything all the time. But then again, 4 stars out of five is still pretty darn good. read more

Second time here. The salads taste great. The price is advertised for $7.99 for any 6 toppings but that's basically the price for a vegetarian salad. All proteins except for tofu and egg are considered premium and costs an extra $.75 each. So since I made my salad with roasted chicken, it cost an extra $.75. Total was $9.53. Not a cheap salad but the many choices to customize seems to make it worth it. Tastes fresher than the prepackaged salads from the markets. Parking lot is shared with IHOP, Rite Aid, Honey Baked Ham, etc. Not bad. Location prevents it from getting crowded though. read more
