Breakfast bagel sandwich & chai latte
    Jenny O.

I've been treating myself to breakfast sandwiches these past few months sometimes. Cup Cafe in SF was one of the first ones I tried. Wish the bagel was a little more toasted, but loved the melted cheese. Chai latte was fine. The guy running the shop was very nice and noticeably super careful. The shop is very close to Glen Park BART so very convenient if you want to grab a quick breakfast on the way to work.

This is a lovely spot to have a coffee and a pastry in the sun ( or inside ) We had a new puppy with us yesterday and today; outside rewarding her with treats for sitting and enjoying the coffee (our treat) was the order of the day for us. They are busy with take out for people coming to and from BART or people parking briefly out front to collect their coffees or breakfasts.

This coffee spot is top notch! A+ I got the The Embarcadero sandwich - Turkey, provolone, lettuce, tomato with a slammin pesto aioli on a nice fresh Ciabatta. Definitely bangin! She got tomato, cucumber & cream cheese on an everything bagel. We were both delighted. Ice coffees were killer & the couple running the place were super sweet. They received a large order right before ours & they gave us each a flan for the wait, which wasn't even that long. Stoked to have this spot in the neighborhood & cant wait to come back & support. These guys rule!

Another five stars coffee place. Like always How would that be! Let's try! It's on south SF somewhere looks like laundromat Had to park one block away. The coffee was cheap I think. I tried the Iced coffee it was very sour and tasted like Italian vibe ish. Somewhat blue bottle ish. Cold brew was not bitter or a little plain but strong. I liked that. There were a lot of coffee shops down the streets. Is this one particularly surviving for some reson? I want to try their speciality next time. Perhaps some lattee

Quick take: Cutest little cafe This is one of the cutest little cafes. The couple who works here are the friendliest people. Greeted by the most hospitable smiles. I ordered a vanilla latte, plain bagel with cream cheese, and a Sunset sandwich to go. There are 3 window seat tables but it is currently occupied. I see a guy playing the guitar outside. Great Saturday morning vibes. The service here is great. I will definitely be back. :) Super close to the BART station.

Such a cute little cafe run by a friendly couple. We recently moved into this area and I decided to give this place a try for my lunch. I went around noon and it was pretty quiet around that time. I was greeted very pleasantly by the owner. I ordered a latte and the sunset sandwich. He immediately made a latte for me and handed it over so I can enjoy it while I wait for my sandwich. It was amazing to see the couple work so diligently and with such enthusiasm. The latte was just perfect and I loved the sandwich. I think I found my lunch spot in this town! Amazing place! Also, the sandwich is so huge for such a reasonable price which was such a pleasant surprise in the otherwise expensive bay area!

    Soy latte day.

The Havana is my favorite item, which is coffee with condensed milk/syrup and is pretty sweet. Their drip coffee/lattes are good if by themselves. The popular coffee drinks are in small-medium-large sizes, while the specialty coffee drinks are medium-sized. There are a variety of pastries and croissants to pair with said coffee and you're good. If you're health-conscious, they also carry on-the-go bottled nutritional, vitamin-infused and juices if you prefer the colder variety. Likewise, there are organic snacks and other health foods, even Belgian chocolates - some of these are hard to find. This cafe is near the Glen Park BART station (head away from the intersection of Diamond and Bosworth) where Diamond St ends and Monterrey Blvd begins. It is literally steps away from the BART station! The staff are the friendliest. The clean, bright interior with rotating art pieces garnered that fifth star.

I gave this place a try since it is so close to my house. It feels too sterile and bright for a coffee shop. I'll stick with Bello.

My wife and I were meeting someone in San Francisco in the afternoon and we wanted to eat lunch beforehand. We were interested in trying Wise Sons Deli since we have heard so many people praising it. Since we were coming into the city via BART, this location was great. The ambiance is pretty basic; ordinary tables and chairs and only some photos on one wall. You order and pay at the counter and then someone will deliver the food to the table. If you want coffee or water it is serve-yourself. However, the food is fantastic! My wife ordered a corned beef Reuben sandwich ($18.50). It was thick and very tasty. I ordered a House Special Pastrami Reuben that had a smaller Reuben sandwich, french fries, a side of cole slaw, and a drink ($19.50). While it had half as much meat as the regular Reuben, it was still a good size. They make their own Pastrami and Corned Beef and it tastes great. Food: The spinach and feta croissant was extremely well made with a slight hint of lemon to boost the flavor of the feta inside the croissant. I personally would have preferred a little more color on the croissant and crispier exterior but overall very tasty. Mexican Chocolate muffin was a nice size for the price of the muffin. However, I felt that the level of spice from the cayenne was a little overpowering and drowned out some of the chocolate notes. Overall, A very delicious bakery with good pastries and a lot of options to choose from. Staff extremely friendly and service quick. An easy to get to and plentiful option bakery for everyone.

Having read a bunch of other reviews, it seemed the best bet was the classic combo: a bagel with cream cheese. I added a toasted poppyseed bagel with vegan schmear and a plain toasted everything bagel to my cart. I'm a true minimalist and purist, so I figured I'd play it safe and first try the bagels in their simplest form. I bit into the poppyseed sando first. The Kite Hill almond spread was a bit tangy and added an interesting flair to the bagel. It was a pretty dense yet soft bagel, definitely something I could get on board with. Next I tried the toasted everything bagel. I was pleasantly surprised it had a very mild onion flavor. Most everything bagels I've tried had an overpowering onion essence, but it was toned down here. This is honestly probably the best everything bagel I've ever had. It's still not my favorite flavor, but if I were to get it anywhere, it would be here.

There isn't too much to say…read moreabout this bagel spot: if you're looking for great bagels, quick service, and a friendly team, I'd definitely check this place out. Okay... I guess I should elaborate a little more for all y'all faithful Yelp readers. I tried a couple of different bagels at Noe Bagel. The sesame and everything bagels are both generously coated, with a beautiful outer crust that has just the right texture. The inside is soft and chewy. It's a classic New York-style bagel that will satisfy even your strongest bagel cravings. The mini bagels maintain that same excellence, just in a smaller form. Because of their size, the crust-to-center ratio gives you more of the micro-blistered snap that I love about bagels. Personally, I'd choose two or three minis over one regular bagel. The cream cheese is also excellent--well-balanced and smooth. My favorite is the blueberry cream cheese. It has just a hint of sweetness that brings out the richness and creaminess of the cheese. And, like many spots in San Francisco, they offer a sourdough bagel. It's quite different from their sourdough bread, but I enjoyed it. If you're visiting, I'd recommend giving it a try. For my everyday go-to, I'd stick with a classic sesame or plain bagel, but Noe Bagel has enough variety to keep things interesting if you want to switch it up regularly. As a bonus, they sell day-old bagels by the bag for $4. You can freeze them, eat them as-is, or repurpose them into bread pudding. You'll end up with an interesting dish thanks to all the different bagel varieties mixed together--but that's part of the fun!
