I will never go here again. I went in for a pedicure with my boyfriend and the location is far from clean. Their tubs for your feet aren't covered with plastic wrap like others are to make sure that it is clean. Someone had just gotten up from my chair and they used some sort of soap and just rinsed it really quickly, not a thorough wash. After washing in there was a white reissue in the tub before they refilled it with water. They didn't even do a good pedicure or offer any extras like callous remover, which was the main reason my boyfriend went as he is a runner. Even when asked we were dismissed about it. The color selection is minimal and the polishes look poorly taken care of. I should have followed my first instinct and walked out the door right when I walked in. read more

Well my daughter and I went on a Tuesday, no one there which was great. However, with them not being busy and our being the literal only customers there, I still managed to receive the worst manicure I have ever received. She spent a total of 15 minutes to complete my service. My daughter only had a nail polish service and they still got that all over her cuticles (without correcting) and charged $10 for her. A little over $30 later, I'll never go back. Expensive lesson to learn. read more

Incredible service for incredibly cheap. I've been to a number of nail salons in my time, and this is by far my favorite! The decor and ambiance is relaxing and squeaky clean. The staff was really precise and knew what they were doing because my sister and I came in with flintstone paws, and definitely left with a sweet set of nails. I feel embarrassed to show people because it looks like 2 year-old painted them. Not relaxing and the "student discount" is pretty much non-existent. However, the gel polish lasts incredibly long. I called ahead of time and was quoted $25 for the gel french manicure & $6 for the polish change. It turned out the gel french manicure was actually $28 not $25. At the suggestion of other yelpers I requested Lily. I was told that she was not available but when I showed up 15 minutes later she was. She slightly rushed my gel manicure to be done for her 3:30 appointment. She was nice and did not ask too many personal questions. The polish on my left big thumb smeared and I had two ask twice for her to fix it. Due to the polish being gel it did not come off easily. Afterward I had to remind them I also wanted to polish change on my toes. The woman who did it was very friendly, but smeared some polish the skin of my feet. While I was sitting there, I noticed the gel polish on my thumb was not even with my finger. Rather then adding more polish, Lily just filed the end of my nail down. Although many of the chairs were empty when my toes were done, the woman tried to hurry me out and put my shoes on for me. When I asked to stay until the paint was dry she obliged. About 10-15 minutes later, I wanted to pay and leave. It was difficult to get one of the ladies to assist. When I got up to the counter ready to pay $31, I was told it was $34. When I asked, the lady explained it was not $25 for a french gel but $28. She said the student discount would make it $32 rather then $34. Overall, it was super close, they accept credit card and the ladies were nice. I had some hesitation about cleanliness although the salon looks very nice with their fresh coat of paint. I would get my nails done here again if I were in a bind for time, but it is not my first choice. read more

I recently got a gel manicure and the girl did a beautiful job and the price was lower than most places. Not sure what everyone else on here is complaining about (then again I'm not the type of person to complain about every little thing...), but this used to be my regular spot before I moved. Now that I am moved back to this area, I am going here again and I think they do an amazing job for having to deal with several appointments, walk ins, and trying to make everyone happy and make their nails look good. I had Cindy (btw she is NOT the owner) and Mai who were such dolls -- also very quick and thorough. Yes, I wish the massages were a bit longer (but I always wish they were longer, lol, thats the best part!) but I understand that they have other clients waiting too. Despite that, I did not at all feel like they rushed me and they inspected every nail to make sure it looked good. I was there for about an hour which is long enough for me!...I got too much to do even on my days off, so getting me out in a reasonable amount of time is perfect.They have a good selection of nail polish, not including their gel colors. I like this place and will continue to come here. It was nice and clean, and everyone I spoke with was kind. I paid about $40 for a gel manicure and basic pedicure. Since I moved from SF it took me over a year to find a nail salon that could do a great job and I hit the jackpot here at classy nails. Everyone here is super nice and does great quality work. This place and the ladies are really wonderful. The salon is very clean, they don't talk in their native language in front of you so that you don't have to wonder if they're talking shit about you, and they're not pushy about adding on services. They're also really good at what they do--I got a regular (cucumber) manicure, and even after a week of washing my hands, putting on and removing gloves at work, and doing some gardening, my nails still rock. Also, the owner, without me even saying so, realized I was a new customer and knocked a few dollars off my mani/pedi. Super score! I highly recommend this place. read more

This place is wonderful! They LOVE cal poly students! The owner is the sweetest most laid back lady ever. She gets her nails done every Friday right there & she's just always so happy & remembers you. They always use a new pack of sterilized tools that they open in front of you. Lily is the best at gel polish! She takes her time & makes sure you're satisfied. They remove gel the traditional way and not with a mechanical filer which is so much better. They are clean & like they say classy! Some of their gel colors come out a different color than expected but it's not too bad. After moving to the area, I searched and searched...and searched for a nail place that would give me everything I was looking for. After over a year of searching I have finally found my new nail salon! Yes, it is not super fancy but Ivy is AMAZING! She is sweet and meticulous with her work. The only reason I am knocking them for one star is: they do no sterilize their instruments :( However, I am always greeted with a smile and Ivy is always making sure I like the way my nails come out. This salon is very nice and clean, however the customer service was unprofessional. I went to get my eyebrows waxed and the lady that helped me answered the phone during the appointment with me, talking to her friend obnoxiously on speaker in another language and laughing right by my ear which was very disturbing, and to me it didn't seem like she took her job seriously. Her breath didn't smell good either...i couldn't wait to be done! I honestly wouldn't go back there if it's for a waxing appointment. But who knows, maybe it was just that one lady who had bad customer service skills. read more

I had a great experience here as I came in late around 6:30pm and they still let me get a quick pedicure (please note that they take their last appointments at 6:30pm). I highly recommend Mai as she was so gentle on my feet and the finished product looked great! All of the staff were very friendly and the establishment was clean. One of the techs did my pedicure but when her regulars walked in, she ditched me for them (I speak Vietnamese unknown to her though!).
