When I went to order I asked for a cinnamon roll drink. They pointed to the mocha and asked if I wanted a mocha. I said no and said I wanted a cinnamon roll drink they had. They said ok. When I got it though all it tasted like was a mocha drink. I took it back and told them it was a mocha tasting drink. They would not re make it and claimed it was a cinnamon roll drink when it did not taste like a cinnamon roll drink. To add the ladies that were working did not understand English very well. They did not understand what drink I was asking for and tried to say I asked for a completely different drink and say it was the right one. Will not go here again when they are working.

Been a week now and I warm them up for 1 minute

I bought a 6 pack last week and I am still eating them through. I eat one like every other day. Thinking I should eat half every other day now, haha! They are packaged cold and you have to warm them up at home. Is there a difference in quality of eating it right when I bought it compared to a week later? Hmmm I think so. The flavors of the Cinnabon is immaculate and so mouth watering delicious every time that you would hardly notice. Okay, I think of course the bread gets a little stale but is manageable when you heat and consume it right then and there. The first time I put it in the microwave I did 40 seconds which was the perfect amount then It progressed to 60 seconds. The service was fast and good. They even put extra frosting in my order! Not sure if that's protocol but thank you. At first, I was like hmmm that's enough cream but when I slapped more frosting on.... Wow! It's a game changer! I loved it! I would definitely get these again but maybe once in a while cuz I am sure eating two rolls in one sitting alone is not good for my body. I also think I will order just 1 next time so it can be a sweet reward. Though it's delicious every time I eat it, I am getting sick of it. Perhaps it's the squishy texture for me lol Solid 10/10 for me! Highly recommend especially with extra frosting tehe

Classic Roll. Under baked unfortunately. :(

Cinnabon is a mall staple for sweet treats. Unfortunately during our last visit our bun was under baked (too soft and doughy), and a little light on the icing.

I love the sweets from Cinnabon! I've only been to this particular location inside Eastridge Mall once. It's in a very food location. The service is ok. They get overwhelmed quickly. I'm very disappointed in the quality they display of the buns behind the counter. Cinnabon is known for big fluffy buns with a good amount of sweet icing. This location seems to exploit Cinnabon lovers by lighty spreading the icing to give you a reason to "buy" an extra side of it. The dough itself is tough as well. The owner needs to assure that everything is consistent with what is advertised in the ads hanging around, and with other Cinnabon bakeries. I will not give up though.

So far, I have tried the classic Cinnabon, caramel pecan cinnamon rolls, and center of the roll (THEY ARE ALL GREAT). My family and I have relied on this location for our Cinnabon fixes for several years now. This place is consistent in quality and the customer service is generally laidback.

My daughter got a regular cinnabon and she said was "normal", prices seemed to have gone up; $6.79 for a cinnabon. I got a cookie, not realising it was a choc chip cookoe baked over a mini cinnabon. It was pretty dry, wouldnt recommend; $3.49.

Yum! Came by today around 6pm to grab a Cinnabon. Fast service! Cinnamon bun was very soft and creamy. Definitely one of the best staff crews I've encountered at this location! All the crew members especially the guy with the red shirt, manager maybe, was very uplifting and patient. * Cinnabon is located near JcPenny's across from Payless Definitely swinging by soon!

During Friendsgiving, someone brought Cinnabons for dessert. They arrived on Sunday, November 25th around 6pm. They were the smaller cinnamon buns. And we had extra icing. I remember sharing a huge hot Cinnabon back in the day with a girlfriend. We used to do this every time we were at the mall. So it was kinda nostalgic having this. Since they weren't hot, it wasn't as good as I remember. And super sweet. I guess my older palate can't take all the sugar. Not to mention the zillions of calories. Good memories, but too sweet for older me.

Cinnabon can do no wrong. I find myself craving Cinnabon quite often, and if it weren't 800+ calories per roll, I probably would come here all the time. My go-to is the pecan Cinnabon (no caramel) when I want to treat myself. It's nice and gooey, and the pecans add a nice crunch.

Great customer service from the young man working register tonight [Thursday, September 6th]. Thank you for being polite and full of patience. Not being much of a Cinnabon fan since I made myself sick from gorging on Classic Rolls and Pecan Cinnamon Roll, I haven't visited one of these businesses for [@ least] 9 years!! Since my guy is a huge fan of churros he couldn't help but swing by and test out their new Churro Swirl. With this item, you have the option of buying the cinnamon treat as is or have it as a cream cheese frosting sandwich. We walked away with two churro swirls thanks to the BUY ONE, GET THE 2nd for $1 offer. No joke, this was one of the best churros I've ever had. There was the perfect amount of sugar and cinnamon coating and the churro was cooked to perfection. There was a good crunch on the outside and chewy in the center. Hope on this item while you can... it's only being offered for a limited time!!

Wandered here @10am to grab a morning pick-me-up. The scent of cinnamon and sugar is overpowering here (in a nice way). There were two employees busy at work when I arrived. One of them stopped to assist me once I reached the counter. Not quite sure how long the cinnamon rolls under the heat lamp have been sitting there for... but those were the rolls given to me. The mini rolls were hot and glazed over with a gooey icing. Unfortunately, the icing has an overwhelming smell of cheap chemicals. Not sure what happened... within the vicinity of the shop, the rolls had smelled lovely. Guess you never know what you're actually getting until you have it right under your nose! Ultimately, the taste (and smell) don't merit the extra calories gained. I'd recommend finding another fix for your sweet tooth!

Gosh darn I love Cinnabon. One of my top favorite places to go to get a sugar rush. The staff here are pretty pleasant to interact with, and the Cinnabon's always seem to be freshly made. This place is pretty dangerous, I always tell myself I'll eat half and save the other half for another day, but before I know it I've devoured every last bite. You'll be greeted with the sweet smell of cinnamon and sugar, so you'll know where to find it. But just in case, this Cinnabon is conveniently located inside Eastridge mall, right when you walk in from top floor entrance. I hope you will find it as tempting as I do!

    Big Cinnabon and churro sticks!

Customers usually come in, grab what they need, pay, and head out, which keeps things moving smoothly. One of the best things about this bakery is the incredible variety of pastries and breads. Don't skip the refrigerated section either! They carry fruit sandwiches, tuna sandwiches, fried bread, donuts, somen noodles in a cup, and other delicious grab-and-go items. We walked into a cozy, compact space with shelves filled with freshly baked breads, pastries, and prepared foods, all arranged in a way that makes you want to browse slowly even though the shop is small. The atmosphere has that simple, welcoming feel reminiscent of the small bakeries you find throughout Japan, focusing more on quality and variety than on a large café setup. Seating is limited, so it is better suited for grabbing something to go rather than spending a long time inside. The biggest draw here is the combination of Japanese baked goods and savory items. The bakery selection offers a great mix of sweet and savory options, with classics like melon pan standing out for its crisp sugary topping and soft interior that stays light without being dry. The curry bread and croquette bread are also popular choices, both feeling comforting and freshly made rather than overly sweet or greasy. The bakery items are reasonably priced, which makes it easy to pick up multiple things without feeling like you are spending too much, and the variety means there is always something new to try. The onigiri selection is what really makes Clover stand out compared to a typical bakery. They offer a variety of rice balls with fillings like spicy tuna, tuna mayo, and unagi, making it a great option for a quick breakfast or light meal. The rice is well balanced and the fillings give each onigiri a different personality. The spicy tuna has a nice kick that comes through without overpowering the rice, while the unagi adds a sweeter, more savory flavor that works especially well with the slightly salty rice. The onigiri are a practical, satisfying choice for anyone looking for something more substantial than a pastry. Beyond the baked goods and onigiri, Clover also has drinks, sandwiches, and desserts including cakes and other pastries. The strawberry cake is a nice lighter dessert option, and the overall menu gives plenty of reasons to visit whether you are looking for breakfast, a snack, or something to bring home. The offerings feel thoughtfully selected, with enough variety to cover different cravings without making the menu feel scattered. Service is friendly and efficient, and the small size of the shop adds to the charm. Since it has become a popular local spot, some items can sell out during busy hours, so arriving earlier gives you the best selection. Parking can also be a little challenging during peak times, but the quick grab-and-go style makes the visit easy to manage. Clover Bakery & Cafe is a great stop for anyone who enjoys Japanese bakeries. The combination of fresh breads, affordable prices, and unique savory options like onigiri makes it feel different from a standard bakery. It is the type of place where it is worth picking up a few items and trying a mix of everything, leaving you with the sense that you have found a little neighborhood gem that delivers on both quality and variety.
