We dined in and were seated right away. We enjoyed the croquetas which were piping hot with crispy exteriors and pillowy interiors. The patatas bravas had a slightly spicy sauce and were well cooked. The bread had an excellent crust and soft crumb. The salad was generously sized with a good amount of dressing. The cuban sandwich was large and didn't come with sides but we added fries which were just okay. The ropa vieja was well seasoned with tender beef. Overall we enjoyed the experience and would return

This was hard to beat for tapas and a true experience in Little Havana. Live bolerista on the sidewalk outside was fabulous. Smaller place but great menu of amazing looking choices. I'm looking forward to trying some more!

A fun place to eat delicious cuban food, tapas and enjoy live music! The drinks are also fabulous and the staff is friendly, happy and males your night more enjoyable! We tried diff small plates and we loved them all, the kids also enjoyed the bocatas and fries! It was definitely a miami night with the 8th street vibes, salsa music and cuban flavors!

Great time with live music outside, great food, love the vibe.

We went at night and they had live music going on outside that you can hear down the street. What a vibe! Tables inside and out. We sat outside, right next to the band, and although I can be very sensitive to loud noises, I wanted to listen! The food was fabulous. I've not had very many opportunities to have Cuban food, so take my taste opinion for what you will on this one. Me, the hubs and my adult kid shared so we were able to sample quite a few things each. Personally, there were things I did and did not like. My favorite, the plantains! My husband and adult child liked everything. The stuff I liked, I was wowed by. The waiter was friendly, attentive but not hovering, and gave us good suggestions. Would I go back? Yes! We all loved the vibe, the service, ambiance inside, and at least now I can try to remember which things I did like aside from dessert!

Came to this place two days in a row -- that's how good it was! Started off with the ceviche, then the orange chicken, and wrapped it all up with tres leches and flan. Everything was a solid 10/10. This is definitely a spot I'll be adding to my list of Miami go-to's anytime I'm in town. Shoutout to Guillermo -- he was great: super attentive, friendly, and really knowledgeable about the menu. Highly recommend!

This place is absolutely wonderful and a great place to start somewhere in little Havana. They have tapas style food and Cuban sandwiches. My friends and I even saw a food tour group do a stop here. The service was great even though it was a bit loud because of the food tour group. They left after 30 minutes though. My friends and I shared food. We got the veggie sandwich, octopus, shrimp, white rice and black beans, patatas bravas and tortilla espanola. Eve griffin was great except the octopus. I'd make one off for the octopus not being good. Otherwise, it's definitely a great place.

We randomly ended up going to this place while visiting Miami for Art Basel. We sat out front. There was good music and they had some good selections on the menu. I wasn't too hungry and was just looking for something small. I ended up choosing the tostones with shredded steak on top. It was sooo good! Tasty, crunchy, and filling. It was the perfect amount. They have drink specials throughout the day so we got the $5 sangria special. I was happy when they told me they had a white sangria because that is my favorite! This place was the perfect spot for atmosphere, good food and drinks. We wanted to come back during our trip but didn't have time but this is definitely on our list the next time we come in town!

We will never be going back here. Drinks are cheap for a reason. They lack flavor and are very watered down. Service was not good either. Took a very long time to place order and our drinks took forever, even though it wasn't crowded. We sat outside, but be aware, there is a cigar shop next door and you are able to bring your cigars to smoke at this restaurant.

Was in Little Havana today so stopped for a bite to eat at Cubata. Was a cool little Cuban tapas spot. Now I don't drink but Lacey said it was best sangria she had ever had. Had a tapas platter that had 6 different kinds to try. The tamale was very good. Moist and flavorful. The croquets were ok. The tostone with shredded beef was delicious. The shrimp cocktail was to creamy. Over all was it was good. Definitely recommend if in the area. Oh and service was excellent

Located in Little Havana right on the Main Street of the area, this is one of the most recommended spots to visit. It's a popular tourist spot and a stop for guided tours, so it definitely gets busy! The restaurant is cute inside. Very eclectic and bright. Not a ton of seating, but they have outdoor seating as well. It was a bit loud, but we were ok. We ordered pina colada, croquets & a Cuban sandwich! The pina colada had cinnamon, which my husband loved, but I didn't care for - the croquets, however, were delicious! My husband loved the Cuban and the "fries" are reminiscent of Pik'nik chips of our childhood. Definitely glad we stopped in to try it.

Food was amazing. Tried a bunch of stuff. Cuban Tableta, ropa vieja tostones frijoles negros. Croquets. Great stuff. Service was amazing. Guillermo is the go to guy! Place looked super cozy

Wow! We ran into this restaurant and what a pleasant surprise! We love the Tapas style since we had a big lunch and were not too hungry that night. All the dishes are delicious. There was a happy hour special on Thursday with a wide selections on the drink menu. Service was prompt and the server was very helpful on providing us suggestions from their selection. It was a smaller restaurant with outdoor seating if you prefer. A wonderful experience and highly recommended when you are in the Little Havana area.

What a super cute little restaurant in little Havana! Reservations are pretty much required unless you want to sit outside. Our server was really sweet. We started with drinks because it was happy hour. I was not impressed by the drinks - I got the mojito and it didn't have much mint flavor. The food was delicious. The Ceviche De Corvina was so fresh and tender, perfectly paired with the chips, I just wish there was more chips. The Pulpo A La Gallega was also delicious. I had never had anything like it before but the flavor balance was yummy. The Croquetas were good, would not get it again though. Also got the Cuban Sandwich with tuna. The bread was so soft. A The fillings were a perfect balance. Every bite was yummy.

They keep it moving fast, so typically the line moves right along. Every time I come here, I tell myself I am going to try something new, but I don't because the pan con bistec is always perfection. The steak is thinly sliced, so the sandwich has great texture. It has fontina cheese, which is definitely unique for a steak sandwich in Little Havana. The star, though, is the mojo rojo they put on it. It gives this sandwich an absolute twist you won't find anywhere else. So trust me when I say, wait in the line!

The restaurant is a classic touristy hole in the wall. You stand outside until ready to order, be prepared to wait 30+ mins. I ordered 2 sandwiches, cuban fries, and chicharrones to split with a friend. The cubano (5/5) and pan con bistec (5/5) were absolutely excellent. Both had a perfect ratio of meat and sauce. But what really set it apart was the crispy crusted bread. Spectacular! The chicharrones (4/5) were a steal - MASSIVE portion for like $5. Insane deal, and delicious. The cuban nachos (4.5/5) had their amazing sauce and garlic confit lechon on it. Delicious and would order both again. Overall, this is a tourist spot but one I don't think can be missed.

I stopped at the Brickell location the other night when I needed a simple but filling full course meal. I was able to make a seat at the counter and was promptly attended to. This most recent time, I enjoyed their Roma sandwich, a.k.a. prosciutto and mozzarella on a lightly toasted baguette. A. specifically mentioned lately toasted because the kitchen stuff had great attention to detail in not having neither the plain bread nor a burnt piece either. The lettuce, tomato and yellow peppers tasted fresh, and I was given extra balsamic vinegar. As far as sweets, you're all right with any of their smoothies, like the acai one I enjoyed. However, just for good measure, I also enjoyed their Nutella croissant with berries and bananas.
