We stopped in and asked if they could accommodate our party. Without hesitation they said YES! The table was set up right away. We were seated and served without delay. Crust & Craft has so many cool pizza options that I knew I had to check it out. I ordered garlic knots and the Dynamite Shrimp pizza for takeout, and pickup was quick and easy. The garlic knots were chewy and delicious, so no notes here. While I enjoyed the unique flavors of the Dynamite Shrimp pizza, the pizza itself was just alright. The good: Hostess and our server were so sweet! Hostess was very friendly and welcoming. Server was attentive and gave her honest opinion on menu items when asked. My margarita with coconut cream was fantastic. I had two. The So So: My husband's Old Fashioned was unremarkable. Caesar salad also just a big nothing. My husband's Bacon Ranch pizza - good enough but unremarkable. The Hell No: My shrimp scampi was awful. I'm used to my food being hot, not lukewarm at best. Also used to the dish containing medium to large sized shrimp and lots of lemony sauce. What I got: A plate of lukewarm, dried out fettuccine with what looked like small bay shrimp. A tiny amount of sauce was under the mound of pasta with no lemon flavor whatsoever and garnished with a LIME. When does shrimp scampi ever contain lime? Not ever. It was so bad I only picked at a few shrimp, tried to stir up the pasta into the tiny bit of sauce, even tried to add salt. Nope, it was inedible. I literally left the entire plate untouched it was that bad. I should have listened to my gut and ordered the Smashburger. read more

We went for less traditional ones (the Charcute-pie and the Truffle pizza), and both were great. I recommend splitting a pizza, but one person with enough appetite could finish one. Starting off with the best part of the visit was our server she was amazing and took care of us perfectly... As for the food. The pizza we received was under par and overpriced. For a standard base pizza with tomato sauce and mozzarella cheese it is $12 and $4 per topping. I asked for onions and extra ground beef, It took almosf $30 minutes to revive a pizza no larger than your 2 hands put together. Once I received the pizza simply picking a piece apart and placing it on my plate was enough to kill my appetite entirely. After asking for extra ground beef it looked like I was given a singular minced meatball over a few pieces of pizza with a couple onions here and there I wish I would have taken a picture. For $19 I would have paid for that pizza is atrociou. Only thing decent there were the servers and the sweet tea to be honest. Would not recommend what so ever... Please just go to take out pizza like papa John's, Little Caesar's, or Pizza Hut. SAVE YOUR MONEY THIS PLACE IS NOT WORTH IT!!!! read more

Crust and craft lays claim to gourmet pizza and great craft beer. It does both - but not either exceptionally well. Arrived squarely in the middle of happy hour but our server was very dodgy about what was available. Settled on dough bites from happy hour menu (terrible, served with basic pizza sauce) and a pepperoni pizza (adequate, but not great). Service was distracted ... not refill on Sprite, no ask regarding another ever. Rather limited craft beer options and bar selections. I wanted to love this place, however the restaurant failed to deliver. I believe that with multiple events downtown on a Wednesday the business failed to deliver. We visited on July 9th we went to the play at the Peace Center but Chris Stapleton was also in concert. I ordered apps and a drink before my friends arrived I got my drink my friends than came in and ordered 2 drinks. We received the apps and finished them before they received their drinks. 2 servers and 1 bartender during a busy time was not ideal! We would have ordered more drinks: if for one they asked and two if we would have thought we would have received them in a timely manner. read more

This has turned into a must visit place when visiting Greenville. It's a short walk from the AC Hotel and is a fantastic place for pizza and drinks. Everything about the pizza hits the mark, It seems like a hand stretched yeasty dough that isn't too thick or thin, the sauce is good and the cheese pull is perfect. Pepperoni is my go to, so the pepperoni purist hits the mark. I have had lunch at the bar and dinner at a table and the service is on top of it. I am a major pizza snob and I am so glad my wife saw this place while we were strolling through Downtown Greenville. We ordered the Margarita Pizza and it was 10 out of 10. Best Margarita I have ever had and that includes pizzas in Naples and Sicily. The sauce is out of this world and the crust OMG just Perfect. Wasn't impressed. For artisan pizza with unique toppings... it just wasn't anything spectacular. First know that the pizzas are small so $17+ is pricey for a personal pizza. I'm a small person and could easily eat the entire thing myself. We ordered cheesy bread and the truffle mushroom pizza. Cheesy bread was lukewarm. Now I love cheese. It's like my top food group and I'm never one to turn down anything cheesy. But they put too much cheese on the bread that it made it soggy and it wasn't toasted enough. Like when you microwave bread it gets soft and the cheese is just barely melty and just clumped on there. The food came out a bit later but I didn't have any silverware. Couldn't get the bartenders attention so I had to wait another 5-7 minutes for silverware. The pizza was decent, 3.8 out of 5. Plenty of toppings but very dry in the sauce department. Never really got any service from the bartender so why even go out. One person serving the bar and 4 other tables is woefully inadequate for anything resembling service. I won't be back. read more
