I didn't ask if they offered it. I liked it. We ordered the Bun Bo Hue ($25) and the Beef Vermicelli Bowl ($22). BBH broth was delicious and had a lot of meat. I added a few scoops of chili oil, a squirt of hoisin, lime, and some basil. The Beef Vermicelli Bowl was very refreshing. Usually, this dish is served with fish sauce elsewhere, but here they use a soy sauce mixture they make themselves. My mom had never tried this version before and loved it! Both dishes were fillinggg we were stuffed to the max. The owner/head chef, Alina, came over to see how things were tasting and we were chatting it up a bit. She told us this is her second restaurant, first being in NYC. It's advertised on the menu that they don't use MSG. Their BBH also didn't have pork knuckle (giò heo) or pork blood (huyết). She makes cleaner versions of Vietnamese cuisine and serves everything fresh. After our meal, we had flan for dessert, in which we learned is also made in house! Perfect way to end our night. This Vietnamese restaurant & bar serves up a selection of pho soup bowls, noodle & rice dishes, banh mi, and appetizers. I stopped in at Royale Kitchen & Bar very recently for dinner and was seated at a high top near the front window. I ordered the Grilled Shrimp Pho ($20 plus tax) since they did not have my first choice House Fried Fish Cake Pho. A plate of bean sprouts, cilantro, & jalapeños was brought out first for the soup. The big bowl of pho arrived very hot, which had wide rice noodles, 8 grilled shrimp with tails & cleaned, mixed of greens in an oily hearty broth. There are chili paste on the table to add to the soup. The flavors of the soup and tender grilled shrimp were good, especially on a single digit evening outside. I finished only half of the hot soup before requesting a plastic container for the rest. After I was all set, the server brought over a Toast handheld unit for card payment. A 15 percent off soft opening discount was applied bringing the total to $18.19 with tax and before tip. Also, the receipt indicated that this pho restaurant is affiliated with Pho 99 in Queens (Rego Park), NY, which has a similar menu as Royale Kitchen.

I couldn't tell if caramelized onions was on it. I feel they make their own cheese because it was fresh and loaded. Breading was fresh and baked perfectly. Cheese pull definitely! It was big enough for an adult and child. It came with marinara sauce and ranch. The ranch was a bit more like tartar sauce in my opinion. The restaurant has long been renovated nicely.
