This place is close to Belmont Park on a row with other eateries. They have limited seating outdoors and plexiglass blockers for wind, which is helpful. The server guy was super nice and offered great suggestions on local beer. We got fish and chips, pretty tasty but thick on the breading. Came with coleslaw which is a nice balancer. Also got a kids cheeseburger. Kiddo said it's one of the best kids cheeseburger he's had. We tasted it and agreed it was pretty good; maybe indicative of a good regular burger too though we didn't try. This place does the trick for a quick meal. Overall satisfied. This place was amazing! I placed a DoorDash order and it was delivered and then stolen off our patio. My children have food allergies so everything was made custom gluten/dairy free. As you can imagine we were all starving after a day at the beach. So I headed down to the Coaster Saloon to place a second order in person and the manager and guy at the bar were AMAZING! The best BBQ I've had!! Even on a hot day go with the chili, not the norm..... smoked brisket on white oak wood for 14 hours ground up and then chunks put in! If you know something better please respond, but doubtful!!!! Most of service is stellar, Mark is a knowledgeable and friendly bartender who knows his stuff. House smoked pastrami cut thick and juicy on marbled rye so tender you don't even need your teeth. The waiter explained that this was taken off the menu but brought back by popular demand and it's clear to see why. Ordered beef brisket BBQ plate with a side of killer baked beans and their house salad. Served with Texas toast and pickled veg. Did not disappoint!!
