I went here today to return an expired primer that I had bought on line. And when I dealt with the female at the make up area she was extremely rude about it acting like it bothered her that she had to look for a different one to give me. Talking about how "this shouldn't be on me. It's not my responsibility". And giving me attitude because I didn't want to take something expired to put on my face. In the end I just returned it. Very friendly staff and no issues regarding my account whatsoever. I've noticed the bad reviews about this place and it seems to me that those people don't understand the concept of credit and just want to create issues based on their own ignorance. I was helped by the credit staff who easily explained to me the details of my account end the reason for certain fees. Overall this is a great store and good opportunity to build assets when limited in terms of credit and money. I'll be coming back to purchase some furniture soon read more

They always try to sell you everything in a bundle. Can't find just single items they always try to sell you more than you need and they also sell cheap stuff at really high prices. Also I was told that if I choose to have 0% APR on my purchase they would not report it to the credit unions, that I had to choose a different installment plan in order to build credit. Some of the staff is also pretty rude and some will even argue with you when you show them the same item somewhere else for a lot less. I have since then switched to Best Buy and guess-what? I could get brand name stuff not in a bundle like this store and also cheaper than Curacao and I could choose any installment plan and still build credit. I also got a higher credit line with Best Buy than the ridiculous $600 credit line with Curacao. read more

i was really excited about returning to the Curaçao store and really disappointed that the DVD section has shrunk to almost nothing. I was hoping for Novellas and current movies in Espanol, but there was almost nothing, just some budget classics and a few new movies. Bummer. My husband and I ride so I went in there recently to purchase another GoPro (Hero5) and the accessories. Walking in to this place about 30-40 min in and NOBODY helped us eventually we stopped one of the many workers that passed by us and acted like we werent even there. The woker would "answer" our questions while looking around acting like we were an inconvenience to him and were wasting his time. We thanked him, and before we were even done he walked away. So I grabbed what i was going to purchase and waked to a register, the woman behind the register rolled her eyes as soon as we walked up to her! And said she couldnt help us because it wasnt her sale she walked us back to a different register and they had her wait for about 5-10 mins until we just told her we were done and we left! I bought my sectional living room set and purchased the warranty from Curacao the motor broke since their electrical and once someone came out to take a look at them they said they would be replacing them but they never contacted to make an appointment or anything until I called corporate and they said they no longer carry this model so they will be given me a credit for the total and that someone will contact me from that department since they take cases as they are received and it's been close to one year and no one has contacted me!!! I feel like they are waiting for the warranty to expire since I purchased it for 5 years and I only have 3 years left!! Curacao was not the 1st places to come to mind when shopping. When I walked in for the first time I was pleasantly surprised with the selections they had on EVERYTHING! I was under the impression that it was a Spanish store. I was WRONG. The employees were very helpful and spoke in English because I don't speak Spanish. All the signage was in English (even the music in the background). Not that I have anything against any of that but it can be difficult if you don't understand any of it. I had gone in a couple a times with small purchases. I went it a third time and even opened a credit line with them. The Manager Steven was super helpful and made sure that his employes took care of me. He even check in with me before I left to make sure all my expectations were met.
