    Avoid working with Bill Lindsey at all costs. Working with him has been an absolute nightmare. It has been a several month long process to obtain our vehicle after delivery to the dealership. He VERY rarely would answer the phone and he never once returned a voicemail. I even resorted to leaving a message through their website that was never returned. After outside pressure was put on Bill, I received the one and only call that the vehicle was ready. Apparently it had been sitting outside his office for weeks and upon arrival there was clear damage to the vehicle with scratched plastic and a busted side light cover. A simple check before hand (or notifying me that it could have been picked up a month before) probably could have prevented this. So now I'm waiting over a month again with voicemails not being returned and no notification that it's ready. Finally get through and find out it's ready. Set up a time to come in and the vehicle can't be found for close to two hours. It was parked right in front of the main building. Then keys can't be found. Multiple salesmen looking all over and surprise, they're in Bill's office. As put by one of the other salesmen, Bill needs to retire. It is baffling how this level of performance is accepted by this dealership. I will do everything in my power to ensure that we never do business with this dealership again.

    Oil dripping at work 20 mins after the oil change.

    I brought my 2023 Mach 1 in for an oil change service back on November 2023. Technician left a huge mess to the point when I parked it at work my general manager told me that he thinks my car was leaking oil. Brought it back to have it cleaned immediately. Brian Ayala was very helpful as a service manager to ensure that the mess was cleaned up checking to make sure everything was tightened up. Today I brought it again for it's 2nd oil change. Same results! My HOA is very strict with handing out fines for oil stains in parking spots. I spent 20 mins decreasing the oil left from the oil change on my under tray. Also found the oil filter hatch bent pretty bad. As a former mechanic, Im very OCD with inspecting work after completion. It's extremely unsatisfactory to see a mess after an oil change especially after waiting an hour. The technicians need to have a better understanding that customers pay to have work done properly. Which include cleaning up oil spills made during an oil change. The amount of oil that came out from the rinse at home using a large amount of degreasser is really concerning. See photo attached.

During our conversation, she mentioned that Aidos owned a mechanic shop. This peaked my interest because I had a 2012 Toyota Sienna sitting at another shop for a year, waiting to get diagnosed and repaired for trouble codes 300, 301, and 303. I suspected a head gasket leak between cylinders one and three. After researching, I realized the motor would have to be removed to properly fix it. This is a massive job that requires a lift and about 20 hours of labor. I called four or five other shops, and no one was willing to touch it. Understandable, given the scope of the work involved. When I met Aidos, I asked if his shop could handle a head gasket replacement on a 2012 Sienna. He confidently said yes. I was a little skeptical because he and his wife looked very young, and every other shop had avoided this job like the plague, but he told me to bring it in anytime. I had it towed to Auto Papa the following Monday. At the shop, I met their mechanic, Adil, who also looked young. I began to wonder if they were in over their heads. But we sat down and reviewed labor, parts, and resurfacing costs. The quote was very close to what I expected, maybe a little cheaper. Adil clarified that it was a quote, and they'd know for sure once the motor was out. By Friday, Adil called me with additional issues: both lower control arms were worn and needed to be replaced, which I was actually aware of because the van would clunk after applying the brake and coming to a complete stop, and one CV axle needed to be replaced. I went to the shop to inspect Adil's findings, saw the grease splatter from the torn CV boot, and approved all the repairs. I also requested the engine mounts be replaced since the engine clunked during hard acceleration. Adil said it would be easy with the engine out and only charged me for the mounts. About a week later, I stopped by the shop for an update. Adil said he had replaced the head gasket and reinstalled the motor, but the codes were still there. He explained he would have to remove the engine again and assured me there would be no additional charges for labor. During the second removal, he discovered a cracked cylinder head and a broken valve spring. Amin, the second owner of the shop, stepped in to procure a replacement cylinder head locally, which saved time and shipping costs. I only paid for the new cylinder head itself and they did not charge me any additional labor to fix the issue. After a little less than a week later, my van was done. Overall, it took about a month to get my van back, but the shop kept me informed the entire time, physically showed me all the issues, took the time to explain what was going on and fixed any errors at no additional labor costs. Their quotes were accurate and very reasonable. In my experience, Auto Papa is honest, trustworthy, reasonably priced and truly cares about their work. I would highly recommend them for any auto repair. They also do bodywork, which I plan to use very soon for my daughter's 2009 RX350.

ALL 3 of the employees on the premises avoided me. No one even bothered to look at me. I tried to approach nicely saying excuse me, and all of them don't talk back. They just gesture their hands at me to go away. Like I am seriously shocked... Horrible service. To note, I did go to the office first because I read the sign. But no one was there and I waited with no one coming in to help me. So that is when I tried to ask the employees. I've never been here before so I wasn't sure if someone knew I was waiting since I had no appointment, per the phone call. Well, now I know to never come here.

    Charles is the man! I had never used a mobile repair service before I reached Charles to provide a…read morefix for my headlamp. The brick & mortar shops were all giving me the run around and never could provide me with a quote to address the problem with my headlight. I figured my ballast was bad in the headlight however, it wasn't until Charles pulled the headlight did I see that rain and condensation had ruined the ballast and water literally poured out. The headlight configuration on my car didn't allow Charles to remove and replace the ballast without taking the plastic headlight cover off the car. Factory alterations are something he told me upfront he doesn't do, so we decide the best approach was to get a headlamp unit assembly replacement. Charles had quoted me a flat rate of $300 to replace the ballast which included removing part of the front bumper to access the headlamp unit in my car. Since he couldn't replace the ballast with the new one I provided, he put everything back together, charged me only $200 and told me he would come back out after I got the new headlamp and would only charge me the remainder of $100 on the original quote which I felt was more than fair since he essentially would be doing the same job again. I finally got the new headlamp assembly abut 1.5 weeks later, and texted Charles who immediately acknowledged my message and gave me a day he could come back and finish the job. He actually completed the job within 30-40 minutes and everything worked great, headlight is perfect. I can't say enough about how fair Charles is. He quotes you a flat rate for the services you need. He's a great guy, easy going and doesn't waste time, he gets right to work and gets the job done. I highly recommend him to anyone who needs mobile work at their home or place of business, I know I will be using him again. If you're tired of getting jacked up estimates from one of these shops and feel the inconvenience of having to drive to their place of business, Charles will bring his mobile services to you for a fraction of the cost!
