I've heard great things about cookie society for some time and FINALLY was able to try them. A 4 pack was ordered which totaled $17 and some change. Chocolate chip, frosted oatmeal, salted caramel and banana pudding were the selected cookies. I'm normally a salted caramel girl but was blown away by the banana pudding cookie! There were friendly employees that showed what was available that afternoon. They were baking and servicing all who entered. They greet you as soon as you enter and the lighting helps you see the options. The cookies are crunch on the edges and chewy on the inside. OATMEAL IS DIVINE! Such a cute little shop with delicious cookies for whenever you have a sweet tooth. The staff is super sweet and helpful and they even have a rewards program to help you earn additional cookies with each visit! The salted caramel Cookie is crispy on the edges, chewy on the inside and the caramel is nice and gooey and not hardened like I've had with other caramel cookies. I also got the oatmeal cookie sandwich or whoopie pie, whatever you want to call it. It reminded me of one of my favorite childhood treats, the oatmeal cream pie but this was infinitely better. Google made it a little hard to find but we persisted and found it tucked away in plain site across the parking lot from Whole Foods and sitting between Relax the Back and Snooze A.M. Eatery. But let me get back to those cookies because these are surely the best cookies that I have ever tried. I chose the Apple Crisp and hubs chose the S'More. They are very large in size with crispy outside edges and chewy moist inside. The S'More had a rich chocolate filling that made my eyes roll to the back of my head. Upon entry I was completely overtaken, overjoyed and enveloped by the smell of hot, fresh, cinnamon rolls just coming out of the oven! OH MY GRACIOUS they smelled amazing. I opted for the basic chocolate chip cookie because IMO that is the tell tale sign of a good cookie if done right. They did not disappoint. I barely made it 10 minutes down the road before I finished it ALL! It was definitely worth the trip. Tonight was my first visit to Cookie Society. They have been open at this location for almost a year and a half. I'm so sad it's taken me so long to drop by. The cookies are to die for. Tonight I had a Banana Pudding cookie and a Frosted Oatmeal cookie. Truly sensational flavors. It's going to be difficult to try all the other varieties as these were so delicious. The store is well-lit and welcoming. Sophia greeted me with a big smile and offered assistance in choosing. There was light, upbeat music playing in the background and just a totally wonderful experience. I absolutely loved how clean the store was. I'm sure this also is appreciated by the numerous customers dropping by during my visit. They've also got coffee, ice cream, and lots of merch.
