We attended Cuts as a group of 8 Friday night (with reservations). It wasn't overly crowded. The staff were friendly , including our waiter who was knowledgeable of the menu and made suggestions. This was one of the worst steakhouses I have been to in a long time. Service, food all were awful. For $600 for a table of 6 I would expect better service and definitely better food. Drinks were weak and charged me for the most expensive tequila. Could nearing get a water or drink refill. The apps were just ok. The escargot was sour not what is was to take like. Shrimp was small and the bourbon bacon is pork belly. Not what I was expecting. Order the 16oz ribeye. It was so chewy, fatty. very thin and rare when I asked for medium. The waiter never came to check so no way to complain. The sides are very small we ordered the family size sides. Foot vegetables were dried out. The pimento Mac and cheese was so gloppy and garlic mashed needed salt. We could not get drinks replenished. The cheesecake was grainy and mushy. I don't know how is even has 3.5 stars. Just amazing. I had a group of seven business colleagues with me from a trade show and we were shunned by a snobby restaurant up the street (even though we had reservations)...their loss, our gain. Cuts is excellent, the staff, the food, ambiance, all amazing. We were able to eat on the patio with minimal wait at 7:30pm. Perfect weather. Most ordered cocktails, a group of us ordered a bottle of Argentine Malbec wine, and an eventually a second. Everyone had steaks 5 Ribeyes had a nice crust at medium rare little more medium than rare, but great flavor with truffle butter on tops. One New York strip, again slightly more medium than rare but the crust and taste made up for it. 1 petite filet, absolutely perfect, medium rare done just right. Sides included a baked potato, asparagus, whipped garlic potatoes, and creamed spinach. The deserts were amazing as well, the table shared a decadent mousse...cake, cheesecake, chocolate mousse, and brownie in a signature dish. A great way to finish a great dinner. Look, there are a lot of pretentious places trying to get your business (or turn it away), take your business here and be super happy. Worth every penny and we will be back. read more

I had the happy coincidence while staying at the downtown Hilton in Atlanta to be recommended to try out Cuts a couple of blocks away. The escargot was a touch over cooked but was very tasty. It's gotten difficult to find a place that doesn't over salt or garlic it. The ahi was perfectly seared and the slaw was very good, nice and vegetables were abundant. We had the rack of lamb - my son devoured it, I had the steak au povair, it was a bit salty but very tender. The strip was juicy and tender, had it with the fries and that was the only thing I didn't like, while crispy they needed salt. Service was wonderful. They were attentive and personable. My family and I celebrated my father's birthday at Cuts Steakhouse on April 12th, 2025. The entire experience was commendable, from making reservations to arriving there for supper. I spoke with Jada about the bookings, and she was very detailed about the restaurant's clothing, outside cake pricing and cutting fees, payment stipulations for one tab if the attendees surpassed five, prerequisites, parking, and other details that I communicated with my group. There were no surprises. The restaurant has a pleasant ambiance. Our servers were Alphonso and Tarik, and both were fantastic! My father is a veteran who has difficulty hearing, and Alphonso has an aunt who has the same issue; he asked Tarik to raise her speaking level when presenting the menu to my father. Pure gold. He did the same thing. Amazing! My father was impressed. The food was delicious!!!! My family and I immediately accepted Alphonso into our family as one of our own, referring to him as a "cousin." We brought a cake in for my father. Ms. Tarik exceeded expectations by presenting him with the cake and adorning it with candles. I could've cried! My family and I were very touched! I enjoy steakhouses and my friend invited me to a gathering so I opted to attend...It was my 1st time here and I really enjoyed myself. The group was about 15 minutes late so I sat at the bar for a while enjoying an old fashioned. I did hear some random convo of the staff the entire time at the bar but I brushed it off but was curious if it was because I sat down. I did find the menu selection comparable to that of other steakhouses in the city however I did find the quality was less. Not less in a bad way as it was still very good but I think that's how they keep their prices more affordable for a steakhouse. For that I give 4 stars! The only bone in option was the cowboy but they had an abundance of other steak options and sides. The sides were smaller than most steakhouses and that may be another reason prices are more economical. In total I had 3 old fashions, bread, some of a friends escargot which was delicious (my 1st time), a rib eye, mashed potatoes and macaroni and cheese. They did forget my salmon appetizer but it may have been a hiccup. It wasn't on the bill and I did get full by the time the food arrived. It was a treat to see the staff around our table smiling and one of the chefs even came out. Another large party was next to ours so it was a busy night for them. I'd visit again for sure.
