A bit disappointed by Cluck Kitchen! Fried chicken is one of my favorite food groups and Cluck was just a bit lackluster. We got a smattering of tenders and these were huge! I loved that. There was definitely no scrimping here when it comes to portion sizes. But... the country chicken just had so little flavor. I was surprised how lacking in spice the breading was. Such a bummer. The lemon pepper and hot honey had a great flavor but the hot honey was definitely lacking in the honey department. Overall, I think Cluck is fine but just not a place that I would go to again soon. read more

Although I was just here recently, I decided to come back and try something new, and it was so delicious I had to write another review! 10/10 recommended getting the buffalo chicken sandwich. I ordered the mini size and was so shocked at how big it was! It was definitely messy to eat, but so good. Been here a couple times. It's the best place to eat a fiery chicken sandwich so you can fire in the hole back home. Seriously, their mild is like medium or hot anywhere else. Flavors not bad, the coleslaw is good, especially to add texture to the sandwich. Got the buffalo one and it's a saucy mess but tasty. Not as sour as other buffalo sauces though, so it's a good balance. The chicken was super moist and definitely not overcooked. The batter was super crispy, even with all the sauce, but it does slide off the chicken easy if you don't clamp down on the bun. My daughter got the Nashville and I think that's a better tasting sandwich for us. We got the minis which were still the same size or bigger than chicken sandos from other places. Makes me wonder how big the regulars are. For a side, we ordered a Mac and Cheese... and this is the reason why we docked this review a star. I'd give 0 stars for that Mac and cheese. I'm not sure if I came too close to closing time so they brought out a batch that wasn't ready or something but it tasted like a dry bowl of chalk with some cold cheese on top. If this is indicative of their normal Mac and Cheese, they need to take this off the menu. For $6 for a tiny bowl, this was a ripoff and an assault on the senses. Do NOT buy this! I got here at a decent hour especially during lunch rush. There's parking in the back of the businesses if the the main parking lot gets filled up. Everything is accessible. I came in at a good time. As soon as I was done ordering, a rush of people started to line up. This spot really is a gem. Again, I didn't have to wait too long for my order. I maybe waited about 10 min tops. I ordered the 5 piece chicken tenders flavors: Nashville mild, honey BBQ, Korean soy garlic I'm not great with spicy so the mild felt pretty spicy to me but did have good heat. Honey BBQ was just the right level of sweet without being too overpowering this was my favorite Korean soy garlic- to me tasted similar to sushi soy sauce, albiet slightly more mild than sushi restaurant soy sauce it wasn't particularly innovative in flavor and I didn't taste much garlic. The meal came with 2 pieces of bread and pickles. The breading was in the middle of not being too flaky-light and not too crispy thick. The tenders are big in size. Note: I did not use any dipping sauce because I wanted the true flavor. The restaurant is smaller and hot from the kitchen being close and open style but the server I had was pleasant and the food came out very fast. Critiques: If the sauces were tweaked to be a bit more unique and flavorful and maybe bread was toasted instead of just cold I think this would have more potential to be a top chicken tender spot. I would like to update my previous review. Their prices are very reasonable now! You can get two chicken tenders for under $10 and they aren't like the little 3 inch tiny tenders they give you at Cane's. They were huge so it's a great value. In this era of rampant shrinkflation and price gouging, that was refreshing to see. So many restaurants are getting skimpy with chicken and it's really getting annoying. I also like that they offer mini sandwiches when you just want a small snack. And their ketchup packets are organic, so kudos for that! Service was also very friendly. My only complaint is that the chicken was slightly overbrined/too salty but I will take that over dry, sad, unbrined chicken any day. I got a Vietnamese coffee next door and it cost $9! Stopped by for the first time to Cluck Kitchen. The staff was welcoming and pleasant and the place was clear. We ordered the chicken tenders combo even though the prices are a bit expensive, $40 for (2) three piece combos. The tenders were a nice size, plumb, moist and tasty. The waffle fries looked good until we began to eat a couple and found them to be way over salted. As hungry as I was, I had to stop. I believe it was sea salt and the chunks of salt were just sitting on the fries and you couldn't even shake it off. You may want to be warned to have your order with no salt on fries and salt them yourself if desired. P.S. the ranch dip is awesome! read more

I loved the waffle fries and before there was more of a cheese sauce and now it's just sliced cheese. That's a big bummer. The food was terrible here. The curly fries were burnt oily greasy had no flavor was shocked as for a refund and the manager refused saying I ate most of it when I only ate 20% of the fries. Was shocked how bad it was. The beignets were also terrible. They were tiny. The size of a little chicken nugget charging six dollars for two tiny pieces of beignets was ridiculous. They were burnt and oily and greasy. This place has the worst customer service never been to a restaurant before where the manager would not allow you to swap out the food for something else. Will never come and eat at this restaurant ever again. The chicken was also pretty bad too. Got the habanero chicken and it was cold when it came out wasn't good. The girls upfront helping me were really nice and helpful as I placed my order for a chicken sandwich combo. The order took about 5 minutes to come out and decided to eat outside around the plaza. Now how did everything taste? Delicious! The chicken sandwich itself was crispy. Came with lettuce and some sauce but every bite was juicy. The sandwich itself is pretty big too. The fries were awesome! I opted to order a side of ranch and the ranch provided paired really well with the fries. I would argue it's a must order to get the ranch here! Absolutely delicious! I paid around $17 for the whole meal and I think you get a good values worth for what you pay for. The chicken sandwich is amazing, the ranch is delicious and the fries are savory. My friend recommended this place to me as I was hungry for some yummy food. Inside the place they have a menu where you can see what to order and everything is very easy to read and put together. If you're not sure what to get they have a couple of recommendations for you and also tell you which one is the most popular. Inside was small but there are also some seating outside if non are available inside. Me and my friend ordered their Nashville chicken sandwich combo with mild heat. The chicken sandwich was very good and the skin was soft but crispy at the same time. The chicken was very good with lots of good flavor and was very juicy. The mild heat wasn't too bad as it gave it a little kick which is what I wanted. The fries were very delicious as well with just the right amount of salt. They make their ranch in house so that will cost extra if you want some but it's worth it as it was very good tasting as well.
