I have had Crumble quit a few times . Every time is a different experience. Typically I love each and every flavor . Sometimes I don't care for a particular flavor concoction but not because it's not good just because it's really not my vibe . This was one of those times . I got a box of these from my daughter today for Mother's Day. She ordered from Costa Mesa and so she was a bit worried wondering if they would be ok. I'm so fussy about cookies. I won't name names but some other places are too sugary or " junk" for me. These came warm, soft and one bite I was hooked. GET THE LEMON. Just get it. All of them were insane but the lemon is going to be a problem for me. This is now on my list as THEE cookie place in the Central Valley. And what an easy, thoughtful gift! read more

Unacceptable wait times. I placed an online curbside pick up order at 5 pm on a Monday afternoon for 6-6:15 pick up. Got there at 6:09 and have been waiting 50 mins now to get these cookies I placed. I get that they are busy, but then what is the point of placing an order ahead of time????? Really disappointed on the customer service also. I have a 2 year old and a newborn and therefore placed the order ahead of time because I cannot wait to go inside and place an order. At this point I should have waited in line I would have already received my order. Update: the cookies were just sitting there and nobody "knew" where they went. My family and I waited an hour! 1 whole HOUR! We had no reason to wait an hour for 4 cookies. Poor communication on the store part! read more

My friend brought these over for an early Galentine's celebration and OMG I'm in love! I can't believe anyone would rate these cookies anything less than a 5! Every single cookie was delicious and unique in flavor. We didn't finish all 4 so I had the luxury of keeping the leftovers which I left out of the fridge and they were still equally as yummy as the day they were brought over. I absolutely loved the banana cream (which I thought I wouldn't enjoy) and the Oreo cream! My top two favorite flavors from the box of 4! Thank you Crumbl! I'm a fan for life! read more

Simply delicious. Crumbl is amazing and has a hold on me! I love their simple and straightforward concept: $4 per giant cookie, rotating flavors each week, with two standard flavors (chocolate chip and chilled sugar) all year round. They always have interesting flavors to try each week, which is exciting and sad when you find a flavor that will eventually go away. This location/shopping center always seems to be busy, so I have been putting in curbside pickup orders to avoid the lines and going in. The chilled sugar is my go-to and it's...so good. Sometimes I'll dream of these cookies on my long runs, and then will promptly make the dream come true, haha! Sign up for the Crumbl rewards and they'll grow pretty quickly. I ordered Crumbl for the first time and was loving the 6 cookies for $20.00. Plus you can mix match your choices. You have Crave beat on that. I ordered the chocolate chip cookies, the brownie ones, and the sugar ones. I loved that the cookies were soft and beautiful. My only complaint is the frosting stuff on the top of the cookie is too much. Too much. Too sweet. I had to scrape most of it off to enjoy it. The delivery driver was great and quick! Unfortunately, I was unable to take a picture of my cookies as my son & husband dug into them very quickly. My son and husbands favorite cookie was the chocolate chip. Went by yesterday and got a box of cookies to share, so good! My favorite was the chilled iced cookie! I also got chocolate chip, Reese's and the snickerdoodle cookies. Honestly, once I tried the chilled iced cookie, I didn't sample any of the other cookies but my family says they were all good. I love that the cookies are big enough to cut into quarters and share. The taste was great; the cookies were warm and fresh and the staff was pleasant and worked quickly getting orders out. Will go back again for sure; probably today! read more

The BEST cookie I have ever had! They have found the magic in making awesome and delicious cookies. I have tried many of the different flavors and haven't found one that I don't love! It's really not good. We had the dirt cookie which was decent and the chocolate chip cookie which was not good at all. The price of these cookies compared to the quality of the cookie is outrageous. Much better cookies in Fresno and Clovis that aren't this much money. 4 cookies via doordash was 17 and some change not including tax and delivery. That's insane! First time ordering from them I was excited to deliver cookies to my fiancé at his work for his birthday & what was meant as a happy surprise shortly turned into a very stressful situation and all for cookies. I didn't know they used door dash. So door dash notified to deliver and then my dasher got there and he called me and could barely speak English he kept getting frustrated with me telling me to come out I explained it's for someone's birthday surprise delivery to them please leave at front desk. And he told me no then hung up the phone. And then I called Crumbl and they basically said in a nice way it's not there problem. So then I called door dash and then they got ahold of the dasher and he was yelling at the company lady and hung up on her then we called back and he's like ughhh I'm in my car you come out now then hung up all of this took like 15 mins then my fiancé said he finally got them they were barely warm. Then the dasher texted me and said there any more questions I said no and he sent back and irritated face emoji. So yeah I like their cookies but I don't know if I'll get myself to order delivery ever again that was a horrible experience even if it was door dash next time I'll just go into the store and pick it up myself. Or I wish someday that Crumbl cookies can deliver themselves so things like this don't happen. All that stress for 4 cookies. Lol. read more

Was really excited to try this place for I had heard good things about them. Sadly didn't live up to the hype. I will admit they do look great but flavor wise meh. Had the following cookies ....peanut butter and jelly, way too much peanut butter. Had it on top and inside the cookie. Jelly gets totally overpowered. The salted caramel Had too much of a cream cheese and again the caramel got lost along with the salt. Nutella sea salt decent flavor salt was lacking. Most the cookies had additional filling in the cookie which gives it the raw feel that some people have mentioned. It's soft and soft and soft so no texture whatsoever. The chocolate chip was decent but again lacked texture. I might go back to try the ice cream but there's a few other places I prefer for my cookies. read more
