Very nice waiting area and 'free' Christian Brothers branded water bottles. Most people understand 'free' things are not actually free . . . that includes the water bottles and 'free' courtesy shuttles. I took my 2010 Mustang there to have the rear brakes repaired - due to a frozen caliper. The 'Diagnostic Test' was $165, which I paid and then took my car out of there as fast as I could. The cost quoted for repair was ludicrous, so I asked if I could supply the parts (I am a former Auto Parts Manager, so am comfortable with this) - they said sure - the quote for just the labor . . . $631.91. Note - the book time for this is 1-1.5 hours. I declined and took it to another shop . . . $280 for labor and that is where the work was done. As mentioned in some other reviews, the 'free' (there's that word again) 'courtesy inspection' came up with every conceivable 'flush/fill' and things like Spark Plug replacement ("due to age of vehicle") even though I replaced them myself a month ago. Total for all the 'courtesy inspection' items . . . ready . . . ready . . . $8,255.59. How about a few more examples: Replace License Plate Light Bulb ($74.50) - I actually just took care of this myself before sitting to write this review ($15 for the pair and about 10 minutes taking my time), Replace Front Struts (parts cost $250 and labor book time 1.2 to 1.6 hours for both sides) . . . $1,456.38. Replace Cabin Air Filter (part cost $15 - labor book time 0.2 to 0.3 hours or 10-15 minutes) . . . $132. Replace valve cover gaskets (part cost $20, labor time 1.5 to 2.5 hours) . . . $632.20. You get the idea. Outrageous pricing . . . but the 'free' bottle of ice-cold water was excellent!

However my car suffered from this place so i had taken my car to another repair shop but because of the costs i didnt want to pay 12k so speedys actually towed the car for me to their shop and said the could do it for damn near half of the other shop price. I paid roughly 6-7k to obtain a used engine with 32k miles on it . Took a while but i didnt want to rish them since it was a big job. They also replaced my catalytic converters for like 1500$ I should have just spent the 12k with theother shop because after taking it back to speedys three times because my coolant alert kept popping up and it was literally draining out of the car. I knew something was wrong . They said they didnt see anything only for the car to begin blowing out a bunch of smoke from under the engine and the check engine light came on. I literally spent an additional 8k to fix what this place messed up. I should have reported this place to the attorney general's office since the other shop stated everything wasn't even in spec . As a place that does emissions i could have had the shut down but only because they were nice i didn't make the call. I should have taken it to court but again they can read about it here on this review . Two weeks later, a third-party inspector approved the work. The repair was completed on Jan 23, 2026, but the shop refuses to submit required documentation (PDF invoices, mileage verification, business license) to the warranty company. The owner stated it may take 1-2 months because he does not handle paperwork and suggested I pressure the warranty company, which is unacceptable and unlawful. The shop is withholding my vehicle, leaving me without transportation in hazardous winter conditions. I have observed the owner driving my truck without permission, which may constitute theft and unauthorized use under Va. Code §§ 18.2-102, 18.2-102.1, and civil conversion under Va. Code § 8.01-234. I have sent multiple complaints, written requests, and legal inquiries, all ignored. This behavior is deliberate, obstructive, and in bad faith, violating both warranty obligations and Virginia law. I request immediate BBB intervention to: Ensure the shop submits all required documentation to the warranty company. Secure the immediate return of my vehicle. Ensure the shop acknowledges legal and civil responsibilities, including potential criminal and civil liability. Now I usually change my own windshield wipers. Buy them from Costco,, remove the old ones, install the new ones and throw the old ones in the garbage. Aarrow charge me $63 to do this. When I spoke with a guy at Aarrow, I think it was Emanuel, and asked him how they could charge $63 to replace my windshield wipers, he stumbled with his words and then silence. I don't even wanna think how much I was overcharged for the oil change. I also came to find out that they offer $20 off for new customers. There was not a mention of this.. if you decide to take your car to Aarrow scrutinize every charge. Question everything.
