This location doesn't pay attention to detail when filling orders for the drive through. Our family's last 2 visits had items missing from our order when we got home. I ordered the monster burger combo with fries/drink, 2 crispy chicken wrap combos with sweet potato fries/drinks, and an order of chili cheese fries. My order came back with the drinks, chili cheese fries, chicken wraps, and 3 regular fries and no monster burger. The most recent visit we were missing the chicken wrap from a combo. I've never eaten inside, so this may not be a problem with onsite dining. I've also never had this problem when ordering from any of the other locations. They really need to insure that the bags contain all items before bringing them to the vehicles. read more

I used to really enjoy Dairi-o, but the service quality has dropped to an unacceptable level. Three times in a row now they have screwed up my order, and that's just not acceptable. It's not that difficult, and particularly when they're not busy. Big fan of Dairi-o's! Delicious fresh made meals and all the drive-thru efficiency usually accredited to Chikfila. They are always sweet and provide great customer service. I love getting the cheeseburger with chili and a milkshake or if I'm feeling a bit lighter I'll get the jalapeños chicken salad! But you can't really go wrong with this menu. This is the local Chick-fil-A of burger joints. Has its own cult following and delivers every time. Never had an issue with this place or location - the best. Monster Burger taste just like a Whopper but you get to pick your toppings. I love the coleslaw on a burger. When a crazy lady started harassing me in the car line (honking, cussing with the windows down) attempting to get out of the line even though there was clearly no room, the employees did absolutely nothing to intervene,EVEN WHEN SHE ATTEMPTED TO BACK INTO MY CAR! Got to eat in the dining room here! Was a great stop while we were checking out some properties in beautiful Clemmons. I love how clean and crisp the city looks. We ordered a free hot dogs and got them All the Way ( as a friend who grew up in a NC suggested we do) and also got their chili fries. Everything was soooooo good!!! Overall I am a Dairi-O's fan! This location is super bright, spacious, and modern. They really thought about the details when they were building it. Since this location is right off of 40 I think it is the location that take me the least amount of time to get to. I wish the menu was a bit clearer, but maybe that is just me. I wasn't sure if the monster burger came with all sorts of toppings already or if you added them on. I didn't see a list of toppings anywhere. I just went for the basic toppings and it was a good fast casual burger. The fries are crinkle cut, they were hot and fresh when I got them so although they aren't my favorite they were plenty tasty. They have a wide ice scream selection for shakes or desserts. I went with a good old chocolate shake and you get the choice between soft serve or hard ice cream. I appreciated the options! I have no problems with the food. My problem is the noise. The acoustics in the building are terrible. It can be very loud (depending on the number of people inside, of course). Even worse is the intercom system used to let people know their orders are ready. It's VERY loud, and you cannot engage in conversation without yelling. Food is always HOT cause it is cooked to order. Love the fries. Stop in Dairi-O's a lot but more during the summer months. This place is always full of people and so is the parking lot. I am so glad that they made the parking lot bigger so that way it will be easier to get out of it. Burgers are always on point, fries are always hot. I will always go back here for food. read more

Lack of stars is due to the service. Waited quite awhile before making it to a cashier to take my order. She looked everywhere but at me as I was placing my order. Been awhile since I have been to this location. Fast, accurate, and delicious. The hot dogs are easily the best in town. I love they are these massive messy things. Most places the bum is falling apart because of the slaw and the chili is piled high and all I've the place. They put just the right amount. I usually ask for bbq slaw instead if white slaw, but if I forget to change it the original is great too. I love the wings but won't order them via the drive thru as I typically have to wait. Otherwise burgers and hot dogs are fairly quick out. Staff are very friendly and make you feel welcome with smiles, sure thing attitude, and always willing to do what they can to make you happy. The crinkle fries are my all time favorite, always cooked just right golden crunch on the outside but not burnt. I love them with malt vinegar, ketchup, or the ranch. read more

My husband and I come a couple of times a month for burgers, fries, and ice cream. We've never had an order wrong and never struggled to find a place to sit. Also, the restaurant is always clean and stocked with condiments and napkins which is not easy considering how busy it is! My wife brought home ice cream sundaes from this place a while back which was fine, but this place was not really on my radar of places to try. I went to the drive thru last night at my wife's request, and I was pleasantly surprised at the quality of the food we got. For fast food, it was really good. I got a basic cheeseburger with fries and onion rings, as well as some wings to try. I had to wait 7 minutes for the wings to finish, so that slowed down the idea of fast food in this case. All of the food did come hot and fresh, however. The burger tasted much fresher than a typical fast food burger, and really I can say the same for the fries and everything else. The service was friendly at the drive thru as well. My only complaint is the sauce was thin and weak on the wings, but I was still impressed for the quality of all of the food coming from a fast food drive thru. I also felt the price was decent too. We got a lot of food for $35. I probably wouldn't get the wings again, but I have had worse. I can say that I would get the burger, fries, and onion rings again, and that I will try some other menu items as well. read more
