While I absolutely love that this is a Vegan option for others without a worry, my partner and I did find this place to be incredibly underwhelming. We both got a very berry cinnamon roll. The cinnamon roll its self was soft enough to bite into but not soft enough to cut with a fork. Temperature was luke warm at best. The amount of cake batter icing was lacking. As you can see in the photo, theres only enough to look like a glaze on top of the roll and not thick like actual frosting. The cinnamon filling to bread ratio is way off. I was disappointed as I could barely taste the cinnamon. As many have mentioned before, there is no place to sit and eat. Just six loosely placed stools that are not easily utilized for everyone. They are very low to the ground and not a lot of surface space to actually sit on. Service was was quick and kind and offered suggestions when asked. Personally not where I will be returning to fix my cinnamon roll craving. UPDATE: I have considering editing my review from a 3 to a 2 because while I respect that the business owner loves her business enough to defend against anyone and anything, she is incredibly defensive on all reviews that she doesn't like. I had the Shake Rattle & Roll, and it was really yummy. The woman who served me was wonderful, too. The peanut butter cream icing was especially delicious. The tiny banana slivers and pretzels were good, but the icing and fresh, warm roll were really the stars here. I gave the overall experience four stars because she told me they were out of the homemade peanut butter cups that were supposed to go on top, and gave me chocolate chips instead. They were fine, but I hope to return soon and try the full experience so I can bump this up to five stars. Pro tip: Park on the south side of the building, so you don't have to deal with the Panera traffic. Very easy in and out this way, with both steps and a ramp. A couple more notes -- I had coffee with milk (they use almond) and vanilla. It was okay, but not the level of true coffee shops. Also, there are no restrooms. I'd stopped in after being out and about for a couple hours, and was really hoping to use the restroom when I got there. I went during their grand opening day and it was very busy but the customer service was great. As customers waited for fresh cinnamon rolls they had gave out samples. I love how you can put whatever you want on your cinnamon rolls. Also they have cookie dough that was good and the dole ice cream. The price was reasonable for everything. They have a rewards program where you can earn points for items. Where the shop is located it is a tiny space so there is no sitting area inside. When I drove home which was a 10 min drive my rolls were still fresh. One great thing is the rolls are made fresh and they take 12 minutes to bake. read more

I was ordering about 6 pm and they ran out of one of the ingredients so they offered her a substitute of caramel. I matched the cost of her roll by getting a $6 vegan base donut with lemon frosting, pecans (protein), blueberries, and apples. The donut was hot and delicious. I enjoyed the tasty lemon frosting. We will absolutely be back soon. We ordered the cookie monster roll at the recommendation of the staff - boy, that was the best staff rec we've received in a while. The cinnamon roll was warm but not too warm, and the cookie dough on top was DELISH. I saw they sell their cookie dough packaged separately, too. I will absolutely be back for that. Delicious. I've always loved Cinnabon, but to my despair, none are near. When I heard of Cinnaholic opening nearby, I was pumped. And my enthusiasm was not misplaced. I got the Cookie Monster cinnamon roll, which is: a cinnamon roll, classic icing, cookie dough, chocolate chips, and chocolate sauce. Quite honestly, it was divine. These things are pretty big, but even though I was completely stuffed afterward, I wanted more. It was something else. Of note, I had NO CLUE that these were vegan. I actually found this out a couple days after enjoying my first Cinnaholic roll. You'd never know - they are fantastic. Not that vegan food is overall underwhelming, but, well, it's sometimes underwhelming. ‍ Two things to know before going: 1) the building is weird. It's basically in a strip that looks like Panera, and Panera only. Grab a parking spot and walk around to the front (by the street) - you'll see it. 2) there is no seating inside. Great service and great treat. A lot of times you will get a cookie from somewhere and it doesn't taste like a freshly cooked cookie, but this cookie didn't have that weird packaged flavor. Overall I would do 3.5 stars for the cinnamon rolls themselves. Not the biggest fan of how sweet the cinnamon is, but the toppings are a fun idea. Got the apple pie and the Cookie Monster. Both insanely sweet and like the idea of them being made fresh, except that means an extra long wait time while they hire new employees and have a busier time with being new. I had heard wonderful things about Cinnaholic and even watched them on "Shark Tank." I could not wait to try them out and I was so glad that I did! I decided to get the chocolate chip cookie dough 8 oz and the pumpkin bread with Chai frosting. Unfortunately, I have to watch my sugar intake, so I could not get one of the gourmet cinnamon rolls, but they looked amazing! The pumpkin bread tasted marvelous and the Chai frosting was the perfect compliment to the pumpkin bread. The raw cookie dough is excellent, as raw cookie dough always is. I will prepare some cookies to see how they taste, but I'm sure I will not be disappointed. I especially love the logo, because it is very unique and stands out on the packaging of the product. Cinnaholic has definitely claimed their niche in the bakery industry, and they will be successful in Carmel for many years to come. This review is for 7/1/24. I ordered a cinnamon roll, a simple brownie, and a chocolate chip cookie. The brownie was half the serving size. It was also over baked or had too much baking soda. I couldn't exactly tell what was the problem, but I do know that it was not a fudgy, gooey brownie, but rather a chalky brownie. The cinnamon roll was incredibly stale. It was so stale that I had to cut off most of the bottom and throw it away. The cookie dough on the top Was tasty and the icing was good as well. It's a shame that this Cinnaholic branch did not take their product quality seriously. It's the first time that I've purchased from this place, and will not buy from here again. The first time I tried Cinnaholic at vegandale in Chicago, it was amazing. It's just so sad when establishments cut corners to save money. So thankful that my birthday and national cinnamon roll day align! My roommate was able to pick up one of the BOGO rolls while I was at work.
