The outside of the bakery is very unassuming but the line will tell you a different story. The ladies working here are efficient but don't have the time to give you good service. A touch of yelling isn't bad as long as the line keeps moving. We tried the azuki cream pan since the original cream pan was all out and loaded up on the strawberry croissants. Both of these items are delicious and you can tell they are made fresh every morining. If you're in the area and that line isn't wrapping around the building, give it a try! read more

Love visiting this place from time to time. Pasteries are delicious love getting their chocolate croissant and getting a loaf of bread. Their avocado Turkey sandwich are the are a nice quick meal. These were great desserts. They take your order fairly quickly and get your box ready and then you wait a bit more to then get to the cashier to pay and add drinks if wanted. There's a lot of things along the walls to purchase like sliced bread and trinkets around. They also have seating outside the back. read more

A Must-Visit Bakery Gem Consistent, Fresh & Always Delicious! After my morning run today, I decided to stop by Cream Pan, one of my all-time favorite bakeries. I've been here several times, and I can confidently say I've never had a bad experience. The moment you walk in, you're greeted with the most amazing aroma of freshly baked bread and pastries. The staff is always warm and friendly, and the display cases are filled with everything from sushi rolls and sandwiches to pastries, cakes, and desserts it's impossible not to find something tempting. I first discovered Cream Pan thanks to my brother when we were in California for my wedding. He stopped by to grab some snacks, and that's where my love for this place began. We picked up the crispy chicken sandwich, the turkey avocado sandwich, the strawberry and cream sandwich, and of course, the famous olive bread with dipping olive oil and wow, that olive bread is what won me over! Everything was fresh, flavorful, and perfectly made. Since then, I've been back several times, and the consistency has been impressive. My favorite item is definitely the turkey avocado sandwich, followed closely by the crispy chicken sandwich. There was one time my olive bread came out slightly burnt, but every visit after that has been perfect they really do pay attention to quality. Today marked my fourth visit, though I arrived a bit late in the afternoon, so many items were already sold out (a good sign of how popular this place is!). They were out of the turkey avocado sandwich, but one of the sweetest employees recommended their egg sandwich, saying it's a customer favorite. I also decided to finally try their famous strawberry croissant with custard. Both were incredible. The egg sandwich was light, creamy, and super fresh one side had tomato, the other cucumber, giving it the perfect balance of texture and flavor. The strawberry croissant was pure heaven flaky pastry, smooth custard that wasn't overly sweet, and fresh strawberries dusted with powdered sugar on top. Everything about it was perfect. My mom also loves Cream Pan every time I fly back home to Miami, she makes sure I bring her the olive bread. It's become our little family tradition now. Overall, Cream Pan is a solid 10/10. The food is consistently delicious, the staff is kind, and the atmosphere is cozy and inviting. It's one of those rare bakeries that truly lives up to its reputation. Can't wait to come back and try more from their menu! read more

The strawberry cream croissant were a big hit at the superbowl party I brought them to! I highly recommend calling in to place your order ahead of time so it will be ready right when you want it. You get to skip the long line, go right to the register and pay for your order. It made for such a smooth pick up process, I was in and out under 5 minutes! The staff were also very friendly and courteous. I look forward to coming back to try other pastries when I have more spare time. read more

I used to come here with my mom and had good service, but this time there wasn't any customer service at all. It had been so long I wasn't sure how the ordering process worked because I remember someone behind the glass would ask what we'd like before getting to the register. This time I stood there with my daughter like an idiot watching a person behind the glass with her head down avoiding any kind of interaction wondering if she was going to ask what I'd like. After a few minutes I just waited in line until I got to the register. I told the order taker what I wanted and she had to repeatedly ask the same said girl with head down to grab it. Said girl had to walk up to the register to figure out what was being asked. This place is famous for their strawberry cream croissants. So flaky and delicious! They come in different packagings. Sometimes in cute cardboard boxes and sometimes in plastic containers. I love their strawberry and banana danish as well as their pre-made sandwiches and melon pans. In the Tustin store, there's a sitting area in the back accessible from the back of the store. We stopped by today to grab a few sweets for our car trip. We heard great things about this place and we're anxious to try it. We picked up three items, the orange brioche, the blueberry cream cheese, and a Boston cream doughnut. The brioche had good flavor, but was a bit dry. We didn't care for the flavor of the Boston crème donut. The blueberry cream cheese croissant was pretty tasty; the best of the three. The parking is easy in the lot. We are lucky to have this bakery in our neighborhood. It's a staple for strawberry croissants and cream puffs, steamed buns with pork, sushi grab 'n' gos, and a myriad of French inspired pastries and cakes. Once in a while we also like to get the chicken and pork katsu curry. Quality is always good, staff gets us through the long lines efficiently, and there's plenty of parking in that plaza. I love cream pan! The curry pan (beef) is so juicy and filling. I love air frying this once I get back home and it's usually still tender and piping hot after! The strawberry croissant is my absolute favorite - no other bakeries can make it quite as well as this one. It's the perfect level of sweetness and cream and the strawberries don't taste sour! I've never tried the banana strawberry pastry before but I really enjoyed how big and filling it was. I'm looking forward to coming back! I came on a Sunday morning around 8AM and there was no line. However, there isn't much time to pick and choose as the staff are the ones are grab it for you, so I went off of what I had seen on Yelp reviews. I heard about this place and how great the bread was. So I stopped by once while in the area. You stand in line to order. No real indoor seating. The line moves pretty quickly so no real time to browse. Everyone seemed to have known what they wanted. When I got up to the register, everything felt so rushed. I've had a few of their pastries & breads and never had complaints! Although their strawberry powdered croissants with the filling is amazinggg... and is the reason why I've gone there several times. It can definitely get busy, which is understandable due to how good the pastries are. I haven't tried drinks or anything else as of now. Although I haven't had a negative experience! Only thing is that it can get pretty crowded because it's a small space. Other than that, it's delicious! read more

Let's be honest we all are coming here for the strawberry cream croissant. There's convenient packaged trays of 6+ that you can grab and go. I got a 6 pack and they are absolutely delicious. In my opinion they taste best a little chilled so that you get a refreshing dessert sensation. I also got a steamed pork bun that was pretty decent as well. The location is very spacious and clean, and when I went on 4pm Thursday it was able to be helped quickly. read more

Most incredible bakery I've ever been to, and I've been to Paris like 7 times This place rules. So proud it exists. They have phenomenal tea sandwiches and all the best pastries and then some. Try it and buy one of everything. The service is amazing. The line is long but it moves very quickly and they have a very organized and quick system to serve customers. Quick place to get in and out. Been coming to this place for years when I'm in the area and decided to stop by for some curry! There are so many more baked goods and refrigerated options in the morning so try to come during that time! You do have to wait 10-15 minutes after ordering to get your curry order and they only serve it during a certain time period during the day. Once you walk in, you follow the signs and grab what you want that's out and then order what you want that's behind the case and that's listed on the menu behind the cashier. There isn't any inside seating, just some outside seating. I ordered the chicken katsu curry and it was good. I want to say it used to be better in the past. The chicken was pretty hard and dry. The curry was flavorful and had a touch of spice. There was an interesting flavor within the curry that gave it a very different taste. I'm not sure what it was but my dad was saying it was jasmine. It satisfied the curry craving but I could've sworn it used to be better. I did get it to go but that's how I've always gotten it so it shouldn't have mattered. I hadn't gotten the strawberry croissants this time around, but they're always pretty good. I feel like the most recent time was good but not as good as they used to be. Maybe I've just had them too much over the years or hyped them up too much that they've lost their uniqueness. Overall, this place is good but it used to taste better in the past in my opinion. I will definitely come back because I grew up eating here and I saw some baked goods I haven't seen before that I would like to try. read more

I loved everything I got! I would have given this 5 stars but couldn't bc the efficiency of their ordering station. Only a few things are grab and hand to cashier. Everything i wanted was in the glass or in the back wall. Also, by 3 or 4. All the food items are gone. I got the strawberry croissant and the banana/strawberry croissant. Both were delicious. I loved the custard! I also got a ham and cheese croissant. I really enjoy that. Since I haven't eaten all day, I was hungry! I ordered a pork katsu curry plate. Curry bland and katsu were fine. WOW! Blown away by the flavor and variety of food. Our eyes were DEF bigger than our tummies, but that didn't stop us! We planned on getting a "simple" strawberry popover they're known for, but we got inside and MAN - so many options! Order and pickup lines flow similarly to a cafeteria and items range cold to hot, sweet to savory. We pretty much destroyed everything when we got to the car. Nothing made it home! Luckily there was no line at 10AM Sunday. I got the beef curry pan, strawberry croissant and ham and cheese. Was about $9 for all 3 so reasonably priced. Always so, so yummy!! Waited in line ~15 minutes at 7AM on Christmas Eve. Strawberry croissants are the classic (and the favorites) but we also like the azuki cream bun (which is much more cream than red bean). Honestly, there is nothing to not love about Cream Pan. ALL of their baked products are good. The strawberry croissants that me and thousands of others have said are amazing, are really amazing. The banana strawberry Nutella ones are also really good. Their curry is also really good along with their little sushi rolls. I haven't had anything not delicious here. The earlier you go, the more variety you have. The line is intimidating sometimes but it is 200% worth it. Big free parking lot. read more

If you are looking for real musubis, go somewhere else. A party order of 30 musubis turned into 2 bags of TASTELESS rolls. What's worse is they don't even care about their customers. They said their sushi chefs are off already and could not put them in a tray for me. When asked if they could at least offer a plastic tray for me to arrange them myself, they said no. I was in shock of their attitude and their so called musubis. Finally they said they would sell me me an empty plastic tray for $8. Rude staff and rude manager. Customer service is non-existent and their "spam and egg musubis" were a joke! I will never come back! read more

I'm an absolute sucker for tofu that spins my tastebuds in a loop (especially with a nutty creaminess that you can't forget) Chicken gizzards were nice and bouncy, good chewiness, great aroma and seasoning on the green onions. 7.5/10 Salmon skin and avo salad was an interesting combo that had a tasty dressing with bonito topping. I thought it was fun and refreshing! 8/10 Corn tempura was a bit of a letdown for me because I couldn't taste any truffle and the batter felt as thick as the corn itself. The corn was mildly sweet though each bite tasted quite bland. I can see how seasoning corn rib type tempuras are a bit difficult, but I would totally try again if it ever goes through some reworking! He wanted a little more seasoning in the lamb chops but says they were cooked well. I think Japanese food tends to be conservatively seasoned in general. Other dishes also looked good. I thought everything was good but didn't think anything was amazing. My wife particularly appreciated that just about all of the menu items had pictures! Settled in the humble city of Rancho Santa Margarita; Panera bread continues to grow and expand their locations. Looking at the design of the restaurant, you can see the mellow green, yellow, and brown walls with multiple contemporary art portraits on them; and hear the multiple conversations of families and friends having a good time. In addition, the restaurant gives a dark and relaxing vibe that makes you just want to stay and talk for hours while enjoying your meal. Adding on, the service is outstanding, you never have to wait over 10 minutes for your food and the workers are very friendly. And to top it off the restaurant provides free Wi-Fi for all customers to use. One of the things that make Panera different from all other restaurants is its ability to make appetizing food, while still making sure the food is healthy for all. One of the ways they do this is by using all natural and clean ingredients; this includes fresh vegetables, pasta, etc. In addition, they use no genetically modified food (GMO) in their dishes. And finally, Panera serves just the right amount of food to make sure you get your calorie intake for the day, rather than the whole year. As a result, Panera is a great place to eat without having to worry about gaining weight or not being able to finish your food. But, I will say that noontime is probably one of the worst times to go to Panera Bread, due to parking spaces and crowdedness. It's a mess. I work in a hospital in the medical field but in a different area of Los Angeles, however; I sought out Dr. Klapper as a referral for his great reputation and the fact that my friend's mother had two total knee replacements by him more than 20 years ago and she did great!. He is absolutely excellent, has a great personality, listens to patients and then speaks to you at the appropriate level and explains all of the options including his preference for a given treatment or therapy. I had multiple displaced fractures of the patella along with a quadriceps tendon rupture, quadriceps muscle tear and hematoma.Dr. Klapper suggested partial patellectomy (removal of portion of patella) as the surgical solution and unlike many orthopedic surgeons, he chose to repair the injury without using hardware (no wiring back together). The surgery was painful for a few days and I was able to return to work (office setting) after only 1 week. It has now been 9 weeks since the surgery and although a little stiff. I am having PT several times a week and water therapy a couple times a week and my leg is getting more and more flexibility everyday. As I understand it the PT will last 3-4 months and the whole rehabilitation will take 8-12 months for complete healing. You do have to wait in his office because it can be crowded; but good physicians and surgeons are well worth the wait! On the upside, he never hurries the office visit with patients, is caring, will answer all of your questions and that is particularly reassuring when it is your turn to be seen. I would highly recommend Dr. Klapper if you suffer an orthopedic injury or issue!! read more

I have a big sweet tooth, I mean BIG especially in the morning, so as you could imagine Starbucks is one of my most visited shops throughout the week, but one afternoon a year back (I don't know why it's taken me so long to write a review or get on yelp) I was driving through Old Town Tustin, and I came across this little bakery, They sell an assortment of breads and desserts, also salads, soups, and sandwiches perect to stock up for your meals at work. They make everything fresh daily, even their orange juice. The prices are unbeatable too. Since opening they have expanded to take up to locations on the corner, 1 being their cafe and the other more of a stop by order your bread and dishes to go. The staff is super friendly, and the ambiance is very calm and inviting, it's not loud and out of control yelling out numbers runs smoothly, sometimes there is a wait but thats usually on weekends. i love their little sandwiches with breaded grilled white meat chicken in a sweet bbq glaze i want to say, stuffed with avocado tomatoes and sprouts! Thanks to my very pregnant friend and her lack of desire to leave Tustin until the baby is born, I have made several trips here lately. I was first introduced to this place when she was in the early stages of her pregnancy and having cravings. She craved their strawberry croissants. After hearing about her rave over the croissants, I picked up a box of 6 on my way over to her place. I quickly learned why she had been craving them! These things are amazing! Honestly, one of the best croissants I've ever had. So tasty and sweet. The filling is what made it perfect. After three months of croissants, she switched to curry pan. As a non-curry person (not a fan of spice) I stuck with my strawberry croissant. Eventually I gave it and tried the curry pan. Delicious! Ok, maybe not quite as good as the strawberry croissant, but certainly good. I did find something to rival the strawberry croissant, though. It is the banana-strawberry croissant! I didn't think adding something as simple as banana could make it even better, but it did. I bring these home for my kids and they are gone within 10 minutes. Truly a delightful treat! The only problem I have with Cream Pan is that it is not easy to find the first time and parking can be a challenge. I got lost the first time and more than once I've had to circle around for 5-10 minutes to find parking. This place is worth the parking hassles, though. I'm so glad she had a craving! read more

Listen I've only been here a couple times or so however what I could tell you is that place serves food straight from Mount Olympus! God himself has to be overseeing the bread that is spawned from here! The strawberry cream croissant had me thinking heaven really do be on earth! The only time I've ever felt this good was when my dad left for milk and actually came back from the grocery store to hug me unlike jakes dad... anyways the place is small and feels very "homey" but also it's nothing that really stands out, the workers range from meh to good! One time I went and the worker kinda rushed me and didn't understand that I didn't understand some of the other pastries and drinks they sold there. Another time I went the worker was amazing, super kind! And understanding so it depends. They were never mean and both times I still left with a positive experience! The one thing I do think this place stands out for is what I've already mentioned! The strawberry cream croissant! I swear these things are gold and if you haven't had one yet drop what you're doing and come now! I finally visited Cream Pan, and it was an amazing experience! The line stretched out the door a bit on a Sunday morning, but it moved quickly. The bakery is small on the inside, but the staff is efficient, making sure everyone gets their orders in a timely manner. Cream Pan has a variety of items including sweet pastries, sandos, rice balls, curry, and an extensive selection of coffee and tea. The menu is endless! I usually get the strawberry croissants, but this time I tried the banana strawberry croissant, which was filled with hazelnut and custard on a long flakey croissant. The fruits were incredibly fresh, and the custard was perfectly balanced, not overly sweet. I also got the pork katsu sando, which had fluffy bread and tender katsu. The tangy sauce drizzled on the sando added a nice touch as well. I also ordered the peanut butter sando which was a simple dish elevated by the fluffy, fresh bread and chunky peanut butter with delightful pieces of peanuts in every bite. Overall, I'm very impressed with Cream Pan and eager to explore more of their menu. Plus, there's plenty of parking available, making the visit even more convenient. read more

Okay, so I'm somewhat on guard when I set foot upon a car dealership. My dad needed a new vehicle and was initially interested in a Toyota Corolla. I've been driving a 2004 Hyundai Accent hatchback that has required very little attention over the years so I wanted him to at least have another vehicle to compare to as a point of reference. I felt that the Hyundai Elantra was a safe bet. Luckily, our salesperson turned out to be Dawn Kinney. She is a very knowledgable, patient, and honest individual. My dad and I never felt pressured to make a purchase during any segment of our vehicle search. We drove tested both vehicles and agreed that the Elantra was a better overall value than the Corolla. My dad has owned 2 Toyotas in the past, but made the switch. Not only because he was impressed with the vehicle, but because Dawn Kinney and her team members, including Kirk the sales manager, treated us as they would want to be treated in a similar experience. Employee or related to owner of imperial burger in cypress CA , as a custermer for the last 4 years sometimes everyday theirs a special item I order all the time" And it's the best except one Tuesday there was a different cook femal, I ordered my usual" but this order was not made well and I couldn't eat most of it" I tried to avoid Tuesday" then I ended up ordering by phone on a Tuesday when I arrived The cook was the femail that made my order days before" I had ordered by phone and assumed it was made ? the employees Informed her about my disapointment on the last order she made, łwhen I arrived" instead of being concerned me being a long time custermer on what was wrong? OMG!!!! I get all excited like a fat kid in a bakery, oh that's me lol. Just Say'n....! LOVE THIS BAKERY IT'S DELICIOUS.. the strawberry croissant lives up to ALL THE HYPE.. it is really crunchy on the outside, nice and soft on the inside.. and perfect sweetness of custard cream in the middle. They tend to run out of this item so get there early or call ahead... they won't make more!! Cafe closes up at 1.. but we they have deli sandwiches which are amazing. The egg salad. and the chicken.are yummy. The yakisoba sandwich which is better hot.. use the MICROWAVE by the door. The onigiri, sandwiches, rolls, raisin rolls, fresh oj, and they have fresh coffee... try it with condensed milk. Everything I get here is very good.... It's inexpensive, yay! The people there are really kind and helpful. This is a must when I am in the area. Plus plenty of parking and there is farmers market on Wednesday's from 9-1 so visit Old Town Tustin while you're there. Make sure you get here before 12pm on the weekdays or else your walking out with NOTHING, well nothing good that is. And for the weekends, make sure you get here before 1pm. I always make sure to place orders on the phone prior to coming to make sure I get them STRAWBERRY CROISSANTS and the CURRY PAN because they are honestly as good as it gets, so because of that Cream Pan deserves the 5 star and the 45 minute drive!!! If you come here, you gotta try to the STRAWBERRY CROISSANTS because they are to die for as well as the CURRY PAN!! The Strawberry Croissants are filled with just the right amount of custard with just the right amount of sweetness stuffed in between the flaky crisp layers of the croissant with slices of strawberry layered in between the custard and croissant and topped off with the perfect amount of powdered sugar. The CURRY PAN is literally like a doughnut with curry stuffed in the middle. Avoid This Place! Terrible Management and False Accusations I placed a party tray order with Cream Pan because I loved their food, but their outdated payment system and horrific management ruined my experience. After paying with Apple Pay, their old receipt machine didn't register it. I was asked to double-pay for the items I took that day and come back for a refund once my bank statement cleared. When I followed up, the manager was incredibly rude. When I went back to the store, she became hostile and aggressive. She refused to look at my bank records, threw a receipt at me, and maliciously accused me of stealing their tray. She then kicked me out of the store, claiming I was disrupting her business. I was polite the entire time and have never been so insulted in my life. Chase Bank has officially confirmed that the payment WAS successfully processed and transferred to Cream Pan. They took my money twice, refused to check their accounts, and accused me of theft. This hostile behavior is terrifying and unacceptable. I am permanently boycotting this business. read more

This place is such a gem if you're craving an old school, traditional Asian-American bakery experience. It has that nostalgic, homey vibe that's totally different from the more commercialized spots like Paris Baguette. Their strawberry croissants are clearly the star here, and for good reason. You can grab them individually or in packs, and we went straight for the six pack! I inhaled two right away! The strawberries were fresh and the cream had that perfectly balanced sweetness (not too sweet!). But my favorite treat ended up being the coffee roll cake. The texture was perfectly spongy and the coffee flavor was strong without being bitter. Did not expect it to steal the show from the croissants, but it was my personal fave! FYI there's no seating inside, just some tables outside the bakery, which was a bit hot in the summer. They also sell French butter, which I took home and put on my eggs, and apparently I live in Paris now. Seriously dough ()... SO good. They even helped me out by bringing the three boxes of croissants and two cup carriers of drinks out to my car, so I wouldn't have to carry everything by myself. The customer service stands out compared to other coffee shops around. I always enjoy coming to Pandor and this interaction added another reason to make the drive.
