I love this nail shop for a few reasons. 1. The atmosphere. I'm not talking decor, which could use some work. I mean the ladies working there are always positive, joking and laughing. 2. The prices. They're gone up a bit, like everywhere else, but the prices here are lower than anywhere else (that isn't sketchy) 3. The quality. My nails always look great, these girls are skilled and pay attention to details such as taking a narrow grinder underneath the nail. I had a set of acrylics stay on two weeks even though I work in a furniture store and should have destroyed them. Some of the nicest nail ladies I've ever met work here. I always leave this nail shop super happy with my nails. I was referred here by my friend who used to work at the sushi spot next door. So I've been getting my nails done here for about 8 months now & my favorite nail tech is definitely Ashley! She always shapes my nails exactly how I want & files my acrylics down thin (which is how I like it because it looks more natural). She really takes her time to make sure everything is nice & even. Unfortunately I was very sad to hear from her today that this week will be her last week @ Cool Nails because she is moving out of state ;( I'm not too worried about the future of my nails though because all of the ladies who work here are amazing! read more

Tina is awesome as usual. She pays attention to detail and takes her time. Everyone here is very nice and they remember your name. The place is very clean. If you are looking for a place that has a lot of frills (glamorous interior, sparkling water, etc...) then this place is not for you. They make you feel comfortable and taken care of. You can show Tina a picture of what you want and she gets it done, sometimes does a better job than the picture. Lol. One of the great things about this place is that it is not expensive at all. They have a wide range of gel colors which is a dream. I definitely recommend this place and Tina. read more

Decided to try this place out. Was greeted immediately and sat right away. I wanted a gel mani and a pedi. They were very pleasant and treated me like I was one of their customers for years!! I love the atmosphere and it felt very comfortable. They have made a lifetime customer out of me! I'm going back today as I wanted to see how long the gel manicure would last and I could probably even go another week but it has been three weeks and I want to pamper myself again! This was my go to place but the lady I got today, really ruined it for me. She made cool nails be a 1 star rating. It's a cool place to go to if you want basic stuff UNLESS you get Tina or her sister! But other then that, go to a different place. I got the same pedicure I got 2 weeks ago, and I loved my set from 2 weeks ago soooo much! I went today to get the same thing and let me tell u, the girl did a horrible job. I told her what I wanted fixed and she said no!!! And it was 42$ for my pedicure when It was 35$ the last time I went!!! And I got the same thing. The French tip was so Uneven and I asked for a line of glitter underneath just like last time and she knew exactly what I was talking about bout because she took off the polish from last time and she did a total different thing!! read more

I go to Annie and she does a good doing the different shaping of the nails that's popular these days. The prices are basically in line with nail shops in the area. I love the massage and warm towels that they use during the pedicures. It's very relaxing. This is my go to nail shop for nails. read more

My experience here was awful. I asked for coffin so the lady proceeded to clip my nails with scissors, she ended up cutting me with them. Multiple times she burned my actual skin with the drill. I asked for a clear pink nail polish, I didnt mention gel at all, but she proceeded to put gel. I didnt notice it was gel until she cleaned the nails with alcohol. My nails came out horrible. My finger nails hurt & she was angry when I told her I didnt ask for gel & that she hurt me multiple times. As if she didnt know that when I'm fact all I kept saying was ouch every time she hurt me. First & last time coming to this place. This worker ruined the experience for me. I hope that my comment saves someone else's finger nails from pain. read more

So I am giving a 4 star review because some people are 4.5 stars and others are 3.5. I've been coming here for over 2 years... I have had acrylics by Tina and Nancy. And gel from Nancy and Lynn. For acrylics I prefer Tina - my nails lasted almost 4 weeks without breaking or looking gross! For gel, I prefer Nancy. Their designs are mediocre (like making a consistent heart is a challenge) unless you go to Tina. But Tina is ALWAYS booked, so good luck with that. But overall if you get simple non-hand drawn nails, you will be satisfied. For pedicures, everyone is pretty good. read more

One of the best places I've been to. I never needed to make an appointment with a specific lady because they ALL do nails very well! I ALWAYS get a full set w/ gel, either coffin shape or stiletto, and not once have I hated my nails. I only do walk ins and the longest I had to wait was maybe 20 minutes? Which isn't bad at all. I give it a 4 stars because the place itself isn't appealing to the eye. No decorations, paint on the wall looks like it's chipping. I was very skeptical when I went there the very first time because the place did look a bit dingy but their work proved me wrong. Another thing is that only one of the ladies knows how to do designs and there aren't many gems/stones, etc to choose from. This is the perfect place to go to if you just want a simple mani/pedi or full set. Lastly, prices are great! I only pay $30 for a full set w/ gel nail polish vs. the $45 I paid at another place down the street. This place is my go-to place. read more

I have been looking for a new nail salon after being at my last one for almost 10 years. This is not the first salon I have tried but I think it will be my last. The service here can not be beat. Yes they do charge extra for everything but my total was still less than what I have been paying elsewhere. I have had two different people do my nails and they were perfect each time. This last time I asked for a design and wasn't happy with how it turned out. She redid it for me and even got help until I was happy. To me that is customer service. I've been searching for a good nail salon for acrylics since my last nail girl just up & left the last salon I used to go to! I'd seen this nail salon whenever I would go to Mama Sushi or Ross (in the same complex), but it never really caught my attention. I started calling places around the area to get prices for a full set, white tips. Well I called here and talked to Ashley, $20 for a full set is a pretty good price and it was close to my house- so I tried it. She was GREAT!! I loved how my nails turned out! and she was super quick- 40 mins for a full set to be put on and walking out the door- usually it takes up to an hour. She totally listened to what I said and she was pretty easy to understand. I was in shock- how could I have missed this diamond in the ruff?! For the first time I got charged exactly what I expected to. I always get charged way over what is on the pay chart at other nail spas. It's always 3 for this, 5 for this, 5 for this and so on. Their prices a very reasonable too. We went as walk ins and they were able to take 3 of us for pedicures at the same time. I'll be returning. read more
