Best pasta I've ever had. I don't know how to cook the white sauce, it's not Alfredo sauce and it just tastes so divine! The pizza itself is ok in my opinion. But definitely please do yourself a favor check out their pasta dish. Also the table bread tastes fabulous. This is officially our date night go to Italian place in Glendora. Absolutely loved the experience. Staff warm, engaging with a great sense of humor. Going through all of the choices left me wondering how I could ever make the choice. Had the bruschetta- light bread w prosciutto and soft mozzarella. Very tasty. Had the salmon pasta- a light marinara sauce, nice chunks of salmon over rigatoni noodles. Finished withe grated parmesan cheese. Felt bad that I could not finish it, but reheated 2 days later was just as good as the first presentation. Will definitely go again! read more

Four of us women who see movies together were looking for a local place to go to dinner afterward. I found this restaurant on Yelp, with a 4.3 star rating. I read the reviews and looked at the menu, then recommended that we try it out. We arrived shortly after the 4pm opening for dinner. We loved the small family restaurant atmosphere and chose to sit inside, although the patio area looked equally inviting. We were given the menu by what I think was the main proprietor or waiter, and he answered all our questions about various items. The service was great and our food choices were quite varied, but I can rave about how good my salad (with fennel shavings and delicately fried onions) was. Our basket of fresh bread was also so good. White Italian bread (I dipped mine in olive oil and balsamic vinegar) and also focaccia. I opted for one of the pasta specials not listed on the menu, which was shrimp ravioli. So tasty. Filled with shrimp and also the sauce was mildly spicy and had bits of shrimp (I think). Our waiter also did parmesan shavings on each of our dishes. From a chunk of real cheese, presumably from Italy? We all agreed we will return to this restaurant in the future. Next time, we will opt for a middle table, rather than a booth (where we were a bit squished). I would like to try out the patio area. We looked around and there are heaters outside for those colder months. Next time we visit, I'm planning to try out one of the appetizers and maybe one of the pizzas. Two of my friends liked the French Onion soup. Looking forward to trying all sorts of things on the menu at our future visits! read more

I wish I could give this bigger ratings but my bf and I were a bit disappointed by the service or lack of. They apologized to several tables around us for the slow service due to being so busy and a birthday party outdoors. But it took us about 15 minutes to just get our beverage orders and another 20 minutes til we actually finally got to order. In which that time I heard a table behind mention they hadn't gotten their drinks or bread yet. A couple next to us also had some issues with placing an order and not getting their wine or dinner salads in a timely manner. We received our bread basket and the delicious oil/vinegar plate. Bread was fresh and delicious. Food was delicious and the presentation was nice. We were asked if we wanted fresh grated parm on our dishes and the waiter grated a mess of cheese on my dish, including some flying on to the table and on my lap. I laughed it off, because hunger kept us from biting his arm off. We were not once checked on or asked if we needed refills. and our sodas came IN A CAN. Had dinner at this great place for the first time with a few friends last week and the food was delicious. I had the steak my husband had the stroganoff service was really good. Restaurant is very clean. Prices are really reasonable and there is plenty of parking for the restaurant.. their wine selection was decent. There is also seating outside. It was very cold the night I went, so I couldn't enjoy, but I will be back for sure during the summer. The owner is also very involved with the customers comes around and checks on you. I want to update this and say this is one of the better restaurants in the area!! The quality of their ingredients and the care they take in preparation shines through in their food!! Their bruschetta is delicious and so is their Chicken Parmesan!! The offerings are fresh and delicious and well plated and served at the proper temperature!! We went in (thankfully early) with a big group and they were able to make it work for us! Oh and we called ahead and made a reservation lol. Anywho went in and had a really lovely evening. The place is quaint inside and the noise level is just enough that we could all still hear each other at a large table of 7! We had a bunch of food and I only got a couple of pics but their pasta dishes were lovely! The ravioli the hubby had a nice warm sauce that was super flavorful. I shared a Caesar salad which was dressed beautifully and had a nice flavor! And a margarita pizza which the dough was nice and crispy like I like it! One of the others at the table had their Osso bocco (spelling may be off) which was falling off the bone perfect! Our Service was so efficient we hardly noticed they were there and the food was super fast and piping hot! Nice job and we will go back! One of the best family dining experiences we've had in a long time. The menu is absolutely delicious all around. No kids menu, but the staff was so accommodating we just asked for what our child wanted from the menu (spaghetti and meatballs) but he could have gotten mac'n'cheese or pizza, etc. with no problem. Hugo our waiter was incredibly kind, telling us the specials in an extra loud voice so my older parents could hear him, and just making us feel very welcome and taken care of the whole time. Food came quickly and was hot, fresh and well seasoned. While we were there we saw many different groups enjoying themselves, a young family, an older group of friends, a couple celebrating a birthday, etc. Just a great experience overall! Couldn't have asked for a better place to grab a last minute meal on NYE. They sat us within 6 minutes and the waitress was very friendly and prompt. The bruschetta, Caesar salad, and Pizza was just what we were looking for. everyone seemed to be having a nice evening and enjoying dinner. Veggie pizza was loaded with flavor and had a crisp, thin crust. The bruschetta was 2 thick slices of grilled bread coated with olive oil and topped with generous amounts of tomato, feta, garlic, and basil. Looking forward to returning for cream brûlée cheesecake! I ordered the spaghetti and meatballs, I didn't like the meatballs so much but I'm not too into meatballs at any place but the spaghetti and sauce were SO SO GOOD!! My bf ordered the chicken piccata it came with mash potatoes instead of pasta which I'm not used to but my bf said it was good. And for dessert we had the spumoni (ice cream) it has 3 flavors, strawberry which tasted like it had a bit of alcohol in it but it might have been the maraschino cherry pieces that gives it that flavor, chocolate and pistachio. The ambiance of this little restaurant is so romantic, especially at night; it is adorned with twinkle lights on the patio, and the interior is cozy and warm. The tables are decorated so nice. The music is also always on point to get you in your romantic feels. Their complimentary bread is out of this world, crunchy on the outer part and perfectly fluffy inside. Pair that with the vinegar and oil on the table and it's heaven; their vinegar has such a sharp, unique flavor that i looooove. All of their plates here have such an ecclectic and exciting flavor of their own that are worth experiencing. We ordered their mixed green salad; it is enough to share between two people, and the house-made dressing on it is LIKE NO OTHER. so rich and creamy yet light and wonderful. For our entrees we got the caprese pizza and the angel hair pasta with chicken. I would recommend both of these, but the pizza was my FAVORITE. it had fresh mozarella circles, fresh basil and ripe tomato slices. SO GOOD AND REFRESHING. We split the two entrees and had more than enough to take home for leftovers for the next day (praise the lorddd). The angel hair pasta was also very yummy and light, and the sauce ridiculously incredible. For dessert we had tiramisu and coffee, also absolutely lovely. I would definitely recommend the tiramisu, it is the perfect flavor and fluffiness. The waiters and servers here are so kind and friendly, especially Hugo. He cares about you, cares about your food experience, and will bring you in "as family" after your time there. He is one of the sweetest humans you will ever meet and will make you laugh so much; he alone is worth going to meet, let alone the delicious food. We ordered the antipasto plate, the portions were meager for the price. It had expired canned red bell peppers that in my mouth was fizzy and two soft cheeses ( no Italian cheese). I ordered the fettuccine Alfredo, it had no flavor, it was covered in a creamy sauce that looked appetizing; however it didn't taste like anything. I asked for additional cheese and added salt and pepper to doctor it. The noodles were over cooked and had no bite to them. They were pretty mushy. My boyfriend ordered the branzino in the papillote special. His asked for pesto sauce instead of the tomato sauce, the pesto sauce was cream based again with no flavor, the fish was bland, he too tried adding salt to bring out some flavor but there was no flavor. He spent most of his meal picking out fish bones. Something else that was strange was that they use minces curly parsley in the food instead of flat parsley. I do not think the chef knows or has experience preparing Italian dishes. It was a poor dinner date meal, we went home hungry after spending $72 ( including the 15% tip). We've both been serving staff, and there's never a reason to stiff a server gratuity for poor food. Our server was attentive and friendly so that was the only good part. read more

I like this place so much, it's my one and only 5 Star review. Much respect! Everything is great. It's a bit pricey but the portions make up for that. Flavors are always good. Pizza could be left in the oven a little longer...toppings each all have great taste. Much respect! Have tried almost every pizza and have not been disappointed. Pastas are great...green linguine type pasta breaks apart easily and maybe likely has a different coming time or something? I don't know. Would be great it get that formula down, though.
