Strawberry croissant = THE BEST! I'm willing to drive 40 minutes out to purchase a dozen of strawberry croissant or maybe 2 dozens :). You can taste the quality and freshness and also the cream was perfect (not sweet at all). Make sure to eat it when it's fresh because the next day it would lose its texture and crunch. Service is always friendly and great here. There's usually a line in the morning but it moves quickly. Make sure to go early or else they will run out. I came one time at 5pm and they close at 7 and they happen to have some croissant left and other things. It's one single line and you just tell them what you want when it's your turn or you can grab what you want and keep the line moving. There's no seating inside but you can always eat in your car in the parking lot. Plenty of parking in the plaza. Definitely recommend this place for everyone. read more

I come here every so often to pick up some treats for family gatherings and it's always a hit! I love their strawberry cream croissants and the family also loves azuki bean and choco horns. Staff are friendly and efficient and even when lines are long, we get through pretty quickly. read more

4.5 stars. If you can only get one item, get their strawberry croissant! The cream (custard?) they use in their strawberry croissant is soooooo good. The best cream I've had in a croissant. There was a line when I got there, but it moved fast. It moved so fast that I was kinda nervous about what to do - I mean, I needed more time to look at all the options and debate (internally) about how many pastries I can reasonably eat in a day. I would've gotten more, if it weren't for the fact that I had big lunch + big dinner plans. The Azuki Cream was just okay - solid red bean pastry, but strawberry croissant was SO good that I wished I could've eaten more. They do have bigger pre-packaged boxes for the strawberry croissants (I can see why now), but there was a sign that said it was best eaten on the day of. I'm not really a fan of their store layout, just because it's difficult as a first-timer to remember what I want (you don't have space to backtrack and look at the options) + you don't really have time to explore the other part of the store that had more bread/goodies. read more

This review is for their Customer Service. I have been going here for over 16 years. Progressively their treatment of customers has been getting progressively worse to the point I don't want to support their business anymore, unless they change. They literally yell at customers for leaving the front door open for more than a couple of seconds. It is beyond comprehension that this is allowed by management or the owners!! Fix the door mechanically or find a real solution. But yelling at customers to the point of making people in line flinch and cover their ears is NEVER acceptable. They have also gone out of their way to make customers unwelcome to eat their purchase at onsite. They removed the awnings outside which makes it almost impossible to eat outside during the day due to the intense heat. My family and I spend thousands of dollars here yearly. But I wont anymore until they realize that customers should be treated with respect and common courtesy. Customers can live without Cream Pan, but Cream Pan cannot survive without their customers. read more

Maybe I just don't get the hype around these strawberry cream pans. Was it good? Sure but it wasn't something I would go out of my way for. The line just kept piling up so maybe I just went into it with super high expectations. Service wasn't great but I can always turn a blind eye if what I'm eating is delicious. read more

They are a French and Japanese bakery and has already been well known for their Strawberry croissants, my go-to place when I want to bring some delicious pastries for any gathering . Just left this morning after i bought your famous delicious strawberry croissant's. I've been going there for years. Before you expanded the Tustin location. I was extremely disappointed on tuis visit. Not only did the croissants shrink half their original size but they don't even look like they used to. Never going back to this location again. For the most part the pastries are good. A friend brought a selection. Tried the strawberry custard, chocolate creme, and the twisted sugar donut. Think bc it's super fresh, but the oil taste was overwhelming for the chocolate one which still had a crunch. Surprisingly the twisted sugar donut seemed a bit stale like not as fluffy as at typical donut shops, but others tried the red bean, scone and this apple pastry without complaints read more

The food was soooooo good. Our favorites were the Azuki cream puff, chocolate horn, strawberry puff, & strawberry banana croissant. Savory food wise we really enjoyed the chicken curry katsu but the beef curry bread and the onigiris didn't live up to as much expectation. Service was so fast so do not be intimidated by the line out the door. Lots of seating area outside with nice chill vibes and space to enjoy the goodies! read more

This bakery is a gem in Orange County! The Japanese style bakery is tucked away in the city of trees. From the outside, the building of the bakery appears old and quite dull. It is not what I expected from a place that is widely acclaimed and highly rated in the community. But, you should never judge a book by its cover. Inside the bakery was quite small and quaint. There's a rope to indicate the area where the line is supposed to be. I imagine the line might flow out the door at times, when it gets busy. To the left you will see the glass window with the baked goods that are still available. I was pleasantly surprised to find that there were some strawberry croissants still left. The strawberry croissants are what this bakery is most known for, so naturally I had to try them. The strawberry croissants were delicious! They had just the right amount of custard to fruit. And the croissant itself still had a light and airy texture, with a slight crunch. The perfect ratio of salty and sweet! The dust of powdered sugar really topped it all off nicely. The fruit tart was also extremely good. The fruit was very fresh and the custard was not over powering. The crust paired well and balanced out the sweetness of the fruit. It is no wonder that this bakery is rated so highly. The treats are absolutely amazing. I would recommend this gem to anyone in Orange County! read more

Stopped by to pick up a tray of their popular strawberry croissants. I wanted to bring a treat to a group of staff and they were ecstatic after I dropped them off. I arrived around 10:00 on a Friday morning and there was no line at all. Everything else looked yummy, but I already had lunch plans later that day. I've tried cream pan before many times and never have had this happen where I was so rushed and felt like they didn't care for their customers. There's always a line here which was expected. I went here with my friend to get some pastries and sandwiches. My friend ordered the 6pack of strawberry croissants however I was charged for them as you can see in my receipt. Cream Pan is a must try. Their strawberry croissants are popular for a reason. I will wait any day in like to be able to grab a few of those. They're perfect for a potluck, holiday family dinner or just a nice treat. I also tried their chicken katsu sandwich and omg...the cole slaw and bread, just makes it so tasty. Another must try. As you can see in the picture, we tried almost everything! The croissants--the strawberry, banana, and blueberry--were the stars of the show. But the other items didn't disappoint either. We also enjoyed the chocolate cream donut, raspberry cream cheese pastry, crème caramel, and even the onigiri (both ume and salmon)--a surprising but delightful addition! We went on a Saturday around 9 AM, and by 10 AM, a very long line had already formed outside (it's a small café with limited indoor space). Since it was raining and there wasn't anywhere to sit, we ended up enjoying everything with hot coffee from the car. This is one of my favorite places to get steamed pork buns!!!' I know everyone raves about their strawberry cream croissants but I actually crave their pork buns. The croissants are always a favorite for any event, gatherings, or potlucks. But okay, back to the buns! They have them hot and ready in the glass steamers and you gotta get there before the early afternoon or they're all gone. The breading is so fluffy and slightly sweet. The meat inside is so delicious. When I don't have an appetite or feeling under the weather, these buns are what I crave. I really like this place for lunch also since they're some outside seating. The katsu curry is also great, just takes a little bit of time to make. The service is no fuss type. You walk in through the line and you tell them what you want from the glass case or menu. Then you get to the end to pay. Not much seating inside at all. So aside from a quick lunch, I recommend taking your items as a takeaway. read more

I've had a few of their pastries & breads and never had complaints! Although their strawberry powdered croissants with the filling is amazinggg... and is the reason why I've gone there several times. It can definitely get busy, which is understandable due to how good the pastries are. I haven't tried drinks or anything else as of now. Although I haven't had a negative experience! Only thing is that it can get pretty crowded because it's a small space. Other than that, it's delicious! read more

I didn't know this OC staple had savory options! Ordering felt like a rushed process, so I just got the crowd favorites, Strawberry Croissant & Strawberry Banana Croissant. Due to the lack of indoor seating and limited outdoor seating, this bakery is more like a casual grab-and-go with notoriously long lines. I think our croissants tasted good, but not great. How have I never been to Cream Pan until now? Have I been living under a rock?! Clearly not, because I have had them over the last 10 years. Over and over and over again as my co workers kept bringing them to work for various celebrations and events and what not. And for the same reason, I was tasked this time around to place the order and pick up for my company event. I called on a Friday morning for a Monday morning pickup - an order of 25 strawberry croissants. I arrived about 10 minutes early and my order was ready and waiting for me in the fridge. This is A+ service! Since this was on my way to work - I picked up some of their pork buns too because I love pork buns and they are freshly made sooooo how could I resist?! You're right, I couldn't! And. I wasn't disappointed! It was so good!!! Andddd bonus! I never realized how extremely close it is to my house and how on the way to work it is for me! ... did I mention, it is both on the way to work AND close to my house? um yup. Those two together, may make this a very dangerous place for me! Haha. All jokes aside (or maybe not haha!), glade I finally came around to actually coming to Cream Pan. Are you a fan of strawberries? How about custard? Croissants? The Strawberry Croissant at Cream Pan includes all of the above. That said, I'm personally a fan of all of those, so I was quite amused with the flavor combination. The croissant had a slight crunch on the outside. This is my uncle's go-to spot for baked goods--and after visiting, I can totally see why! The variety they offer is fantastic, and everything is so fresh and beautifully made. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made the experience even better. The prices are excellent, especially for the quality you get. You can really tell they put a lot of care into their baking. I ended up buying a bunch of treats to take back to Arizona, and they were a huge hit with my family! I'd heard of Cream Pan but thought they were strictly a bakery. I wasn't aware they served coffee as well. So glad I stopped by for coffee and some pastries. The coffee was great but of course the real star of the show are the pastries. Their cream pan and strawberry croissants are so freaking delicious. Not too sweet which is nice. A review long overdue: Randomly happened upon this place when we decided to explore this area, and boy were we surprised to see the line out the door of an unassuming-looking bakery. I quickly checked Yelp and decided that I had to try things out. While long, the line moved fairly fast, especially when I was checking out the menu and trying to decide what to buy. The strawberry croissants were a clear must. I wanted to get the azuki cream but they were out so I opted for strawberry and banana instead. After sampling these two types, I'm pretty sure you can't go wrong with anything here. They were a bit of a mess to eat, but I savored every bite. I don't know how many times I've been here, but I can't stop coming back. I live in San Diego, but I will drive 2 hours JUST for these. These strawberry croissants are filled with a nice velvety and sweet cream and topped with fresh strawberries that just keep bringing me back. I eat at LEAST 5 everytime I come here. The outside of the bakery is very unassuming but the line will tell you a different story. The ladies working here are efficient but don't have the time to give you good service. A touch of yelling isn't bad as long as the line keeps moving. We tried the azuki cream pan since the original cream pan was all out and loaded up on the strawberry croissants. Both of these items are delicious and you can tell they are made fresh every morining. If you're in the area and that line isn't wrapping around the building, give it a try! read more

I used to come here with my mom and had good service, but this time there wasn't any customer service at all. It had been so long I wasn't sure how the ordering process worked because I remember someone behind the glass would ask what we'd like before getting to the register. This time I stood there with my daughter like an idiot watching a person behind the glass with her head down avoiding any kind of interaction wondering if she was going to ask what I'd like. After a few minutes I just waited in line until I got to the register. I told the order taker what I wanted and she had to repeatedly ask the same said girl with head down to grab it. Said girl had to walk up to the register to figure out what was being asked. The whole transaction took so long when I couldve been in and put of there in a few minutes if there was any service. read more

These were great desserts. They take your order fairly quickly and get your box ready and then you wait a bit more to then get to the cashier to pay and add drinks if wanted. Adding on, the service is outstanding, you never have to wait over 10 minutes for your food and the workers are very friendly. And to top it off the restaurant provides free Wi-Fi for all customers to use. One of the things that make Panera different from all other restaurants is its ability to make appetizing food, while still making sure the food is healthy for all. One of the ways they do this is by using all natural and clean ingredients; this includes fresh vegetables, pasta, etc. In addition, they use no genetically modified food (GMO) in their dishes. And finally, Panera serves just the right amount of food to make sure you get your calorie intake for the day, rather than the whole year. I work in a hospital in the medical field but in a different area of Los Angeles, however; I sought out Dr. Klapper as a referral for his great reputation and the fact that my friend's mother had two total knee replacements by him more than 20 years ago and she did great!. He is absolutely excellent, has a great personality, listens to patients and then speaks to you at the appropriate level and explains all of the options including his preference for a given treatment or therapy. I had multiple displaced fractures of the patella along with a quadriceps tendon rupture, quadriceps muscle tear and hematoma.Dr. Klapper suggested partial patellectomy (removal of portion of patella) as the surgical solution and unlike many orthopedic surgeons, he chose to repair the injury without using hardware (no wiring back together). The surgery was painful for a few days and I was able to return to work (office setting) after only 1 week. It has now been 9 weeks since the surgery and although a little stiff. I am having PT several times a week and water therapy a couple times a week and my leg is getting more and more flexibility everyday. As I understand it the PT will last 3-4 months and the whole rehabilitation will take 8-12 months for complete healing. You do have to wait in his office because it can be crowded; but good physicians and surgeons are well worth the wait! On the upside, he never hurries the office visit with patients, is caring, will answer all of your questions and that is particularly reassuring when it is your turn to be seen. I would highly recommend Dr. Klapper if you suffer an orthopedic injury or issue!! read more

I have a big sweet tooth, I mean BIG especially in the morning, so as you could imagine Starbucks is one of my most visited shops throughout the week, but one afternoon a year back (I don't know why it's taken me so long to write a review or get on yelp) I was driving through Old Town Tustin, and I came across this little bakery, They sell an assortment of breads and desserts, also salads, soups, and sandwiches perect to stock up for your meals at work. They make everything fresh daily, even their orange juice. The prices are unbeatable too. Since opening they have expanded to take up to locations on the corner, 1 being their cafe and the other more of a stop by order your bread and dishes to go. Thanks to my very pregnant friend and her lack of desire to leave Tustin until the baby is born, I have made several trips here lately. I was first introduced to this place when she was in the early stages of her pregnancy and having cravings. She craved their strawberry croissants. After hearing about her rave over the croissants, I picked up a box of 6 on my way over to her place. I quickly learned why she had been craving them! These things are amazing! Honestly, one of the best croissants I've ever had. So tasty and sweet. The filling is what made it perfect. After three months of croissants, she switched to curry pan. As a non-curry person (not a fan of spice) I stuck with my strawberry croissant. Eventually I gave it and tried the curry pan. Delicious! Ok, maybe not quite as good as the strawberry croissant, but certainly good. I did find something to rival the strawberry croissant, though. It is the banana-strawberry croissant! I didn't think adding something as simple as banana could make it even better, but it did. I bring these home for my kids and they are gone within 10 minutes. Truly a delightful treat! The only problem I have with Cream Pan is that it is not easy to find the first time and parking can be a challenge. Listen I've only been here a couple times or so however what I could tell you is that place serves food straight from Mount Olympus! God himself has to be overseeing the bread that is spawned from here! The strawberry cream croissant had me thinking heaven really do be on earth! The only time I've ever felt this good was when my dad left for milk and actually came back from the grocery store to hug me unlike jakes dad... anyways the place is small and feels very "homey" but also it's nothing that really stands out, the workers range from meh to good! One time I went and the worker kinda rushed me and didn't understand that I didn't understand some of the other pastries and drinks they sold there. I finally visited Cream Pan, and it was an amazing experience! The line stretched out the door a bit on a Sunday morning, but it moved quickly. The bakery is small on the inside, but the staff is efficient, making sure everyone gets their orders in a timely manner. Cream Pan has a variety of items including sweet pastries, sandos, rice balls, curry, and an extensive selection of coffee and tea. The menu is endless! I usually get the strawberry croissants, but this time I tried the banana strawberry croissant, which was filled with hazelnut and custard on a long flakey croissant. The fruits were incredibly fresh, and the custard was perfectly balanced, not overly sweet. I also got the pork katsu sando, which had fluffy bread and tender katsu. The tangy sauce drizzled on the sando added a nice touch as well. I also ordered the peanut butter sando which was a simple dish elevated by the fluffy, fresh bread and chunky peanut butter with delightful pieces of peanuts in every bite. Okay, so I'm somewhat on guard when I set foot upon a car dealership. My dad needed a new vehicle and was initially interested in a Toyota Corolla. I've been driving a 2004 Hyundai Accent hatchback that has required very little attention over the years so I wanted him to at least have another vehicle to compare to as a point of reference. I felt that the Hyundai Elantra was a safe bet. Luckily, our salesperson turned out to be Dawn Kinney. She is a very knowledgable, patient, and honest individual. My dad and I never felt pressured to make a purchase during any segment of our vehicle search. We drove tested both vehicles and agreed that the Elantra was a better overall value than the Corolla. My dad has owned 2 Toyotas in the past, but made the switch. Not only because he was impressed with the vehicle, but because Dawn Kinney and her team members, including Kirk the sales manager, treated us as they would want to be treated in a similar experience. Employee or related to owner of imperial burger in cypress CA , as a custermer for the last 4 years sometimes everyday theirs a special item I order all the time" And it's the best except one Tuesday there was a different cook femal, I ordered my usual" but this order was not made well and I couldn't eat most of it" I tried to avoid Tuesday" then I ended up ordering by phone on a Tuesday when I arrived The cook was the femail that made my order days before" I had ordered by phone and assumed it was made ? the employees Informed her about my disapointment on the last order she made, łwhen I arrived" instead of being concerned me being a long time custermer on what was wrong? LOVE THIS BAKERY IT'S DELICIOUS.. the strawberry croissant lives up to ALL THE HYPE.. it is really crunchy on the outside, nice and soft on the inside.. and perfect sweetness of custard cream in the middle. They tend to run out of this item so get there early or call ahead... they won't make more!! Cafe closes up at 1.. but we they have deli sandwiches which are amazing. The egg salad. and the chicken.are yummy. The yakisoba sandwich which is better hot.. use the MICROWAVE by the door. The onigiri, sandwiches, rolls, raisin rolls, fresh oj, and they have fresh coffee... try it with condensed milk. Everything I get here is very good.... It's inexpensive, yay! Make sure you get here before 12pm on the weekdays or else your walking out with NOTHING, well nothing good that is. And for the weekends, make sure you get here before 1pm. I always make sure to place orders on the phone prior to coming to make sure I get them STRAWBERRY CROISSANTS and the CURRY PAN because they are honestly as good as it gets, so because of that Cream Pan deserves the 5 star and the 45 minute drive!!! If you come here, you gotta try to the STRAWBERRY CROISSANTS because they are to die for as well as the CURRY PAN!! The Strawberry Croissants are filled with just the right amount of custard with just the right amount of sweetness stuffed in between the flaky crisp layers of the croissant with slices of strawberry layered in between the custard and croissant and topped off with the perfect amount of powdered sugar. Avoid This Place! Terrible Management and False Accusations I placed a party tray order with Cream Pan because I loved their food, but their outdated payment system and horrific management ruined my experience. After paying with Apple Pay, their old receipt machine didn't register it. I was asked to double-pay for the items I took that day and come back for a refund once my bank statement cleared. When I followed up, the manager was incredibly rude. When I went back to the store, she became hostile and aggressive. She refused to look at my bank records, threw a receipt at me, and maliciously accused me of stealing their tray. She then kicked me out of the store, claiming I was disrupting her business. I was polite the entire time and have never been so insulted in my life. Chase Bank has officially confirmed that the payment WAS successfully processed and transferred to Cream Pan. They took my money twice, refused to check their accounts, and accused me of theft. This hostile behavior is terrifying and unacceptable. I am permanently boycotting this business. read more

Came here on a Saturday with some girl friends and none of us had ever been before. We saw if we checked in on yelp we got a free drink so we did that and came haha. Free blood orange San Pellegrino wooH haha. We all three ordered the Milano Panini which had lots of good quality chicken loaded in it, and the sauce they used was unique tasting and delicious. We were all enjoying our paninis as the owner brought us out all a free shot of espresso as we waited. it was delicious! I don't know what type of coffee they used but it was very good and strong. He then came out with a new panini for us to try, since we all ordered the same Milano sandwich. So nice of him, the meal was very authentic, being that i'm Sicilian and have stayed with family for a month straight and tried all of the cuisine there, i thought this tasted just as good, if not better than most of it. I would def recommend at least for the Milano and the espresso and will come back for sure read more
