I'm happy that there's a Crumbl close to me now! When I was living in San Diego I was addicted to Crumbl and it was a 20 minute drive for me but I would go even late at night to get my fix! The only thing about Crumbl is that their menu changes each week so I'm bummed when I start liking a new flavor. My staple is their iced sugar cookie with pink buttercream frosting. Finally writing my review because I had to give Crumbl a second try before judging. First stop was right when they opened and there were a lot of kinks to work out. When we ordered they said we had to wait for one cookie to bake. No problem. We can wait. Well when that cookie was done they had sold out of another and didn't save it for us. It would have been another 30 minutes. Sooo....why did we even wait the first time. We had already paid so we just had to take a double cookie flavor. The cookies were amazing though so I waited a bit until I came back again. This time I was the only person in the store! Yes! Score! I have my pick of cookies! This was all around a better experience, so much so that they have redeemed themselves! Plus the cookies are freaking amazing! So far my favorite has been the cornbread cookie! Would love to love the Concord location but I think they have to figure out how to handle quality and consistency. We were excited about the buttermilk pancake cookie but didn't realize till we had already left that it was missing its buttercream topping - which was a bummer cause this was one of the different flavors we were looking forward to. I was also excited about the lemon blackberry, which was supposed to have a lemon poppyseed cookie dough, but the cookie tasted bland and had hardly any poppyseeds in it, also seemed a little underbaked. At $4 a cookie, it was disappointing not to have them turn out they way they should have. Not blaming the staff working either, as they were friendly and kept busy the whole time, just think management of this location could do better for the price and amount of business they're doing here. Good parts: the orange creamsicle was super flavorful, would definitely get again! I know the flavor rotation isn't set by the individual stores, but I'd definitely vote to keep this one and the banana cream pie. My wish: that they actually sell the small cookie size they have on display. I would rather get half dozen of the smaller cookies especially if half of the flavors turn out to be a bust. Good quality, jumbo cookies no matter what you order. You'd expect to see these in New York with their big cookies. One cookie here won my heart for life, if I see it on their menu again, I'll order it no doubt. That cookie was their fruity pebbles because it was a cookie sandwich with a fruity pebbles frosting in the middle that was delicious. The portion was huge, enough to share with another person forsure. The other cookie that was good was the classic chocolate chip but all of the other cookies have been just ok. This place usually has a line during the day but not at night. Staff are helpful and friendly over the phone. Packaging here is cute and pretty big long boxes. I don't think all flavors are worth trying especially for the price so I would choose based on what you hear from their IG and reviews. The sugar cookie had too much almond flavor for me and crumbled like sand and the waffle one was pretty flat for me. I go to Crumbl at least once a week to try some of the different flavors they have weekly. I went on Monday, Jan 24th to try the Raspberry Lemonade and the Cinnamon Fry bread cookie. Both cookies absolutely delicious. The young lady brought the cookie to my car. I opened it and went inside to let her know this wasn't the same cookie I got the day prior. I told her it was missing the glaze over it. She advised the baker forgot to put the condensed milk on the cookies before they went in the oven which is why it's missing the glaze look. Her name was Rachel. She apologized and said she would give me a refund and she also let me pick another cookie for free!! Rachel was so professional, extremely kind and understanding. She has such an upbeat personality and she handled my situation well. Thank you again Rachel for your phenomenal customer service and thank you Crumbl for your delicious cookies!! After skipping on the soft opening and the grand opening, I decided today to see how the cookie Crumbls so to speak. There was a minimal wait when we arrived and we ordered quickly. Luckily our cookie was in stock, we got it after a couple minutes. The Reese's cookie was a doozy. Rich and flavorful. It was baked to perfection and the peanut butter topping was bomb. Wish it had more crushed Reese's cup though haha. I think it's like 700 calories and 6 servings a cookie but damn it's good. There's no arguing there. It was served warm and the peanut butter was melty. There are definitely issues that we narrowly avoided. The setup they have for ordering, waiting in line, and waiting for pickup is a bit inefficient but there are kiosks on the wall and kiosks at the front counter. We almost got the chocolate chip, but turns out we dodged a bullet. A gentleman ordered ahead of us but only found out later that the chocolate chip was OOS. He opted to wait 10 minutes for another cookie but the explanation that the employee gave was poor. I'm surprised that there isn't any way to know what's available before ordering. A relative of mine, who lives wayyy on the east coast has been raving about this place to me... So I just knew I had to try it. My husband and I were craving something sweet so I suggested we try crumbl. As soon as we arrived to the location I was stunned to see the line practically wrapped around the building. So, in my mind I'm thinking these cookies must be the absolute best! Instead of waiting in line we downloaded the app and ordered, which may I add is very beneficial. The app shows what cookies they're selling for the week. Every week the cookies change. I ended up ordering 4 cookies, chocolate chip, pink sugar, raspberry lemonade, and cinnamon fry bread. It was pretty pricey but I'm assuming it's because of the size and the high demand for the cookies. As far as wait time, luckily I am a patient person. We had to wait about 30-40 minutes until our order was ready. After finally recieving our order I saw that instead of my cinnamon fry bread, I had an additional chocolate chip cookie. I brought the error to their attention and was told that they were sold out of the cinnamon fry bread. I was pretty bummed about it because that was the flavor I really wanted to try. Overall, the cookies were warm and fresh when I got them, which is a plus but they did not taste as good as I expected. For the cost and the demand, I had very high expectations. I think the main issue for me was that they were not as sweet. Although I wasn't sold on my first batch I purchased, I do intend on trying them out again when they come out with more flavors I am willing to try. read more

This inside is fun and pleasing to the eye when you come in. There is no seating inside at all. Just a counter, the area to stand in line and then a small area you can wait for your cookie order to come out. I have been here twice now and I did enjoy the cookies we got. Both times we decided to get the box of four cookies and share them. Sugar cookies are my favorite type of cookie and I really liked this one. It was sweet (of course) but not overly sweet and they icing is nice. Sometimes sugar cookies have a faint lemon taste (which I strongly dislike) but this one did not have that and I was so happy about that fact. I would return again just to get that sugar cookie!! The first time I got the chocolate chip cookie I wasn't that impressed. They serve this cookie warm but we waited to try it later and it wasn't warm when we ate and that makes a big difference (or cookie flavor isn't consistent, not sure which one). The second time we had it we ate it right away and it was a lot better. I liked that is was not too sweet or had too much chocolate. The flavors are mild. They switch out the types of cookies they have (not sure how often). I want to say the sugar cookie and chocolate chip are the only two kinds that are there all the time but I am not 100% sure but just assuming since it was there both times I went. We tried this fried cinnamon bread (not pictured) the first time we went and it was very good!! Fruity pebbles cookies - I did not like this one really at all. Thought the icing had an odd taste. Not a favorite Banana bread cookie had a nice taste to it. I would get it again Overall this place is decent. Nothing too amazing. I was not disappointed though. My daughter loves this place. She checks out their weekly menu regularly and pleads her case as to why she needs to try the latest flavor. I recently helped crb her Crumbl cookie fix late one Friday even and I couldn't believe they stayed open until midnight on Friday and Saturday! There was absolutely no line when I pulled up around 11:30PM and they still had all of their flavors available. I grabbed a six pack. She was absolutely going to share those with her siblings. I have yet to try them but here's her honest review. They're big and worth the price. Best fresh out of the oven. The chocolate chip is moist and sweet and the pink doughnut tastes JUST like it's namesake. The ruby chocolate and pink sugar were their least favorite as they were wayyyyy too sweet and dense. Love the pink box and I'd be curious to check out what looks like a cookie ATM next time we return earlier in the day. read more

Heard about a new cookie place so I had to check it out. First off: They were OUT of chocolate chip. What cookie place runs out of chocolate chip?! Loved the self checkout. The store is really sleek looking too. I ordered six cookies. Two Oreo, one watermelon sugar, one graham, and two chocolate chip. Waited quite a while for my order but I could see they were busy trying to fill both walk-in and online orders so I tried to be patient. But then they said they were out of chocolate chip. I said ok, then just give me the four cookies that you do have. The sales clerk consulted her manager and came back to me and said they could not do that--I had to take six cookies because they couldn't reduce the order and refund my $. So I ended up with stuff I didn't want. Would have preferred a store credit or something but they didn't offer that which was really disappointing. The cookies themselves are very good. The cream cheese icing is rich but not overly sweet. Cookies are chewy. And huge. So huge. As they should be for $4+ each! Watermelon sugar cookie didn't taste like watermelon, so it was just a pink sugar cookie. Oreo cookie was good but pretty rich. I never got to the graham one before I had to toss it because i had to bring more cookies home than I wanted.
