I paid $2.85 extra for each Padina. I called in and asked if they could make sure that they use the grilled chicken instead of the deli meat. This has never been an issue in two years. The woman I spoke with, I think her name was VEE, made it a cumbersome process to try to charge me another $5 for the grilled chicken. While I understand this chicken is more expensive and I have paid the additional fee in the past, she made the process very cumbersome, all while dealing with a crying baby. I might've spent $1000 here over the years, and I told her that this might be my last time ordering given this experience. Her exact comments back was, "OK no worries." So in the future, I'll never order again and you've lost me as a customer. Congrats. You made $5 more. And lost hundreds in the process.
