Without a doubt, Chubby's Diner is my favorite restaurant to get brunch at. My partner and I go at least once a month. The place is clean and busy often, but I have never had to wait too long for a table. The service is fast and all of the employees are genuine and friendly. Eating at restaurants can be expensive, but the food here is reasonably priced and very good! If you have a craving for biscuits and gravy, this is 100% the place to go to!! read more

Crispy outside great... but wait.... rubbery outside so cooked too long or sat on the greasy grill. 2. Denver omelette was well presented, lots of ham, onions, some but not enough bell peppers, topped with grated cheese. Ok so far great, but they put Velveeta cheese on the inside? Why for the love of foodies... why ruin what was to be a great omelette? Wife's pancakes were good and large. Scrambled eggs were good. Sausage was ok, bacon was basic and thin. This is a great brunch option in Roseville with little to no wait. Called in advance on Mother's Day and they were unable to tell me if there was a wait. However, we went for it and got sat right away! Service was excellent once we got there and the food was delicious! Despite being in a shopping center, the diner was cute inside and it did the job. Vanilla with chocolate sauce, whip cream and a cherry, and it's enough for 2! We also ordered a mushroom burger and a patty melt. The food here was unbelievable. For me, the staple of a breakfast joint is a good chicken fried steak and biscuits and gravy. The biscuits were fresh baked from scratch and tasted homemade! The gravy was creamy and delicious. The steak may have been premade but was still perfectly cooked and seasoned. My son has the kids pancake special and I tried a little of each item. The best pancakes I've ever had. The eggs were scrambled perfectly and the bacon was thick cut and prepared just right. Alex waited on us and was kind and efficient with a fun sense of humor. The diner has a bar and booths that feel like a 50's diner! From the greeting to the white glove service from Tatianna and Cynthia down to the absolutely amazing food - I was blown away. These two young ladies were so attentive and It enhanced the experience in a manner beyond refreshing. Coming from North Carolina, the experience was on par with the southern hospitality that ones receives in the south east. The diner is very much so cozy and has American icons along the walls.
