I wish I could give zero, but I was with my brothers after seeing the BTR concert and went to get food for 2 of us and they forgot all the sides to the trays we ordered and questioned on if we were lying about not getting food. They said a side of nuggets are 3 nuggets but a double side is only 5...The math isn't mathing to me personally. We didn't receive a spoon for our milkshake or any napkins after asking for them instead they shut the window in our face.

The nuggets on the side were just three... thus sandwich was sad. Do not buy this Cajun chicken sandwich cuz it wasn't great.

SERVICE WAS UNEXCEPTIONAL! fires where cold and our order was wrong ! I am disappointed In tonight's services and will not be returning !

We went through the drive thru to get a quick bite, but it was very slow. When it was our turn to give our order, the order taker was extremely nice & patient. We placed our order, got to the window, paid, and waited...and waited...and waited. We finally got our food and pulled off to a parking spot to eat. When we opened our boxes, the only thing fresh (and burnt) were the hushpuppies. The nuggets were cold & the chicken strips were cold/over cooked. They were so dry that even bbq sauce couldn't bring them to life or get them down my throat. So, they were trashed. For what we paid, our food should have been edible at least. Cookout isn't my favorite fast food restaurant. I went there because it was close to the interstate. That was our first and last time there.

    Lack of sides. It's ridicules.

I normally come to this cookout and am satisfied with the food. Not impressed, but "OK" with my results. Even late night. But tonight???? NoooooooooJust got home on a Friday night. WTF is this? I got a Cookout tray with a burger and onion rings and cheese bites. This is ridicules! It's so small. Not like the normal portions. What is happening? I'm not happy at all.

Reg Hamburg. large sprite cheese bites and corn dog w/ ketchup mustard

I've been hearing good things about this burger chain and had the opportunity to check them out with my son recently on a weekday around noon. The location off Indian River/I-64 and across from Regent University is good from a business standpoint due to a lot of traffic. The parking lot is tiny and not easy to maneuver however. This appears to be why their surface sign has been backed into. There was minimal debris in the parking lot, walk in front clean. This is the first Cookout I've ever been to, so when approaching the menu board I had to take a few minutes to study the concept and variety of items and sides including a whopping 40+ shakes. The prices were startling reasonable. I asked the woman what they did best. She said burgers most popular. She said they are not frozen. I ordered a cheeseburger with side of onion rings and corn dog. My son a cheeseburger with double side of fries. I got a fountain drink, my son a shake which are also reasonably priced. The cashier was friendly enough and helpful. The small dining room was packed. Floors and a few empty booths clean. Our order was called out around 10 minutes, not bad but is this "fast food". The food comes in styrofoam no matter what. I do not like this and wish they had an eat-in option with no styrofoam. The food was all hot. The burgers above average, fries tasty and per my son shake yum. I did not care for the onion rings, but corn dog was good. A trip to the men's restroom prior to departing. There was some minor debris on the floor. Overall, clean with proper supplies and everything worked. You have option of paper towels, or hand dryer. I can see myself coming back to this location, or trying another. 3.5 seems perfect for this visit. Rounding down to a 3.

We had a group of 8 adults and 1 child, and they accommodated us very easily. There's plenty of seating with a mix of booths and tables, so it never felt cramped. One of my favorite parts of the dining experience was that they have board games scattered throughout the restaurant. It made eating out with family much more enjoyable while we waited for our food. My daughter played Connect Four, the crocodile tooth game, and a fishing game, which kept her entertained the entire time. Even though we had a large group with several different orders, our food came out surprisingly quickly. We placed our order on the kiosk ourselves, but the staff still brought every dish out to our table, which was a nice touch. My go-to order is always the pork teriyaki bowl. It comes with a generous portion of pork and rice along with fresh julienned onions, carrots, and green onions. It also includes miso soup, you just have to remember to select the option to add it when ordering. My husband always gets the chicken sandwich with the sweet and savory sauce. The chicken is perfectly crispy every time, and the sauce really takes the sandwich to another level. My daughter loves the fried wings with the soy garlic sauce. They're crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside, and the sauce has a sweet, teriyaki-like flavor that's always a hit with her. If you have picky kids, you can also get it without sauce and opt for the dressing on the side to dip for $0.75. i always get an extra cup as their soy garlic sauce pairs well with my pork teriyaki bowl! The menu has something for everyone, with a great variety of Asian fried chicken, chicken sandwiches, rice bowls, noodles, and appetizers. It's one of those places we keep coming back to because the food is consistently delicious and the owners are always welcoming and kind. If you're looking to support a great local business, Chick N Roll is definitely worth a visit.

Maybe my point of reference are the Korean soy and garlic at other other places like Cx Chicken or Bxxchxx but these didn't have the soy garlic taste and it's soggy! The to go packaging was good: they had a hole in the styrofoam box lid to vent out steam, the Sando was tucked into the paper wrap so you can conveniently grab it without messing your hand up.

You can't go wrong with their ube or peach mango pie, fried chicken, pineapple juice, and spaghetti. People tend to not realize this is fast food. It's nothing too fancy but it can hit the spot. I love Jollibee's mission and theme of togetherness. Recently, I went in for their Final Fantasy collab since I love that video game series. I loved how cute the packaging and merch were. Our meal box came with free FF x Jollibee stickers and they were so adorable! The design on the cups was super cute too. I usually do online pick up orders, which go smoothly. However, the day I went to sit down was super busy. I think it was the Sunday post-church rush. We waited a little over 30 minutes. So if you're going, be prepared to stand in line for a bit. And listen... they actually handed me a buzzer to let me know when my food was ready! I've never gotten a buzzer at a fast-food restaurant before. The wait wasn't terrible, but it was definitely longer than I expected. I ordered the 6-piece chicken bucket with two sides, fries, mashed potatoes with gravy, a peach mango pie, and two drinks for $21. Not a bad deal at all! We got a mix of mild and spicy chicken. I'm definitely a white-meat chicken girl, so I was a little disappointed when my spicy piece was dark meat. It wasn't really my preference, but I will give Jollibee this: THE CRUNCH ON THAT CHICKEN WAS AMAZING! Now let's talk sides... Fries: Cold. Absolutely not. Mashed potatoes: Very little flavor and tasted like boxed potatoes to me. Gravy: NOW THIS had flavor! Definitely the MVP of the sides and perfect for dipping. Peach Mango Pie: Way too sweet for my taste. I couldn't get into it. Overall, Jollibee definitely deserves a try! The chicken crunch alone is worth experiencing, and next time I'd definitely switch up my sides and go with white rice and gravy. I'll also be skipping the dessert. Would I go back? Yes. Am I rushing back? Absolutely not. MY RATING: 5/10 The chicken has potential, the price was reasonable, and I'd try it again--but there's definitely room for improvement with those sides!
