    Crumbl Cookie lineup (6/22/2026-6/27/2026)
    Micka K.

Crumbl cookie is my favorite spot for cookies however unfortunately this location is giving my second thoughts about going ever again. Me, my sister, and cousin went to crumbl to try the new circus themed lineup which look delicious however when we tried them it was not what we expected. Before we even ordered there was a huge crowd the register was broken and we had to wait 20 minutes to pay in cash, the workers were rude and they even ran out of the fried Oreo cookie that's exclusive to the lineup which was disappointing. When we got our cookies they looked good but in reality it wasn't so good. Some of the cookies were underbaked and raw, some of them were stale especially the cotton candy cookie, in my honest opinion the flavors were ok but the cookies were either raw or stale. Do not go to the west village location, maybe it's this location specifically that didn't give me a good time because social media claims it was a good week, unfortunately not for me never again West Village...

The quality and management have gone downhill. Purchased the Classic Pink Sugar Cookie. Opened the box right outside the door and came back in. The cookie was raw dough. Showed the guy behind the desk who said that's how they are (it's not- I've had it before.) The manager "Luis" with a hoop through his nose, just smirked and made no attempt to replace it. There were 3 ladies behind me who all agreed that it was raw. The attached photo was taken at the desk minutes after purchase.

Had a wonderful flawless experience here. I used my birthday cookie here. I got the kris Jenner chocolate cake. It was terrific. Perfectly cool temperatu

After dinner we decided to stop in this spot for some of the infamous cookies. I was excited because of the mixed reviews on social media. My friend who loves their cookies said we would like them. It was a long line when we arrived and we all cramped inside to get at full the cold. I was happy because it gave me an opportunity to decide what I wanted. The bank area where staff was making and preparing cookies looked a little chaotic but they were moving fast. There were alot of delivery staff picking up orders and I was shocked people were ordering these cookies for delivery. A few of the cookies on the menu were sold out. It smelled heavenly inside the small store. The cookies were surprisingly big and the pride was fair. My friends ordered one and loved it. I decided on the semi sweet chocolate chip and it was delicious. I ate at few small pieces and saved some for later. I finished that cookie a few days later and it was still soft like the first day I purchased it and I was very impressed. I'm excited to check out some other flavors.

I visited Crumbl Cookies and was impressed by both the presentation and taste of their freshly prepared cookies, made with premium ingredients. Each cookie is beautifully presented, and the flavors are rich and satisfying. The milk chocolate cookie, in particular, was incredibly soft, delicately chewy, and almost half-baked--a texture I really enjoy, as it's neither too hard nor crumbly, holding together perfectly with each bite. The strawberry cupcake cookie with white sprinkles had a vibrant, zesty flavor that tasted as though real lemon juice was used, adding a refreshing citrus note. While taste and texture vary with each person's preference, one thing is certain: you'll definitely want to have water or plain milk on hand. The cookies are very sweet, with a cake batter-like consistency that feels similar to eating a thick slice of wedding cake or cupcake. Because of the richness, you might notice a bit of food clinging to the back of your throat, so something to drink is a must. If you drink black coffee or tea, I recommend skipping the sugar if you're bringing it along--it balances out the sweetness of the cookies nicely. Crumbl does offer bottled "Crumbl water," though you could always bring your own or wait until you get home. At around four dollars per cookie, the cost and wait time feel reasonable, though I wish there were options to expedite service for faster pick-up. Seating or a stand would also be nice, though I understand this could lead to loitering. Overall, I recommend visiting Crumbl if you have some time to spare. Crumbl Cookies does offer an app, but realistically, for commuters, it's not always practical given the limited locations--in Manhattan only, as far as I know. My total wait time for cookies around 6 p.m. was about 35 minutes: 30 minutes to get inside and an additional 5 minutes to reach the tablet to order. One drawback is dealing with chatterboxes in line who seem more focused on their conversations than ordering, which can slow down the process.

They tasted like your usual delicious cookies. I went around 12 PM, and by then many cookies were already sold out, so there weren't many options left. I'd recommend going earlier if you want to try more flavors.

I came to this location a couple times previously and each time there was a line outside. Even when the line is short, the service is so slow. You're at the front of the cash register and no one is attending to you. No one asks if you want to make an order, etc. Every-time, most of the cookies were sold out with no update when they will be available again. Due to those various reasons, I always ended up leaving without a cookie. Still, I was determined to eat a crumbl cookie. I decided to preorder on the app so I can make sure I got the cookie I wanted without waiting on line. I ordered the banoffee cookie. Pickup was super fast, I was able to skip the line and a few people on the line commented that there was a line but I mentioned I was here for pickup. At the pickup counter, I picked up the cookie quickly. It wasn't very chilled - more like room temperature. The cookie presentation wasn't very good. The taste was just as disappointing. It was overly sweet without any real flavor besides just sugar. I neither taste any banana or toffee flavor. The cookie itself is very soft almost like it's underbaked. I took one bite and couldn't finish the rest. I put the rest in the fridge and will give it another try chilled. Overall: quite disappointed with the crumbl cookie but it might very well be the flavor I picked. I was able to try the lemon poppy flavor previously and that was quite delicious. I'll give them another try but I think I might stick to the cakes.

We've all seen crumbl on social media, so I finally decided it was my time to try it. This location is riddled with confused parents, preteens, disorganized staff, and sold out cookies. I'm pretty sure any Crumbl located outside of Manhattan would offer a better experience and more variety. The staff here is hammered by crowds of kids waiting for cookies. They can't pack the boxes fast enough. Cookies are selling out before boxes are even packed - you don't know what flavors are left until after you ordered and the cookies are coming out of the warmer. **If you do come to this location, make sure you order in the app. Waiting in line is useless as staff isn't even taking orders. By the time I placed my order at 5:30 on a Wednesday, all the cookie flavors were sold out except for 3. It took about 30min to get my box of four. The cookies are good. If you like a super sweet and gooey cookie, crumbl is for you. They also seem to specialize in cookies with frosting on top - although there was only one flavor available like this when I went. I might be back to Crumbl, but never their West Village location.

Tres Leches Cake ft. Lotus Biscoff (~$7)
    Aya E.

Ordered: Tres Leches Cake ft. Lotus Biscoff (~$7) Aya's take: Wow wow wow, this has to be Crumbl's best work! I tried the regular Tres Leches Cake a few months ago when Crumbl first rolled that out and I thought it was decent overall. This one is next level! The cake is soaked in the classic tres leches sauce and topped with Lotus Biscoff cookie butter and cookie pieces. This changed the entire flavor profile for the better! The cookie butter took this to a whole new dimension. It didn't just taste "sweet" like the regular Tres Leches Cake but actually had a lightly spiced, gingerbread flavor that went so well with the moist cake. Service at this location was painfully slow. I placed my order through the app and despite getting there a couple minutes after my promised order time, it still wasn't ready. I waited an additional 10 minutes. PS, I highly suggest getting the app as you can get any free item during your birthday month. Really glad I went with the Tres Leches Cake ft. Lotus Biscoff!

Kinda busy and staff were clearly a bit stressed out. You could only order at a screen, and there was no one there to take cash payments so if someone selected the cash option a staff member had to come over and remove gloves to take any cash which caused the line to go slower. They also didn't have the right change for someone as they had run out of pennies. If feel bad for the staff who work there. The company needs to hire more staff for this location or find a way to manage things better. The cookies themselves...supremely average. Very soft and cookie doughy in the middle, almost not cooked. I tried the mini peanut butter, pumpkin cake, and semi sweet chocolate chip cookies and they were nice enough but nothing special. They also do not travel well. Not worth waiting in a line for. Doesn't live up to the hype

    Shawn C.

I'm really not understanding all the hype - these cookies aren't great. It's also way too overpriced and I don't see why. Maybe it's because it's packaged like an Apple product - but there's no reason for that and it's a waste. Three tiny chocolate chip cookies cost $9.99 here, but I can get a whole package of Oreos for $4 anywhere. Levain's is so much better and worth a higher price. Even the cookies from the Subway sandwich places are better.

Guava and chocolate chip So sweet, not worth the calories
    Ari A.

What's the appeal? Go to levain and get a well made cookie. These are incredibly sweet and lack flavor. Had to give the gauva cookie to a homeless person. How is the place franchising like crazy? Also the signs says "180 calories a serving." Guess what, there are 4-5 servings in each cookie. Misleading marketing? I think so....

We walked into a space that stood out compared to many smaller bubble tea shops, with a much more comfortable setup and plenty of seating that made it a place where we could actually sit down and enjoy our drink instead of just grabbing it to go. The clean interior and modern décor gave it a relaxed café feel, and watching the staff prepare the boba added a layer of engagement to the experience. The brown sugar milk boba is the main highlight and the drink that best represents what the shop does well. We ordered one and found the brown sugar flavor rich and caramel-like without becoming overly sweet, and the fresh-made boba had a softer, chewier texture compared to many standard tapioca pearls. The drink had a good balance between the sweetness, milk, and tea flavors, which made it easy to enjoy even for those who normally prefer less sugary drinks. Beyond the signature brown sugar drinks, there were also a variety of fruit teas, milk teas, and specialty options. The oolong milk tea stood out because the tea flavor came through more clearly, while fruit-based options like lychee drinks offered a lighter and more refreshing choice. The ability to customize sweetness levels also made it easier to find a drink that matched our preference. The service was quick and the staff were friendly during our visit. Since the boba is made fresh in-house, watching the preparation process gave the shop a more unique feel compared to typical chain bubble tea spots. The larger seating area was also a nice advantage, especially if we wanted to meet up with friends or take a break while exploring Koreatown. The team moved through orders efficiently, and the drinks came out without much delay. Overall, Xing Fu Tang Ktown is a strong choice for anyone looking for high-quality boba in a comfortable setting. The fresh-made pearls, well-balanced drinks, and spacious café atmosphere make it stand out from many other bubble tea shops in the area. It is a spot we would return to when we want a drink that feels more thoughtfully prepared rather than just a quick sweet beverage.

The cheesecake was fantastic. I read a bit about the background of the shop online and how the owner really cares about using high-quality ingredients, specifically dairy. It was justas described, light and bouncy. I enjoyed how it was not overly sweet and found that it was all too easy to devour the entire cake over the course of two days. Despite it not having much weight to it, it traveled surprisingly well as I took it home on my three train commute! Similar to what others have said, the real highlight of the shop, in my opinion, are their cream puffs. I'm not sure what I was expecting, but the outer layer was thin yet had a nice little crunch to it. We tried the classic milk, cookies & cream pistachio and ube flavors. Our favorite was the pistachio by far, which had such a unique yet decadent flavor and our second favorite was the milk cream puff. There's not much else I can say other than you really have to go here and try the desserts yourself. If you're a fan of Japanese desserts that are rich yet not too sweet, you'll be a fan of Keki.

And I commonly see the upstairs for private events like baby showers, bridal showers, or birthday parties on social media. After dinner with my friends, I was looking for dessert and I was glad to see this location closes relatively late on a weekday night at 11 pm. Upon walking in, I was greeted by a waiter who led us to one of the purple velvet chair booths that was perfect for two people and another waiter brought us a pitcher of water almost immediately. The menu is on a QR code already on the table and we were given ample of time to decide. My friend and I both already knew what we wanted to order. I got the purple Yam Souffle which takes 25 minutes to make and my friend got the fried squid tails. We also got a signature Rose Green Milk Tea to share. The waitress who took our order has great memory and recalled all of our items without writing it down. She also reminded me that I could adjust the ice and sugar levels of my drink which I had completely forgotten and would have got annoyed if my drink came out 100% sweetness. Another thing is that my drink order frequently comes out wrong at other locations so I was glad she got it right! Green tea instead of black tea and with milk instead of without milk. The purple Yam Souffle is just like the other locations. Hot, soft cakey texture balanced with an ice cold red bean Ice-Cream. So delicious! The squid tails on the other hand was not what we expected. It came out burnt and hard. The outer batter was not crispy either. We informed one of the waiters and he brought it back to inform the kitchen staff. We received a new batch that was not as burnt and had more flavoring this time around. However, the squid was still hard and not like the ones we get from other locations with smaller crispier pieces. Overall, it was still a good experience and I love the decorations at this location! This might be my second favorite location after the Flushing one. Would love to come back for brunch or hi-tea. Or regular food options when I have not already eaten dinner. We ordered potted rose milk tea to share, Dubai affogato and Brown Sugar Boba Mille Crêpes Cake. We came on a Friday around 4pm. Originally I wanted to try the strawberry matchamisu, however, was told that it sold out. What a bummer. The rose milk tea came with a themed pot and cups which is really cute. The rose fragrant smelled so good and the milk tea also tasted good and has a hint of rose taste. The cake was good, the boba was well cooked, chewy and flavorful! This time there was an unpleasant experience. At first when the Dubai affogato was served, we did not realize that the amount of the coffee was little until we saw another customer's dish that the volume of their coffee looked significantly more than ours. My friend brought it to the waitress attention but the waitress brushed it off and did not acknowledge our concern. When we finished and were about to leave, the same waitress came over and showed us that the container of the coffee was different and hence the volume of the coffee looked different. At this point, we did not care for it anymore. We would have been fine if the staff acknowledged our concern. We thought that maybe using standardized containers for the coffee would avoid this problem. Other than that, the food and drinks were good.
