This is everything we tried, apple, fritter, plain, glazed, donut, cheese, danish.

Quick drive-by after we had lunch downtown saw the word bakery and wanted to stop for a second. It was a little afternoon so their cases were kind of empty which is a good sign because that means they got hit earlier in the day. The service was kind and quick The building is a standard donut shop, and I imagine they make a mean breakfast sandwich ! Plain, glazed donut, was almost melted in your mouth soft, I still prefer Randy's, but this was a really good one. Apple fritter was delightful, I love the combination of all the crunchy little bits, and then the crazy soft center . Cheese danish would've been better if it had been heated up, but the pastry had a great flavor and the cheese filling was perfect .

No-frills neighborhood donut shop serving classic donuts and bear claws. This small business doesn't have a website and doesn't make any specialty donuts. Parking is located in the rear and shared with the adjacent Mexican restaurant. In addition to donuts and coffee, they also make sandwiches and breakfast items. This place feels like a blast from the past with its pressed lettering menu. I ordered a donut and a bear claw. I'm not sure if it's cash-only, but we paid in cash, and the lady was nice enough to discount a few cents to make it an even $5. For a neighborhood shop, it wasn't bad and it's good to support local businesses. Was it the best? I would rank it in the same sphere as other mom-and-pop donut shops.

Amazing old fashioned donut! Place is a little worn down but who cares if the food is good.

Walked in around 9AM on a Sunday and got helped immediately by the sweet couple. Of all the donuts I got, I ate only an apple fritter and old fashioned glazed. Both were good, but not outstanding as the apple fritter was a bit greasy and I would have liked more glaze on the old fashioned.

Talk about a hidden gem! I was going for a walk to simply take a walk because why not. When I saw a line coming out of this building. It was early and I just had to check it out. The first thing I noticed was the CASH ONLY sign, so I went across the street and got a $20 out of the ATM and was changed $3 for it at the laundry mat. Once I got the money I went back across the street to get in line. My order was simply a bacon cheese and egg croissant sandwich, and a glaze donut. If you are in the area please stop by for breakfast. You won't be able to find this place on Grubhub or DoorDash but it's worth the trip. I can only image it's a cute little couple that owns the place. The women who greets you has a smile as big you can even see it behind her eyes. Not to mention this place is beyond cheap eats. The sandwich was 5.50 and the donut was 1.25 so I paid the full ten leaving the rest for a tip. They have a full breakfast menu that I forgot to take a picture of. The croissant was greasy my baked, the eggs light and fluffy, the bacon was crispy yet complemented the the sandwich well. I have to admit I've been back to this place more then once since I found it. If you are in the area please stop by they are open 5:30a-5pm daily. Parking isn't not idea as it is downtown so you'd ended up parking on the street. The wait isn't long so you'd couldn't illegally parked and be okay!! But do not take my word for it. Haha

Ordered several donuts, pastries, and an egg & cheese breakfast sandwich. Everything is incredibly fresh and delicious. So many options. Service is fast and friendly. The environment is clean and welcoming. A wonderful experience; would recommend to anyone.

Cute little bakery with very good brewed coffee, donuts, breakfast sandwiches (my favorite is ham, cheese, omelette on croissant)

Love their donut holes!!! Make sure to get there early in the morning it runs out quick. The lady who works there is also so nice and friendly.

Cute corner breakfast stop! Had an alright selection of donuts, but more variety with their sandwiches, coffees, and smoothies. I came in and asked for a bagel with cream cheese, but they had unfortunately run out. Got the croissant instead -- which was huge -- and was pretty happy with it. It was light, buttery, and fresh-baked, and 100% reasonably priced. Overall glad to have come here.

This corner cash-only bakery offers excellent priced donuts and coffee. Great option if you're looking for something simple. Apple fritter plus a plain black coffee to dunk it in is perfect. They have some savory meals and teas as well. Been meaning to stop by for ages, yesterday was finally the day. Will probably pop in again, especially at such a short walkable distance for me.

3 manzana (apple) fritters for work!

I drove past 3 donut shops on my way to work this morning debating if I wanted donuts or some French toast sticks from one of those chain fast food places. My last chance for a stop for breakfast and those sugar energy balls was Colonial Bakery. I was able to turn into a parking lot next to Colonial's and the Mexican restaurant and find parking no problem. Colonial was pretty busy this morning but service was quick and easy with 2 Asian ladies behind the counter. I hit them up for 3 apple fritters for my BFFs at work and I and the cost was only $3.70. Not bad for 3 pretty good size individually bagged fritters. I've had bigger and more tastier apple fritters elsewhere and closer to home, but the fritters here weren't too bad and hit the spot. They had plenty of other donuts in the display and seems like they sell regular burgers for lunch and also bagels. Another donut shop in the not so great area on LB with some pretty good eats. I don't know about all that VEGAN talk from the others...but if you're consuming VEGAN DONUTS...I think you better go to a vegetarian restaurant or bakery. DONUTS FTW!!!!!

    Breakfast Sandwich

Amazing Service! Yummy donuts, breakfast and sandwiches. Super lovely and amazing staff. Boba drinks are so good.

Our favorite is the chocolate concha. It is crisp, fresh, and has the slightest sourdough flavor. I tried the dona one time and while it was great. It was just too much for me. Literally, we had to bring it home. I would suggest splitting this because of its size and it has a lot of almond and jam so it's hefty. I also tried their jamon which was sooooo good. I would get this again. For drinks we have tried their Atole, Dulce de Leche and Horchata with Cold Brew. My new favorite is the Horchata. It is so well complimented by the cold brew and it's so smooth and not too sweet. My husband also liked the taste he tried but he went with my now second favorite the Dulce de Leche. What I love about this place is that everything is balanced. Its not too much of anything just perfect. The concha isn't too sweet. It's balanced by the sourdough which is complex. The coffees which anywhere else would be a sugar bomb are just right. The sugar highlights the brilliance of whatever it is paired with whether that is bread or coffee.

Again, zero ube flavor Regular pandesal- can't go wrong here. Bibingka- decent. Doesn't have the traditional chewiness of bibingka, but just okay in actual flavor. I doctored mine up with slices of Cheezewhiz and salted egg at home. I think the names of the pastries are deceiving because they lack the actual flavor that they're named after. Stopped coming because I felt like I was just paying $20 per visit for something sweet that didn't have depth in flavors. Also, after reading the clap backs from the owner on IG/Yelp reviews towards other patrons, it has turned me off and made me more hesitant to support her business. The guy though (sorry I don't know his name) is always at the counter and super nice!

They are baked and the dough is thick and chewy, so if you're not a fan of that type of Empanada, be warned... I ordered the Cuban Sandwich as the main course. It was DELICIOUS and I would recommend it to everyone! If you're a purist, like a few of my friends and family though, be warned. Soft chewy on the inside, a little crunch on the outside. The taste of a sugar cookie with little sugar bombs of Dulce De Leche throughout. Perfect. And I washed it all down with a Tres Leches Latte (Hot). It was DIVINE! Very much on the sweet side, which I absolutely enjoyed to the last drop. But, if you do not like it too sweet, you can ask them to lower the sweetness level. Also, they will give you an option of dairy milk (2%), almond milk, or oat milk when you order. Overall it was an excellent experience, for me. I will recommend it to all my friends, and will definitely be back!
