Cookies and sweet treats, rotating week to week in flavors, coming at you in their infamous pink boxes! Crumbl, the budding franchise with humble beginnings with their big sized cookies backed by big brain innovative takes to capture the attention of big eyes, has established quite a following here in Union City. Located just a couple blocks from the highway entrance and the main shopping center of this suburban city, Crumbl attracts locals and visitors alike with their evolving menu of sweets through their rewards and subscription programs. Its convenient location makes it perfect for those busy in between commutes and errands and is personally my go to for a solid sugar high. On this particular visit, I had ordered ahead to pick up one of their newer items, the Dubai Biscoff Brownie. Typically, you'll be able to choose between curbside or in store pick up but I decided to head inside to alleviate the need for the staff to walk out into the rain. The parking lot, although pretty narrow, had plenty of spots to choose from but was also quite well traveled by customers of the shops nearby. There are a few entries and exits and any of them will get you where you want to be but consider the entry without the yielding left turn as the yield can take a bit of time during peak traffic. After slipping into one of the open spots out front, I walked into the shop and was greeted with smiles and eye contact from the staff. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The clean interior and open kitchen was inviting and activated my tastebuds, salivary glands, and stomach to all start their rumblings for the next treat.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Unfortunately, I was told my order could not be fulfilled for another hour as they had to make a new batch of the brownie. The staff were very sorry and offered to make it right with a consolation treat while I waited. That's the way the cookie crumbles but they turned a frown upside down! When I returned about an hour later, the brownies were ready for pick up, however it was noted that they needed to sit in the fridge for about an hour before consumption. And so there I went back home to pop this precious cargo into fridge to be ready in time for dessert after dinner. And it was so worth the wait! The chilled top layer of white chocolate was drizzled and marbled making a beautiful mouthwatering shell to be cracked into. I cut the brownie square into four pieces to pace myself and am so glad I did as each quarter was just enough to satisfy the craving without feeling too guilty. The richness from the brownie was divine; the chocolate was moist! The crispy kataifi and Biscoff filling was delicious and had just the right amount of sweetness to pair with the rich chocolate. Aside from this visit, I've had a go at other flavors of treats offered here and by far, my favorites are smothered in chocolate. Brownie batter cookies definitely up there as a favorite! Overall, Crumbl always puts a smile on my face be it from the sweetness from their treats or their staff. This time around, both were true and despite having to wait a bit more for my treat, it gave me an opportunity to try something new and I feel proud for having a shop like this making such a positive impact in our community! Their rewards program is great for frequent buyers and for those looking to treat themselves on their birthday! Rain or shine, Crumbl has their ovens running to keep your cravings satisfied because that's the way the Crumbl cookies.

Dubi cheesecake sold out and it's only 2:15pm on a Monday
    Tiffany A.

Its 2:15pm on a Monday. The START of the week, which means the 1st day of the new flavors. So how is it that 2 of the new flavors are currently sold out? Its disappointing, especially when you have to drive miles for a Crumbl location. I watched 3 different people leave out the establishment with NOTHING because what they wanted was sold out. What's even more ridiculous is that the CONSTANT advertisements is what got me here. Wasn't nobody thinking about Crumbl. I was bombarded with ads on social media. And it worked. Just for them to not be proactive about inventory. That's bad for business.

Never not a fan of crumbl! Self serve kiosk and stand to the side for the goods! The menu changes weekly and I never get the chocolate chip the bakers are always super sweet but if it's a hot menu item come early because they do sell out on the better cookies -happy yelping

I'm a big fan of Crumbl since their flavors change every week. I can always find something that I like since their flavors are always exceptional. I decided to try their Aloha Pie, which consists of a a vanilla bean mousse layered over a cookies & cream crust with chocolate fudge and macadamia nuts. I ordered on the app and waited less than 10 min before my order was ready. I thought the pie was very interesting. I wasn't a fan of the mousse but really enjoyed the crust. It was definitely on the sweeter side. I think I'd prefer their cookies but it was great to be able to try something new that I wouldn't normally get.

What the cookie is supposed to look like from the website.

I went to Crumbl cookies for the first time today. What a catfish! I would give zero stars if I could. First of all, I ordered 3 cookies. The French toast cookie that I ordered was out of stock when I arrived at the store, 15 minutes after it opened. The Blueberry Pancake cookie was $5.49 and it was disgusting in flavor. But I know not everyone is going to like every flavor so I held out hope for the last cookie, the Fruity Cereal Milk Tres Leches Cake. The cookie looked like a 2 year old had assembled it. It cost $6.98. Even worse tasting than the previous cookie. Completely disgusting. I don't know how they stay in business.

**Update** Thank goodness I won the dispute regarding Crumbl Cookies for $41.98. Service 0/10 across the board from franchise owner to management. I mean like really..who raised you? The same ants and bugs that was found in my sweet smelling warm cookie box that was left on my porch for an hour ‍

My first time at Crumbl with my kid, he wanted to try the four-cookie deal. The cookies are huge, and many come topped with extra cream or toppings. I only had a few bites of one and it was delicious, but I can't imagine finishing a whole cookie by myself. We picked Cookies & Cream, Vanilla, Chocolate S'mores, and a plain Chocolate cookie. The price is fair for the size since they're definitely shareable. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The store was clean, and even though there was only one person working, she was doing her best to keep up.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]

Most of their cookies are on the heavy or rich side, with thickness or density similar to a cake pop. If you're looking for something thin and basic, this probably isn't the place for you. I do feel they do some of their cookies a disservice by adding frosting to a cookie that's already delicious by itself.

    Tres Leche Biscoff cookie cake
    Hope L.

Came here on a weekday and ordered a tres leche Biscoff cake online. We walked in the store and the workers greeted us in. However, one of the workers was a bit rude to us as she told us to move from where we were standing even though we were the only people in the place. We got our order in 5 minutes and left but the store didn't even have napkins or a fork for us to eat the cake with which was very disappointing. The cake was okay. It was moist but a bit watery and spongy which I didn't like. The Biscoff was a nice touch to the cake but the frosting was way too sweet for me (and I like sweet things). I probably won't be getting this item again.

    Messed up, deformed cookie
    Ma Afrel E.

We waited for 1 hour just for this deformed, messed up cookie that was barely even 3/4. Not even frosting was centered.. [[HIGHLIGHT]]too crowded because people were all waiting inside.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Not worth my time and money..

The espresso shot they pulled perfectly complemented the oat milk -- this is one of the better iced oat lattes I've had. We tried the black sesame latte because it sounded interesting and it was so creamy and loaded with black sesame flavor. For anyone that doesn't drink caffeine, I highly recommend you try the black sesame latte. With such great quality malasadas and drinks, it's no wonder there was a line! We'll definitely be back!
