Went there yesterday with my niece and a few family members. Purchased a summer pass but the manager or whoever that person that acted like she was in charge was super rude and failed to explain the summer pass properly. I paid for the pass and $60 worth of food thinking it was discounted but after reviewing my receipt realized it wasn't. I had to download a qr code from an app and present at the time of food purchase. That's silly. The discount should have been taken right away or at least be explained that a qr code was needed. She couldn't be bothered explaining those details. That person shouldn't be working at chuck e cheese. I came back to purchase trampoline time and she was gonna charge me 20 bucks when it should be 10 bucks cause i just purchased a summer pass. She said she didn't remember me and asked for my receipt. I spent another 50 bucks to get additional time since the summer pass is only good for 45 games as opposed to buying time on a regular card. A much better deal. I had my daughter's birthday party today. Some positives... I enjoyed the convenience of pre-booking the party online, and also being able to change the guest list. Our host was very nice and polite. The food was hot and came fast. We were able to use a coupon to order more food with our host. My daughter was extremely happy and enjoyed her birthday very much Some negatives.... they were supposed to do a birthday celebration at 12pm but didn't start until 12:20pm. All the kids kept leaving because they just wanted to play and "were running out of time." That was a major delay for a 2 hour party. For $60, I kept four kids entertained for 3 hours (about $5.00 per kid per hour) in a safe, clean and fun environment. One of the things I love about Chuck E Cheese is how they stamp your hands so they know which kid goes with which adult. Because of this, I can safely find a table to sit and read my Kindle while the kids run around and scream and play. The places always clean, staff are friendly and when a machine is not working, there's usually someone there to fix it and give the kids you some extra tokens or tickets for their trouble. Pizza here (call me crazy) is one of my favorites (besides Papa Murphy). Kids love it too. One problem I did have is there was a mix up with the order (they either gave me the wrong number or gave my pizza to the wrong table) and it took over an hour for the pizza to arrive. I am not a fan of Chucky cheese, however, on a rainy day with nothing much to do this location isn't bad. Went on a weekday not packed at all, no waiting for machines. It's extremely clean; machines, tables and the floors were wiped down and vacuumed really well. They have a good variety of games and machines for all ages. The Chucky cheese mascot was actually there and engaging and interacting with the kids there which was a nice thing for them. However, The prices of food are steep for a personal cheese and small drink $18. And the amount of tickets games give for playing is considerable low compared to how many tickets prizes cost. My work is hosting training at my house in Brentwood, and so I was delegated to get lunch for all 35 guys. They decided they wanted pizza and wings so I quickly scanned DoorDash for options. Enter Chuck E Cheese: not exactly the place I think of for food. I had never been to a Chuck E Cheese as a kid and I never imagined childless adulthood would be my first experience but here we are. First of all, I decided to call them and make the order rather than DoorDash because it's just better for large orders. I called 15 minutes before they opened and they answered - yes! Getting a large order made same day is a huge burden so I wanted to make sure I didn't waste a single minute getting my order in. The staff who answered was extremely professional and helpful in getting this started. They said my pick up time in an hour was totally doable. So 12 PM comes around and I go to pick it up and they had everything labeled and ready to go. Best part is that it was still steaming hot! Both employees that helped me carry the 12 pizzas and 13 orders of wings to my car were very kind and professional. I got the pizza and wings back to the guys and they were all asking where the pizza was from because it was so good! Oh and did I forget to mention how cheap it was? Half the price of Mountain Mike's or other local pizza places but still enough pizza to fill up 35 corn-fed Midwestern boys (all pipeliners). I couldn't have had a better experience at this Chuck E Cheese; and with COVID, this business is STRUGGLING. I'm kind of a germaphobe but our favorite neighbors were having a birthday party for their son at the Chuckity-Cheese. I double checked that I was packing plenty of Purell and headed inside. It's new (like most everything in Brentwood) so it's very clean and bright. There's a good array of rides & games for kids of all ages. I never actually saw the walking Chuck-E-Cheese but we were only there for about an hour. The animatronic one up at the front was the only one. The pizza looked pretty good but I wasn't brave enough to eat any. It's not really like the mouse house I remember as a kid but it seemed to fulfill its purpose. The kids had a good time, with one exception: After turning in her tickets for 3 little cheap trinkets, my daughter looked at me and said, "They need to get a different person behind the counter, she's rude and she's a liar. I mean, why have a job taking tickets from kids if you are going to be cranky about it?" According to my daughter, she had asked for a different color sticky hand. The irritated ticket taker replied, "No kid - I don't have different colors." My daughter could see the other color sticky hands behind the counter. When she tried to point them out the woman ignored her. Considering we probably spent $5+ in order to get the $.03 sticky hand - would it have killed her to reach in and grab another one? If my 9 yr old can recognize that they need to get a more kid friendly person behind the ticket counter, why can't they? I will say the rest of the staff was very nice and accommodating. My 3 and 5 year olds had a birthday party here yesterday and I was super impressed. Asia was such an awesome host. She really took care of us and our kids. We felt welcomed, not rushed. We did the 10 am on Saturday morning and it was worth it because my family was pretty much the only people there, it was amazing. The food was actually really good. This place was so unorganized. I went last night with my family and had a not so great experience. Although it was late, no one was at the front for at least 10 min. Once someone finally addressed us, the lady made so many errors on my order and didn't know how to correct it. No one stamped mine or my kids hand. I'm not sure if they stopped doing this. I took my kids here tonight for their friends birthday party. I was pleasantly surprised as to how nice the place was. The staff was friendly, the place was clean and all the kids had so much fun. The wristbands with the play cards is extremely convenient as well as it keeps track of the ticket amount for you. The kids really liked picking out their toys that they had earned from their plays. Asked the staff 3 times for the green salad - they replied as soon as the other staff comes back from break, they will prep the greens. 90 mins came by and still no greens salad - and finally spoke with the manager, named Monica Smith. She said she is the only staff who CAn make and prep the green salad And she needed to give her staff a break. That's great, If that's the case, it meant she had been gone for over an hour because she could not prep them. As we were leaving she didn't even check to see if the kids were ours. Again on Snapchat on her phone instead of paying attention to the kids going in and out. You are dealing with children here. Hire people that actually care about the safety of the kids in your establishment more than Snapchat or Facebook. I totally forgot there as a CEC in Antioch/Brentwood until my niece came to town. Of course the last time I've been to CEC was probably around her age! She loves CEC back home in Chicago and so Scott and I decided to take her out for a day of fun. She enjoyed herself thoroughly of course but I do have a few things I observed, both good and bad. 1. I appreciate they have an employee at the door who checks your hand to make sure no one sneaks out with your child. This eased me because my niece was bolting through CEC and sometimes I couldn't keep up. I don't know if they've always had this in place but I sure do appreciate it as an adult watching a child. 2. CEC opened at 11 and we arrived shortly after with hardly anyone there. How is it several tables were dirty with food sticking to it and wrappers all around some of the eating areas? Disgusting to say the least. 3. No more CEC tokens! I remember loving to collect these but now I see they have moved into the technology age where tokens are now on a card. You have to put money on it through machines they have throughout the space, however, several of them were broken and so we ended up purchasing them at the food counter. 4. The pizza has improved! It used to taste like feet but I was actually quite pleased! My niece ate her whole individual pizza and I snuck a bite. We also ordered chili-glazed wings. The wings were rubbery, skin not crispy at all. You can tell these are probably frozen/baked wings and for the price, it was not worth it at all. We were told the wings are served by weight, not number. Who on earth does this? Even Wingstop serves wings by count, not weight. So, she said it would be either 6-8 wings for 2 people. Huh??? Anyway, we also got the salad bar to share. They give you a really small black foam tray which holds barely anything, but the salad bar is unlimited so I guess you have to keep going back. They advertised some large amount of "options" at the salad bar but really it's just your typical salad bar. It seemed relatively fresh but nothing to write home about. Somehow we ended up spending $40+ on food alone for the salad bar, wings, and pizza. For that price, I expect better quality wings and salad. 5. Several machines were broken and Chuck E. himself looked scarier than ever, but that didn't seem to bother the little ones. 3/5 since she had fun still and it was air conditioned near the play place area! read more

Ivory was our host and restaurant manager. She went above and beyond to make my daughter's 6th birthday party experience super special! She was very attentive, enthusiastic, and fun! The restaurant was extremely clean and the pizza very good! I highly recommend getting the birthday package (Mega Fun or Ultimate). We got special time with Chuck E. himself, cute birthday show, balloons, place settings. I was also able to make my reservation the day before, which was very helpful if you're stuck on what to do last minute. We would definitely do this again. So I came here today, Thursday, June 24th to enjoy an hour with my family. First off, their customer service deserves a zero. The way they address their customers while ordering and so forth is the poorest I've ever experienced. 2nd, I had gone to the register for my first drink (glass of wine) and was told that apparently they don't serve alcohol 30 minutes before closing? First off, it's 8:30pm? 2nd, I asked for their policy stating this and they couldn't provide it? Cheryl, apparently the manager was having some sort of power trip about this. No proof. No good explanation other than I refuse to serve you?? Rude as hell as if I've come asking for anything else. Poor customer service. Poor communication. They should close this place down solely due to Cheryl and her staff tonight, Thursday, 6/24/2021. Except for the one with red hair... she seamed pretty reasonable.
