I ordered the hot level chicken (not super hot or reaper because I want to try the basics first) and when I got it, it was extremely salty. I'm not sure if that's the recipe or the cook didn't check the seasoning portion. I didn't get heat, just saltiness! The fries and their sauce were good though. read more

To compare Clydes is very dry and not as tasty where as Dave's was very crispy on the outside and very juicy and tender on the inside! Walked in here with high expectations as my kids been hyping this place up. Walking into the restaurant we were greeted nicely by the entire staff as it was the soft opening. Ordering our food was fairly easy as the menu is small. I opted for the #3 which comes with a chicken slider and a tender w/fries. There seemed to be an issue at payment due to their system, apparently they said the transaction didn't go through, although I checked my mobile bank app and the charge was on there. Nonetheless, I showed them my phone that the transaction was there so they gave me my order number and receipt. After all that I filled up my drink and choose a table to sit at. 5 minutes went by, 10 minutes went by, 15 minutes went by and I started to notice people who ordered after me were getting their food before me. I patiently waited another 10 minutes and I started to notice all the managers look at me as if they were wondering what happened to my food. After sometime finally someone came up to and asked what my order # was, I showed them my receipt and went into the kitchen. She came back explaining there was a mistake on their end and that they would comp my order. Nice gesture but by the time I got my food the experience was ruined.
