Cannot believe how rude the service was tonight. I was there with my two kids. We waited about 30 minutes in line. Finally we got to the front and I ordered the ice cream for one of my kids. After the woman prepared it I started to order the second one. Without saying a word she just walked off and started preparing what seemed to be an online order. I said "excuse me, excuse me we'd like a second one" and she pretended like she couldn't hear me. I tried 2 or 3 more times and she just literally ignored me. Standing one foot in front of me pretending not to hear me. Finally I said quite loud "We would like to order a second one" and she at least acknowledged me and said she'd be with me in a minute. She turned around and looked through some orders or something completely ignoring me again. While this was happening somebody else walked in front of the 15 people in line and asked about buying a cake and one of the other staff ignored me to help him. Finally after about 2 more minutes somebody else came over to take our second order. I just cannot believe the staff are told that the online orders are so much more important than the people waiting half an hour in line that they're supposed to treat us like absolute garbage. The ice cream is great but not great enough to be treated like you are a worthless human being when you try to buy it. read more

I just got some ice cream with my wife from here and although I generally really like the ice cream from cold stone I have to say, I wasn't very impressed this time. I got the new funnel cake ice cream and the strawberry's were still frozen and the funnel cake itself seemed like it was pretty old. My wife got her regular coffee ice cream which she loved, as always. Overall the place is good and I can't complain to much :) read more

I have loved Cold Stone Creamery ever since my first visit about 10 years ago. I love that they have so many creative toppings to include in their ice cream. If you're not creative, don't fret! They have plenty of suggestions to choose from. You know what else I love about Cold Stone Creamery? I love the fact that they are big supporters of Make-a-Wish Foundation. One day every year (usually in September), they offer free servings of an ice cream concoction (sometimes 2) that has been put together by a Make-a-Wish kid. 100% of the donations from the free ice cream promotion (and throughout the month of September) go straight to Make-a-Wish foundation, so make sure you make a donation for your free ice cream! If you've ever known a sick child, or if you've ever been a sick child yourself, you probably understand just how much of a difference it makes to fulfill that sick child's one wish. This location is spacious, it always looks clean, and they have plenty of seating room. No question that this ice cream is hard to top, but it's also overpriced. My biggest beef with Cold stone is the consistency and the quality. I get one thing and one thing only. A shake with Snickers mixed in. Some stores make it, some don't. The trick is putting the candy in 1st, then the ice cream on top, this allows the candy to mix in, otherwise you end up with two chunks of candy in a plain shake. Some times they are thick, sometimes runny and there is never enough candy missed in. My suggestions would be to buy your favorite gourmet cream from the store and save yourself some time and money. read more

The children's scoop used to be slightly smaller than the small size. I took my kids yesterday and I swear they were lucky if they got three tablespoons for the children's size. No kidding if put both "scoops" in one Small tub it would not come close to half filling it to the brim. I asked one of the teenage employees what the deal was and he agreed that it was half of the size it used to be and said that was what they had been told to give now. What a rip off! I used to love Cold Stone but it has changed over the years. The ice cream flavors are weak and I could only taste the heavy cream. It also leaves a greasy and oily feeling in my mouth that I hate. You're better off with grocery store ice cream!! :( read more

The ice cream is fantastic but don't think about ordering a cake! I preordered a cake for my daughter's birthday and spent about 15 minutes discussing how it would look and be decorated. I sent my husband to pick it up and it was not the cake I ordered at all and about 1/2 the size! When I called about it, the best they were willing to do for me (30 minutes before the start of the party) was to allow me to come in a purchase another cake the same size for 1/2 price. This Coldstone is HORRIBLE. The phones always go straight to voicemail, then you drive there to find out the blenders are ALWAYS broken. I literally had to go BUY MILK because whoever was working didn't do their job and go buy milk for the milkshakes. I've worked here at this specific location and they are simply trash now. Another employee made a like it after I said love it and before I was even out the door he was talking shit to his co-workers saying "she definitely said like it." It's really not that hard to scoop ice cream, pour some milk, and click a button for a damn $8 milkshake. read more

Ok, we spend about $20 as a family of four to come here. So we don't come often. However, they have some great flavors and combinations that it's sometimes worth the money. AND I have a food allergy kid who is always able to eat here b/c the staff do a great job of making sure he's safe. For my allergy kid they get a clean scoop to get the ice cream. They usually pull it from a container in the back, not out front that has had multiple scoops in it all day. They get a clean food container to mix it in. You can't ask for more attention in this situation. I really appreciate the effort the staff take when you ask for this precaution. This location was busy, but we got our order pretty quickly. 3.5 stars My friend ordered a Coldstone Creamery ice cream cake from here to celebrate his 16th birthday. Before consuming cake, we went to Skate King to roller skate. Then we went back to his house to watch Pink Panther 2, play foosball and ping pong, and eat BBQ. The cake was HUMONGOUS, the biggest and tallest I have ever laid my eyes upon. I wish I couldn't taken a picture of its height, or DEPTH. I was excited to sink my teeth into this cake because for his 15th birthday party last year, he ordered a cake from Coldstone as well. I wasn't sure what flavor ice cream and cake it would be, but once he had blown out the candles after the birthday song was sung, his mother cut it into slices to reveal the cake and ice cream flavors. I saw chocolate cake and vanilla ice cream, my favorite combination! Besides blue ribbon at Baskin Robbin's or mint chocolate chip anywhere. At first, his mother was cutting beyond generous portions of cake, so I requested for a half slice. It was the perfect slice to make my sweet tooth happy, seriously! I thought the ratio of ice cream to cake was absolutely great, the right amount of each! The ice cream was nice and creamy, but the cake was a bit dry. I thought the cake was a bit odd tasting...not sure why though! The cake didn't seem as fresh as last year's, which made me pretty disappointed. I love chocolate cake! Especially in ice cream cake! The frosting was way too sweet, but I liked the crunch from the rainbow sprinkles. Perhaps next time, I should suggest purchasing from Baskin Robbin's or Dairy Queen. read more

I just came back from this store. I wish the manager is aware of his/her employees' attitude. I was standing in front of the register,waiting to be rang up. One of the employees who just finished dealing with prior customer looked at me, and turned his back, totally ignoring me. I was speechless. Another employee who was helping another customer, came to the register, and asked around who's helping me. This guy, who was pretending doing something else, then came to the register, reluctantly asking me if I wanted to purchase the cake in front of me. What, were I standing there to get his autograph? What's wrong with this store? In this city of Bellevue, where lots of Asian people live, I never felt being discriminated. This is a shocking experience to me. One star is dedicated to the quality of ice cream. I will never, ever return to this store. read more

Don't get me wrong, this place is uh-mazing as far as flavors go! They have some really delicious combos/unique flavors and the location is pretty good. (Factoria, not too far from Bellevue). I generally can't have really sweet things (meaning, I get tired of them) and even the 'Like it' size (the smallest one) is too much/rich for me!
