This is a small family run business with very little overhead, so they can give you the best price on your HVAC or other appliance installation. We live in a 1942 house that does not match today's construction standards. They were extremely creative when they installed our heat pump, including where they placed the outdoor fan unit and how they cut in a new standard air intake into our hallway, they were meticulous and making sure that this project would pass inspection, including installing a locking door to our attic, which was not part of the original contract similarly they worked creatively to install our electric car charger in the exact spot that we wanted it on the outside of our house, even though it meant running much more electrical wire across the roof of our garage. UPDATE TO BELOW: Tim was quick to resolve the issues. They came and installed the WiFi connector. Contrary to what they had communicated, through the app, we can now approximate it so that the mini-split works in tandem with the ducted system and that's good enough for me. Communication still is more difficult than it should be but ultimately the issue got resolved. Thank you. I agree with the other reviews that the team that does the install is TOP NOTCH. Unfortunately, there were a couple of issues directly with Ivan. First, be ware, Ivan won't actually be onsite when the work gets done. This caused an issue because he and I agreed on the locations where the outdoor cooling units would go but after the first day, I came back from work and realized that they were putting them in the wrong locations. I had some other people working at the house and the workers mistakenly assumed one of them was the owner of the house. I don't fault the workers here. The second and more major issue was before I signed the contract, I had inquired about using a thermostat other than the mitsubishi one (he recommended mitsubishi systems: a central and a mini-split). I wanted to use an ecobee or a nest since it links up with my other home automation. However, Ivan (the guy that was doing the quote was young, tall and skinny not sure if this was Ivan or not) said the other thermostats can't control both the minisplit and the main ducted unit. The thermostat that mitsubishi was designed to control both units together. He also said the thermostat could be controlled by smartphone even though it can't be hooked up to other automation. So, I decided to trust his expertise. Unfortunately, when the technicians got done installing, it turned out that indeed as I suspected, the one thermostat cannot control both units (a separate remote is required and the two systems don't talk to each other) and the main thermostat can't be connected to my smartphone. When I contacted Ivan about this, he said a separate unit to the thermostat is required to allow wifi connection and that hasn't come in yet but it's true that the two units won't work together. Unfortunately there's nothing they can do about that so now I've spent $25K on a system that doesn't do what I needed it to do, it can't connect to the rest of my home automation system. I want to stress that the workmanship was very good. The workers Vasilii especially was very competant and quick. I just didn't get what I was initially promised and paid for. read more

I had 3 electricians come in to give me quotes to install a Tesla Wall Connector and Ivan by far gave the most reasonable rate. He also clearly explained the breakdown of the costs and how long it would take him. On the day he came in I changed my mind on where I wanted the install to be, it was a couple inches away from the original spot we agreed on.
