After standing for at least 10 minutes while the manager yelled at one of the workers in the corner for no reason just because of spreading over the glaze on the cinnamon bun was too slow... then the manager asked what we wanted Isaid it we wanted coffee and also a cinnamon sticks ... she charged for coffee forgot to charge us for the cinnamon sticks ... no customer service whatsoever... then the other other worker charges it and we waited again another 10 min... and we stated to her that she has an attitude and it wasn't polite how she spoke to us....then I let her know that there were a bunch of flies on the food!!! She just brushed off the fly.... and she said there's nothing I can do about it she's the manager so whatever she says goes .... Cinnabon is always good. The lady working the register was nice and helped us figure out which size would be best to get (mini ones, small ones, or regular big cinnamon rolls). I was slightly disappointed by the Oreo chillatta, though. Instead of a thicker cream, the base is just milk and ice with a shot of vanilla flavoring. Still tastes pretty good, but I wish it were creamier and more like ice cream. read more

This is the only one around and these owner's are great! I explained how I ordered from Grubhub and it was for pick up not delivery. They were very understanding and gave us an extra topping, we also bought another 9pk because they are that good especially with coffee . We will come back soon, we use to go to the one at Puente Hills Mall, once it closed we didn't know where to go until our daughter-in-law mentioned she saw one at West Covina Mall. Love it for what it is. Obviously it's not as amazing as home made Cinnamon buns but when you're craving something super sweet warm and a perfect ender to your meal while being at a mall. This location doesn't participate in the nurses week promotion. And this area is saturated with medical offices and a hospital just down the street. What a shame! When I asked about it, the young girl at the register said the promotion is over. I replied saying that today (May 12) is supposed to be the last day. Looking confused, the young girl looked at the lady behind her, who I'm assuming is her supervisor. This lady rudely glanced at me and quickly said that they don't participate. I just walked away. "Sesita" was being very rude when I was trying to redeem my birthday rewards. I've been a happy customer of Cinnabon my entire life and today when I wanted to come into the store and redeem my cold brew through my email sign up like I do every year she tells me that I'm unable to because I don't have an account. After showing her the email and pointing out that I wouldn't be able to get the coupon if I didn't have an account she turned me away and said that she couldn't help me. A few moments later I signed up for the app version by downloading the app and later on tried to redeem the four ct bonbites that you get in the beginning. She then makes a rude joke offering that she can give me the mini bon instead of the bonbites cause the minibon is only $5 compared to the $7 of the bon bites. I said yes cause I just wanted that transaction to end in which she responds with how she's unable to do that. I asked her why she offered it to me then if she wasn't even able to do that for me and told me she wasn't gonna be helping me out today. She told me to contact customer service and so now I am. Almost in tears, I asked her for her name and now here I am crying on my birthday day because of some rude worker at Cinnabon. Wow thanks. read more

$5.99 for a center of the roll?!?! OMFG! This is adorable 2 time's more than what other locations charge. W-O-W! I think that the Cinnabon corporate offices need to regulate how much is charged. Also, the pieces were tinny tiny! As other locations have small pieces, but this one was miniscuel. Very rude customer service. The girl working there with the manager started to yell at us after she got our order wrong and insisting we were the ones who said the order wrong. Horrible customer service. I don't know if she was the owner but she was giving me attitude when I was explaining what I wanted. The Cinnabon came straight out of the oven. Which was probably the best part of the experience. They fill up a 1 cup measuring cup not even all the way and use that for 6 big Cinnabon's. read more

On Oct 1st we were happy when we first saw Cinnabon now at West Covina Mall, they are back (there used to have one before close to Macys but sadly they closed) but when we ordered there's no available cinnabon. They have only 3 on display but not ready for selling also looks dry like cinna sticks, the center part i forgot the other one and the sad part is they dont have the regular size of cinnabon ready for selling. Then we came back Oct 8 ( Saturday) around 5pm and plan to buy one box of regular size cinnabon they still dont have the regular size they only have minnibon and only few of them. So today I was in the mall shopping and decided to buy some cinnabon for my kids well the manager older lady looked Indian not sure very rude she would not sell me a box 9 only a bigger box at a marked up price 25 dollars for a box after she was rude to me I told her never mind I dont want it she became upset I told her j have the box I want right there sell me that one she said no they are for an order and I left as I return from a store to wait for my family inside Disney store she seen me standing behind her stand in front of Disney store and again rude to me called me a dumb Mexican and said I need to leave the mall I told her you dont own the mall and I'm not going anywhere I'm waiting for my family minding my own she said I'm calling security and the police I told her go right ahead security seen me by the exit I explained and they said I'm not the first one she does this to and said not to worry she is very rude so I'm going to seek a remedy from corporate for this issue as I feel she discriminated on me for being Mexican tomorrow I will file an incident report with mall security and west covina police and even call corporate and better Business bureau I might even seek legal representation this lady can not treat any one like this read more
