Five stars indeed! And you can get like 3 meals from one container of food. We bought a few different ones. Chicken &broccoli ziti is amazing, the spaghetti &meatballs too. Lasagna and chicken Parm amazing too! My husband is a fantastic cook, we are constantly disappointed when we eat out, so when we had these dishes, my husband went bananas. That chicken broccoli ziti is so good I could eat it til Im sick. Price is amazing, the sauce didn't make my husband sick. He has IBS, and Diverticulosis. Almost everything makes him sick. There are few foods that compel me to write a review on yelp while I'm eating said food. These raviolis are phenomenal. The cheese ravs are made fresh every day. No matter what else you are buying, leave with a dozen cheese ravs. Prices are great too: I just spent a little over $9 for a dozen large cheese raviolis and a bag of seafood raviolis. The best raviolis you can buy. It is the only place I will ever buy them. They also have delicious pre-made meals that you can pop in the microwave when you're in a pinch and want a good meal. The chicken, broccoli, & ziti is delicious. They also sell pasta sauce in mason jars that is made on site, which is a good alternative to homemade. Spectacular ravioli! Sabella's has been a staple of my family/parents for a long time. I've been blessed to grow up eating awesome, fresh ravioli but I no longer live in the area. I recently tried Sabella's for the first time and it was excellent. We opted for the fresh cheese ravioli and the homemade tomato sauce. The visit was a side trip form our visit to Bianco & Sons Sausages... only about 1 mile from Sabella's. If you are in Revere, make it worth your while and check out the variety of food purveyors. One more thing about Sabella's. We rarely buy tomato sauce (gravy) from a jar. There is nothing like homemade sauce. But Sabella's sauce is terrific when you don't have time to make your own. read more

Sabella's is one of the best things Revere has to offer. They make fantastic marinara sauce, which is like $4 for a giant jar (out of which I generally get three uses). They also have good ravioli, pasta, and fresh ricotta. Plus their prepared foods are delicious and affordable. Short story. Mom who's 87 found this place and raved about the homemade ravioli and compared it to Trio's in the North End circa 1970's. Gotta tell you, we're Italian and my entire family cooks extremely well. Had to agree and was quite impressed that this place still exists in this day and age. Pricing quite reasonable as well.Should be considered a hidden jewel and a neighborhood asset. Lady who assisted me very early on a Sunday morning was very warm, friendly and courteous and fully answered my probing questions about the business with courtesy and a big comforting smile. my sister's husband bought the homemade fusilli noodles for a family dinner, and they were delicious. the pasta is relatively inexpensive, has a distinct homemade taste, and seems made to absorb sauces for full deliciousness. i like that the bags of pasta come in "appropriate" sizes - you can choose to make one bag for 2 people, or multiple if you are having a dinner party. sometimes it feels like a noodle is just a vehicle for sauce, but the best part was how the flavor and texture of the noodles really came through. the fusilli noodles had less of a spiral shape than i am used to, and were instead thick, long, and the sides kind of curled in. the pasta was really doughy, but it was a great balance for the heavy meatballs and sausage that it was served with. read more
