[[HIGHLIGHT]]Very cute, bright interior. Lots of natural light.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Service was beyond friendly. The vaquero was sweet and smoky yet tangy. Loved it. Lobster quesadillas fattened w lobster meat. Thick. The mango salsa heightened the sweetness of the lobster. Honey walnut shrimp was dressed in a creamy sauce underscored how perfectly the shrimp were cooked. Ahi nachos topped generously. The ginger sauce and aioli danced atop the tuna. Lots of jalapeño. Wontons crisped excellently.

- Crab meat enchiladas (6/5) - a must try! I'm not a big fan of enchiladas in general but this blew me away. The best enchiladas I've ever tried. This alone is worth visiting this restaurant. - Pork belly tacos (2.5/5) - two tacos for $22 seems really pricey. Their tacos were on the bigger side but the overall portion was still small. The pork was VERY sweet. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Service was great and so was the atmosphere. Reminded me of upscale restaurants in Mexico City.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I'll be back to eat more enchiladas and try other dishes next time I'm in Palm Springs!

Four of us for dinner. Two of us started with La tabla with shrimp, scallops and ahi tuna, followed by a full La tabla super. The two of us are big eaters, And along with two margaritas we were stuffed. There wasn't an item we ate that was not delicious. The other two had la tablet super, preceded by ahi nachos, also delicious. We were excellently served by Aksel, And everyone there pitched in, was helpful and they all seem to enjoy what they do. We will always come back to this restaurant as it is amazing food.

If you're looking for some fresh ceviche or poke in Palm Springs, then head over to Crudo Cervicheria on Palm Canyon Drive. Seafood was super super fresh and insanely flavorful. Loved the addition of corn and chickpeas in both of the ceviches and the tostadas were really fresh and added a really nice texture contrast. The pork belly tacos were on the sweeter side, but it was super crispy and the pickled onions added some acidity to it. The pulpo bites (octopus) were the best thing by far!! It was really soft and tender and paired w the glaze and the sauce it was soso good. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Love the indoor and outdoor parts of the restaurant as well as the overall Spanish ambiance.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] The servers were all very attentive and helpful in guiding us through the menu.

A great Friday night meal with family & friends

We had a little excursion finding parking, due to the Pride weekend. We ended up walking about two/tenths of a mile, so not a big deal. As a party of six, we were seated in the back patio on the table that doubles as a gas fireplace. The setup and the evening weather made it feel "resort like". I apologize in advance for butchering his name, but Josh was our server, and he was patient and helpful all evening. He deserves a HUGE thumbs up. We received our drinks, along with two starters. The Ranchero Ceviche and the Guac and Chips. I didn't try the Guac, but the Ceviche was very good. Do not forget to use the Poblano sauce they bring for the Ceviche; it absolutely enhanced the flavor. My wife and I both had the Pomegranate-Jalapeno Margarita, which was delicious. It could have been a little hotter. For my entree, I chose the Crabmeat Enchiladas. I was seriously blown away how the enchiladas were lathered perfectly by the sauce. This combination was Excellent! I even devoured the corn-veggie mix on the side. To top off the evening, we passed around two desserts but there was one CLEAR winner. The Pistachio Flan had more of a Bread Pudding consistency allowing small bites of flan & sauce while the remnant waited for consumption. It wasn't too sweet or custardy. This is our first time visiting this restaurant and it will not be the last. We came away very impressed. I am not surprised that the owners also operate Cups Cafe, which is my favorite breakfast in the CV. We will definitely return.

A great take on Mexican-Peruvian cuisine from Pork Belly tacos to crab enchiladas, Crudo adds their original touches and flavors. We tried their Cod and Pork Belly tacos with freshly made corn tortillas, and boy, they were great and full of flavor. These tacos are not very big, more like street tacos. A 3rd taco on each serving would have been perfect. The staff was attentive and efficient. You must try their Pistachio Flan. It's light and not as thick as traditional Mexican flan, but it tastes amazing. Parking might be a problem during busy hours.

This place is amazing. The service. The food. The atmosphere all 11/10. I cannot say enough amazing things. I had the strawberry basil margarita and my boyfriend had a Pacifico. My drink was phenomenal not too sweet and very well balanced and refreshing and they took beer to the next level with the frostiest glass I've ever seen. So frosty it froze the beer on top which is the best on a hot night. We then had the "poky tower" and the guacamole; it was delicious. After that I had the "crabcake burger" and my boyfriend had "la Greek" salad. Both of them were amazing. I then switched to a michelada after dinner because I was curious about how it tasted. I should've known that was going to be outstanding too but I just had to try it for myself. They then went all out and brought me a dessert for my birthday. They made the night absolutely amazing and I will be back here every time I come to Palm Springs. The manager Aldo came up to us multiple times to see how we were doing and he is very personable and nice to talk to as well as the bartender. They both took great care of us . If you are in the area it is absolutely worth it to come here.

We wanted seafood on a hot summer evening. Food was delicious! Service superb. We will definitely be back.

One of the best restaurant experiences I've had in Palm Springs!!! The ahi tirados were delicious and the serving size was generous. The ranchero ceviche was refreshing and delicious. Stopped here for what we thought would be a quick afternoon snack but the portions are big and the prices are so right! The service from the host and our waiter was great. They sat us immediately and from ordering to getting our food, it was so quick. We sat outside and the tables were spaced apart really well. My husband got the ahi crudo, it was a huge serving and he said it was the best he's had in a long time! I got the guisaditos tacos and wowow, they were seasoned so well. The zucchini added a nice crunch and the pasilla peppers a nice spice. Definitely coming back to try more. read more

I was in the area and wanted a little something to eat. So of course I went to Yelp and I came aacross this place. The food looked really good but the drinks looked even better. The service was great, spot on without being too pushy. We sat outside because it was a beautiful day in Palm Springs. She ordered the ceviche and we both got delicious margaritas. Phenomenal food and huuuuge portions. Me, being used to LA prices, I decided to get two appetizers because I thought the portions would be small. I was so wrong lol. What I ordered here could have easily fed two people. With that being said, prices are great for what you get. The seafood was fresh, the flour tortillas were so crispy, and everything was unbelievably full of flavor. The restaurant set up is beautiful. They have nice outdoor seating as well with heat lamps! If I'm in the area again, I'd like to come visit here and try other things in the menu! read more

Considering how often I come back here for the pistachio tequila Lima drink, I don't know why I haven't written a review before! It's easily one of my favorite spots. The crab enchiladas are absolutely delicious, and their service is always top-notch. Today our server was Auggie, who was the best! but honestly, every server I've had here has been amazing. As residents of So Cal it is necessary for everyone to make a pilgrimage out to Palm Springs every once in a while to remind yourself that it's really not so hot in your own So Cal town. My wife and I went out there recently almost specifically to try Crudo since the reviews were pretty good. We left our Inland empire home overcast and about 69°. We got to Pam Springs it was 91 and very sunny. The downtown is a mixture of art studios, Mexican restaurants and small shops. Very nice. Crudo is a small Mexican seafood bistro right at the entrance of downtown. Wait staff was very attentive and it looked like a more local crowd than tourists. My wife had the Ceviche Mixto. I had the Pork Belly Tacos. Ok it's not seafood but it looked appetizing. Regardless they were both delicious. Along with a couple of cocktails this made for a great afternoon in Palm Springs. Everyone there dresses so nice. It must be the heat. Definitely Recommended. read more

Great space right next to Chicken Ranch. Cool outdoor tables in front and back and nice bar. Great crudo/ ceviche selection (especially for the desert). We opted for "La Super Tabla" for 2, which brought flatiron steak, pork belly, octopus, calamari steak, and shrimp, simply cooked with onions garlic and peppers. Excellent! A couple of tasty cocktails, and good service - we'll be back to try fresh fish! read more

We decided to do our anniversary dinner at Crudo this year and we will without a doubt make this a frequent stop! This place exceeded our expectations! The service was perfection, the food phenomenal and the ambiance suited the place beautifully! The ONLY thing I'm sad about is that Crudo is a 2 hour drive from us (we live in Temecula) and I made sure to let it be known that they NEED to open one in our hometown! We celebrated with our dear friends this year and all 4 of us agreed that we will make a day trip just to eat at this place! I had the aguachiles (best I have ever had), my husband had the shrimp cocktail and our friends had the crab enchiladas and we had the ahi tuna starter. ALL absolutely delicious! We had not one bad thing to say about this place and that's rare when all 4 of us go out! LOL! read more

So I believe this is so new we were there on Day 3 of their Grand Opening. I recommend you going. We were at another restaurant and some of their patrons we chatted up said they had gotten ceviche samples pre-opening and we just said let's find it. So they're Dog Friendly as soon as we sat down we noticed another dog on the patio good doggie vibes! We hit up the drinks as we're on vacation from Alaska. I ordered a Triple Peach Margarita, peach I never have had and I loved it. I ordered for Judy the Spicy Mango Margarita. I tasted it too and we both loved it. Really nice flavors and presentations. Then what Ceviche to get? We got De Los Patrones! So seafood forward we loved it! So much seafood, ahi, cod, scallops, shrimp, octopus with a spicy habanero pepper sauce be careful of that sauce! WOOO Power Packed But Burns So Good! We had great conversations with the staff and patrons! We relaxed and just took the foodie experience in. This might be the Ceviche Star in Palm Springs, it's new and hopping! read more

If there's one place you eat in Palm Springs, please make sure it's Crudo. Ceviche gets the love it deserves here. We tried an assortment of options to split as a table; the "poky" tower, chile relleno, pork belly tacos, and three different ceviches: sea bass, whitefish, and salmon. Cocktails were also divine (we tried the strawberry basil margarita, the tamarin mezcal, and pistachio lime shot). Our waiter Auggie was super attentive! The restaurant is small but has ample indoor/outdoor seating; we came during the off-season and didn't need a reservation. HIGHLY recommend getting the Ranchero (whitefish) ceviche and "poky" tower! We will definitely be back next time we're in town. read more

WOW! So lucky to have caught this gem before we left PS. Incredibly authentic traditional seafood dishes like the Ranchero ceviche and shrimp coctel... left us so full and satisfied. Homemade salsa de arbol added the perfect kick but also rivaled by the salsa negra, which had its own unique flavor. Service was prompt, friendly, and on pace for our needs. The restaurant seems small for how large of crowds I am sure this place will garner in the future. Cute bar, nice decor. Will definitely be back to try everything else on the menu. My wife and I came here for dinner and sat at the bar - we've had a great trip to Palm Springs and this was definitely one of the highlights. We stayed at the ritz Carlton while we were here and at crudo we received the best service!!!! The food was excellent, we had the ahi tuna nachos, surf and turf tacos, crabmeat enchiladas, and finished with the pistachio flan - it was all incredible. Would 10/10 recommend this restaurant. The bartender is awesome and I'd highly recommend sitting at the bar for the excellent service! read more

We got the 5 ceviche sampler. Superb!!! Soo good. My favorite was the blacked scallop one bc it was spicy with a kick! I'm going to be dreaming about it. The others were also so good, the salmon and tuna one etc. Great drinks and dessert too! I highly recommend! read more

The Mrs. and I had lunch today at Crudo. I had been reading a lot about this place and had to try it. Crudo is a small place consisting of a bar and a few small tables with a patio. I would say the inside space isn't designed for parties larger than 4. Crudo specializes in ceviche but we opted to try some non-ceviche items. To start we ordered the Sonora Shrimp which is child cooked shrimp tossed in a cream sauce and served with micro greens and pickled red onion. A very refreshing dish. For our second dish we had the Camarones Gallo which is deep fried shrimp sautéed in a sweet and spicy glaze. The glaze was good. More sweet than spicy. Some of the shrimp were overcooked to the point of being chewy. To drink, Crudo offers wine, beer, and some mixed drinks. A full bar isn't offered. The Mrs. ordered the Strawberry Basil margarita. It was sweet and refreshing. I ordered the Tahitian Lime margarita. Loved it! For dessert we had the Un Pinche Flan. It was the best flan we've ever had. Our server was really great and so was the rest of the staff. read more

The best part were the cocktails. Nice presentation and tasty. The sea bass ceviche was cooked nicely but did not have much flavor. The shrimp on the salad was good but the salad way much too overdressed. The pork belly tacos were too sweet and the pork was a tad overdone. Service was great, maybe because the place was mostly empty. Good place to belly up to the bar for nice drinks. Skip the food. read more

This place is perfect for a quick lunch date or drinks before dinner. We truly enjoyed the drinks we had, they were made to perfection. The tostada sample is a must try. I would say it's good for one person (cause I could probably eat and enjoy all of it!) but a great share plate as well. Plenty of parking in the back (we went for lunch), there's outdoor and indoor seating, and service was great! read more

Finally decided to stop in and give them a try. Usually skeptical about seafood in the desert. But this place not disappoint that's for sure. Also the service was fabulous. The only thing that I would suggest is making the outside seating a little bit more comfortable either with a fan or some misters. Well to start off the wonderful experience was guacamole and the chilango ceviche which were my favorite part of the dine in. The chilango civeche was very light and refreshing with a kick to it for sure. The guacamole was very freshly made, seems like they make it to order and was not overpowered by other things. Then for the mains we had the CHILE RELLENO MARISCADO and the lobster quesadilla. The pistachio cream sauce with the chile relleno was amazing wish I could have more of it but they do not shy away from the stuffed seafood. The lobster quesadilla was for sure stuffed and don't think it could fit anymore lobster. Honestly for being in the desert it wasn't bad but it was a little mushy which kind of threw the texture off. But overall great service, very welcoming and attentive. Might have to go back to explore the menu a little more. read more

Beautiful ambiance. The Ranchero ceviche was delicious. I was disappointed by my sparkling wine, followed by another disappointment of the crab enchiladas. They have low-proof alcohol at this point since they don't have a full liquor license yet; however, they do a great job with what they do have! Very tasty libations!

A few weeks ago I came in for taco Tuesday, discounted tacos and they are always good. This time they didn't give me all that I paid for. Seemed like an honest mistake but I was already home when I noticed and so I called them to let them know. They asked for my name and how many tacos were missing and said I could come back another Tuesday and get them. No big deal right? Well I went in to ask about them today and I was told that nobody had written down my name and that I needed my receipt. But to pick up the tacos I had to give my receipt to the woman in the kitchen so I have no receipt. So I was simply dismissed and told no. I had already ordered and paid for two burritos today, I guess this is the last meal I will have here. Yes the food has been good. But to have been a customer this long and to be so easily dismissed leaves a bad taste in my mouth. We have our own business in town (a restaurant) and we do not treat customers this way. I have referred hundreds of people to Baja Springs, that also stops today. This is the prime example of it takes time to gain a customer and one day to lose them. If this is the way management treats me I don't want to continue to be a customer. It's not about money, it's about morals and ethics of at least acknowledging a customer and not just dismissing them like it was my fault for them not giving me what I had ordered. I'm sure they will continue on in business and do well, they just won't get my money anymore. Thanks for taking the 12 years of me being a customer and treating me like I truly don't matter at all. I guess I'll take my business up the street to the other market. If I don't matter I guess you won't miss me.

Let me tell you about the absolute game-changer of my day! I work just a few doors down from this spot, and today, I decided to treat myself to lunch. Little did I know, I was about to make one of the best decisions of my life. Seriously, I'm still not over it! The service? Back in town and walked by this place as my group was hungry. Took a while for the host to get to us but looked at the menu on the street while deciding. Thought...let's give it a shot. Got sat and waited 10 minutes to be greeted. No offer to take our order when we were. Place seemed understaffed, which was weird since it looks really small. Felt we were gonna be here forever with the service being so slow so we left.
