I've been to this location about 3-4x and I like the food, not great but above average. The service is also above avg. for fast food chains. I like the cheese curds and my sourdough butter burger was tasty. I subtract a star for the dining room not being open about half the time I go there and value is below avg.(no specials/price deals that I saw). I have received 10 orders now that have been royally screwed up by this business. Today is my son's birthday and he loves their food and so I called in advance of placing my order to make sure that a manager spot checked my order and spoke to that manager who confirmed that she would make sure that we get every single item in our order again it is our son's birthday so this was important to us. The manager promised us she would spotcheck the order. She promised us. We would get our full amount of food that we put in for our order and yet still somehow we missed both of the milkshakes. We didn't get any of our drinks at all two milkshakes and iced tea. Nothing the manager didn't offer to bring it to us. The manager didn't offer to refund us. The manager didn't offer to give us a discount. The manager didn't offer to give us a free french fry. The manager heard that she had screwed up. Her store had screwed up 10 orders in a row. She was told to manually it's herself spot check the order herself she was told it was my son's birthday and that this was important to her customers that we got every bit of our order and nothing. There is no way that any human being can order an order here at this institution and get every bit of their order. There's no way I talked to the manager and I asked her what I could be doing better as a customer to make sure that I get every part of my order she said that there is nothing that I could've done better. I did my full job. Yet still they are still incapable of getting a complete order to a birthday boy on his fourth birthday. Meaning that no matter what we do as customers, they can not be accountable for their mistakes, they have no interest in making up for their mistakes, and their accountability ends as soon as food goes into a drivers hands. Super fast and extremely friendly service! I was so surprised that every single person was so friendly and kind - and helpful while my daughter and I stopped in for burgers! It hit the spot, we got our food in just minutes and split a custard and cheese curds. I would highly recommend this Culver's to anyone looking for a quick meal! I stick to the mushroom and Swiss burger normally but today I'm going to try their sourdough melt. I like the way that they make things fresh to order. Then they come to bring you food after you pay in the drive-in. You pull over to a designated space and wait with a number. Kind of like Sonic Drive-In. Culver's offers drive-thru only during COVID-19, so unfortunately you can't enjoy the pleasure of sitting in their many outdoor seats that are available. I recommend trying the cheese curds in case you never had any. I would skip the fries. They're not anything to write home about. This is a better than average fast food burger. I'll agree with other reviews: Check your food before you drive away. I got the wrong food and drink. Called and spoke with a manager named Larry who told me to come back in and he would make it right. Larry is an older gentleman, super nice and professional. All of the other workers were young kids so I'm not surprised the orders get messed up all the time at this location. All in all, I think Culver's is always super salty and the fries are never fresh (looking inside I saw tons of already cooked and bagged fries sitting under a heating lamp). They also give you your ice cream and then have you sit for 10mins waiting on your food in the 110° Arizona heat. Just bring the ice cream out with the food so it stays cold longer. read more

The Roll was dry, and there was no butter, utensils, or ketchup. The lemons were dried out. The French Fries were cold. I guess none of that mattered as it was all inedible. I was there April 29 at 11:30 am. Nasty sewage poop smell inside the restaurant I could barely breathe. I can't believe they would be open to the public. I contacted the manager (Brad) and he didn't seem to care at all!!!!! My burger was cold cheese wasn't melted. He said they were getting the sewage felt smells fixed, but he was very monotone. Brad never offered to fix or refund my meal. I definitely won't be back horrible experience. I paid with a $50 bill and they told me they didn't have enough change to pay me back even though my total was $28. Customer service was shit and nobody cared. I go to lots of places and this place is definitely at the bottom. It was my first time at Culver's, so I decided to just say whatever and eat outside I couldn't believe the smell. Had never had Culver's before, but someone in my apt complex was raving about it so I figured I'd try it out. My boyfriend and I went on a Saturday and each got various things to try along with two concrete mixers. I will say, we figured this would be a cheap date, but it ended up being over $40 for just us two! So this is more expensive than typical fast food for sure. All told, I'd chalk Culver's up as a Shake Shack meets Dairy Queen. They have the more familial DQ feel (along with a very similar menu). But the quality is more like Shake Shack. The burger I got was good, but I'd still probably say Wendy's edges this out as a fast food favorite burger. It was good, but nothing out of the ordinary. I really enjoyed their chicken strips as well and would get those again. All quality white meat! The real winner is the ice cream. This sweet treat blew my mind. I honestly don't think I've ever tasted ice cream as fresh as this before! I got the Salted Caramel Cookie Dough Mixer and even though I was sure I'd order the wrong thing on my first try, I can't imagine any of the Mixers being better than this one. It was fantastic! My friend who grew up in the Midwest said Culver's is a must try and to get the butter burger. The butter burger was a 1/5. The cheese curds, 3/5. The custard, 5/5. Confusing menu but we got some sort of cookie dough and salted caramel custard. They were super generous with the cookie dough. As for the burger, it was so dry. I feel like it had no flavor. The female "manager" working on Sunday morning 3/10/24 is rude and does not properly know how to EASILY resolve a reasonable customer response to an incorrect order. We traveled 17 minutes to this location for early lunch, took it back home to find no top bun on the burgers. I'm a recent Culver's customer. This was probably my third time to eat there, and I saw that their special frozen yogurt of the day was caramel cashew ice cream and I ordered some... I watched them make it and not until then did I discover that I was just getting vanilla frozen custard with some cashews thrown in it And a very skimpy squirt of caramel sauce on the top of the single scoop. When I sat down to eat it there wasn't enough caramel sauce to flavor a third of the frozen custard in the cup, so I went back and ask if they would put a little more caramel on it. I was told that that would cost extra! The amount of caramel that they put on the first time couldn't have amounted to more than a teaspoon. I told the person behind the counter that they should tell people that what they are selling isn't caramel cashew ice cream but simply vanilla with a few whole cashews thrown in and a tiny squirt of caramel sauce on the top. First they're misrepresenting what they're selling you, and then short changing you on caramel sauce so that you wind up eating it just vanilla custard with a few cashews thrown in it. I won't be returning... I don't patronize restaurants who do business that way. Also, perhaps management might instruct their employees that it might not be worth losing a customer over a little caramel sauce! Always check your order before you leave the drive through, including your drink. Their dining room has been closed for a long time and because of that if it's wrong you can't go inside to get it fixed and the drive through line can be massive.
