Love going to chopt! It's conveniently located right down the street from my work. Staff is very friendly, nice clean atmosphere, portions are generous, food is great! The only con is trying to find parking during lunch hours but other than that I've had nothing but great experiences there. My favorite is the spicy santorini and the chicken Santa Fe. OVERPRICED. I purposely made a Yelp account to give this place a review. I ended up getting a Kebab Cobb sandwich (which was really a wrap) and it end up costing me almost $10. It was mostly lettuce too. This place is mainly tuned for health snobs or women that feed into the organic selling point. I'd rather grab a salad from Giant across the street for $4 then to come here. Or go next door to Balducci's and get a $7 sandwich that would be more filling and have better ingredients. read more

As smart as i usually am i decided at 12 noon on a weekday to get my lunch from chopt. Well, no need to say the line was ridiculous long and i almost got into a fight with another driver on the parking lot bc it was so packed. The staff inside handled all the chaos very well, they worked very quick. I had the steakhouse salad, which was reallly good and the steak was juicy and tender. Ok so i am not a big fan of dressings but it was busy so i didn't want to hold up the line and tell them. I moved to pay for my salad while it got done and the guy who chopped it even waited for me to come back and asked me how much dressing i want. The portion was definitely more than enough for me, so i think thats the perfect lunch for an average, mostly sitting woman. So I never post a review but I felt the need to get some sort of message out about just how bad the costumer service is at this location. (There's a summary at the bottom of you want a condensed version of events) Imagine robots from 1985 that barely work... except creepier. I walk in with my brother to order 3 salads... an additional one for my mother. Right from the first interaction I was confused and questioning every step. I was "greeted" with a "what do you want" and from then it just gets more bizarre and interesting. Then my brother and I place our orders but for the protein they just decided to put chicken in my brothers salad without asking or my brother saying a word more than I would like a Mexican Caesar. My brother was visibly upset since he wanted to chipotle chicken instead and rather than remaking the salad or helping us out or asking if that's ok then proceeded to the dressing station. Where I asked for Mexican goddess and instead received Mexican Caesar. Once again I was visually upset at this and they once again did not make any effort to fix or even help out the situation. Rather than demanding these "robots" to make us new salads we realized it wasn't worth our time our money to ask them to completely make a new salad and probably get it wrong again. Once at the check out counter. I asked 4 times for bread for all three of us... only got two pieces. Then the silver lining of all of this is that they couldn't even ring up the order correctly so all of the proteins we got didn't end up on our bill. What a terrible way to run a company and I definitely won't be going back. Something needs to change management wise or leadership wise because I was honestly in shock walking out of there with what has just happened. Love the concept! You pick the greens and other ingredients, then they chop it up to your liking along with mixing in the dressing so you get all the flavors well distributed. My fav (let's be honest, it's the only one I've had...three times :)) is the kale caesar salad with carrots and hearts of palm, croutons, and creamy caesar. Just went to eat lunch here. Very dirty, very overpriced and menu is not clear. Dont be fooled, order off of main menu and delete items you dont want. Cheaper than doing custom. We frequent Chop't quite often. Really enjoy their 60 day rolling menu. It's always nice to try something different or fresh. It's also awesome for getting a quick lunch that fits into daily calorie requirements and they have such a variety. If I need to stay light, Palm Beach or Steakhouse. Some of the others like the Cobb or Mexican Caesar are awesome if I need a heavier lunch. I also really like the rice bowls, though don't get them too often. This location is fast, clean, and super convenient. Had the Roasted Corn Cobb Salad today and it was great! read more

I got the Santa Fe salad with chicken. It was pretty good and they filled the bowl to the brim. A decent amount of food. Next time I would ask for less dressing because it was drenched with it. They also give you a slice of bread on the side. I don't usually eat salads when I eat out just because it's cheaper to make it at home but my friend wanted to go here. It's worth a try but at $10 I think I would go somewhere else. read more

This is one of my favorite places to have a healthy salad. I always enjoy getting the chicken tinga bowl but just recently they made changes to the chicken tinga salad and now they say we don't chop this salad. If I want to mix this salad with romaine lettuce or spinach I should be able to. Also, the service here is not always that great. A lot of men work at this location and they're not always friendly. After taking two bites out of my salad, I found a long, very dark hair all twisted up inside my salad. It was absolutely disgusting. Best salads in the area and amazing customer service every time. Kale Caesar is the best on the menu. Go at least 15 minutes before noon unless you want to wait in a serious line. If you're concerned about calorie count, make sure you take the dressing into account. The calorie counts next to the salads do not include the dressing. read more

I will never order from this location again. My salad arrived and most of the lettuce was wilted and brown, and ALL of my avocado was brown. ALL OF IT. DARK BROWN. I can't believe the salad was made with it looking like that. I'm guessing whoever made it just didn't care. I spent the first 5 minutes of my lunch picking the nastiness out of my salad in an attempt to salvage something to eat. Spicy Greek is my new favorite seasonal! The unusual peppers and use of pita chips for crunch made this salad fantastic. As a vegetarian salad I was skeptical about how filling it would be compared to my go-to Mexican Caesar with chicken, but to my surprise the Spicy Greek held its own. I eat salads every day for lunch and/or dinner. I've tried Chopt a handful of times and always feel like I'm eating a tasteless bunch of lettuce and accompaniments. Maybe it's the vegetables and meat I choose that is the problem, but I just can't seem to get it right there.
