We came in around 10pm on Sunday and Kealani took our order she was so sweet and patient with us (my 10 year old kept changing his order ‍) food came out timely and as always hit the spot. If you're ever in the area, visit this location! It's very big, very open, new and clean! Great for the whole family, friends, or just by yourself! The staff is friendly and the food was amazing! We came here 2 days in a row because we were staying near the area. My friend's slider was missing the slaw and the manager not only fixed the problem right away but actually even came over to say hello and thank us for our patronage. Beware!! Been to this location a few times and each time it gets worse! Food is solid but service was lackluster each time I pulled up after the first few times coming here. Went on opening day and thought I'd test their set up. I was daring and ordered through their app which can be dicey on an opening day. Dave's hit the target perfectly. Drive there, walked in, waited about 30 seconds and was handed my food. Got home and chowed down. Food was great. Can't wait to go back! read more

Friendly staff but was so disappointed. Expect to wait a little. My daughter has been on a mission to try every spicy chicken sandwich she can get her hands on and we had high hopes for this one. The seasoning is too sweet and is very paprika forward. My daughter didn't even eat all of it which was unusual. So far Jack n the box is still her top spicy chicken sandwich. Where do I start. I was so excited to try this for the first time. The 'HOT' chicken, inedible. I love spice, don't get me wrong, but this, too hot to even consider it flavor. The 'Dave's sauce' was ok, but let's face it, I can't just eat sauce. The mac-n-cheese needs a recipe revisit. Dare I say this, but...I might take the blue box over this stuff. And the kale slaw, beautiful in color but minimal flavor. I tried to hit it with the salt & pepper duo, but still, meh. Came here for the first time busy for being so early, was hard to hear with it being so busy. Cashier was nice and helpful didn't have to wait 15 minutes. Manager was going around making sure everything is okay. Everyone very nice and attentive. Food was great! read more

Pretty good chicken and as flavor is decent. It didn't feel undercooked like Canes usually does. The dry rub coating is very dry, so the special sauce helps it go down. A little pricey for the meal, considering it doesn't come with a drink. Fries were good consistency but way too salty, couldn't finish them (and I ALWAYS finish fries). Also it may have been because it was at 7pm on a Sunday, but it was completely empty and FREEZING, like walk into the Costco cooler freezing. Ended up taking it to go. read more

Okay - I never knew this chain was Halal! Very cool to learn that piece of information. The chicken has a lot of paprika and way too much dry rub. I could not eat it. Indoor art is fun. Speaker system does not sound good and there is a lot of echo inside. No drive up. There is outdoor seating too. I'm not sure why they are asking for a tip when paying. You have to get your own drink and go to counter to pick up the food. In addition they hand out a buzzer to notify you when the food is ready. Cold slice of white bread served with tenders. Pickles are good. Nice staff up front when entering. Over $30 for 2 meal combos and no drinks included. Final decision - not for me. read more

The place is very new and clean but the food isn't that good. We're the only one here when we ordered and it still took a bit to get our food. When we did get the food it was cold--both the fries and chicken. The chicken is also dry but it does have a good amount of seasoning. DELIVERY SERVICE SCAM! So, the food is excellent; however, I ordered from door dash, & I only received a part of my order. I asked the delivery driver about the order, & she stated that she asked the restaurant if there should be 2 bags, & the restaurant told her no. Odd. She told us to contact the restaurant; instead, I contacted door dash, received an instant credit, & re-ordered the items for pick up. Upon arrival, a cook appeared to know something after I gave my name for the order (if you know what I mean). I told the cashier what happened just as an FYI. After leaving, I also called the restaurant & asked to speak with a manager who acted as if he didn't know what I was talking about until I asked for an email address to further address my concerns. I don't know what happened...but there appears to be a door dash/delivery service scam going on here. read more

I was incredibly surprised at how stellar the sliders were I'm so used to mini portions when I order any " slider". Adding the American cheese was a good choice.
