After two years and countless scratches on and under my bumper, another high end car shop doing other work on my car confirmed that the Xpel "wrap" and the plate both saved my bumper and paint job. I brought my Tesla back to Ross and he replaced the wrap and confirmed that the car was protected by his original wrap.It looks fantastic it looks brand new. When confronted about the initial lower quote and why it went up $200, Henry screamed at me and my dad on the phone. To my face, he said "your dad is giving Jews a bad rep." He screamed at the top of his lungs and slammed his fists on his desk multiple times. After reading multiple other reviews, it seems that Henry is a con artist and continues to scam people and charge extra for work that isn't needed. STAY AWAY FROM THIS CRAZY MAN!

Not only that but energetic and affable Armando cheerfully installed the battery in the parking lot while freezing fingers to the bone. That itself took some doing because my ancient battery had totally rusted over and the connectors broke off and had to be replaced (I had let things go too long, my bad.) On June 24, 2026, I had went to have my annual vehicle inspection as required by Lyft. While I have…read moreno complaints about the inspection, my review is about the customer service of this location by some of the employees. One person in particular is Marcos Barrera. On July 14, 2026, I had to return to this store, travelling 12 miles, because the inspection report that I had to send into Lyft wasn't dated nor signed. Upon arriving, Mr. Barrera was at the counter. I told him that had an inspection and the paperwork wasn't signed. He asked me when and where I got it done. I showed him on the bottom of the paperwork that it was at this location. I then inquired about the training of mechanics filling out the paperwork completely. This is where everything went south. Mr. Barrera remembered an encounter almost a year ago. I have returned to this location several times for inspections and tire repairs without any issues. Mr. Barrera stated that I'm always causing problems. I shared with Mr. Barrera that I had to travel 12 miles to get this inspection sheet signed, and he shrugged his shoulders which seemed to express to me that he didn't care. He also expressed that he didn't care if I made a complaint about him either, which I did to corporate office. It should be noted that when anyone calls Just Tires corporate office, the complaints go to one office. A call is then placed to the store and the store manager about the incident. It's handled internally. The store manager, may or may not reach out to you. When I asked if there is anyone else I can complain to to make sure Mr. Barrera's customer service is made aware of, Madison, the customer service agent said no, just her. So if the store manager and their employees give bad customer service like I experience with Mr. Barrera or mechanics that fill out the paperwork don't do the job that they were paid to do so the customer isn't inconvenienced and have to travel back to the store to get it done correctly, corporate management will never have the ability to correct these management issues to have a better customer experience.

Asked them to inspect my brakes for me and let me know if I needed them changed too. They told me what time to show up and how long it would take. They got the job done in the time estimated and let me know I still had a decent chunk of life left in my brakes and didn't need them replaced. Which I appreciated because it shows the honesty. I want to shoutout to the guys as the front desk. They speak English and Spanish. Overheard them be very patient with customers who were clearly frustrated at the situation and taking some of it out on the Just Tires staff (despite them doing nothing other than fixing the customers problem). In the nicest way possible, they made honest recommendations based on the situation. Like if if you drive 60,000 miles a year, maybe the cheapest tires are not the best option for you‍. They have way more patience than me. These guys are awesome. locally owned and operated. I'll keep coming back.
