I had Colburn Enterprise installed the system I had. Got the quote with all parts included, but still asked to purchased couple parts. The job was not exactly properly done due to twice leakage which cause the paint on floor peeling. And expected he had courtesy if he wanted to keep the rest of the system part I had, my house rug or even to use the restroom. After looking at all of the positive reviews, I called Colburns. Amber was wonderful, professional, and helpful. Earlier this week our water softener went or and we called Colburn Enterprises based in their Yelp reviews. They sent a technician out the next day. The technician who responded (Jeremy) checked the softener and explained the cost to repair but recommended replacement as the unit was likely to fail soon. He explained options for replacement, was extremely professional and helpful, and he did not charge for the service visit.
