DB plumbing did a great job at my home, our water pressure was very low. They clean(unclogged) the affected features like shower, tub, bathroom faucet, kitchen faucet from all the clogged stuff and the water pressure is running great now! 3 years ago my Realtor, Kay Lee @ Lee and Perrin Real Estate referred me to Don at DB plumbing. My wife purchased an older townhouse before we met and the place had a number of different plumbing issues that were really beyond my level of expertise. Hiring a plumber to do anything is a scary thought. So I searched and found DB Plumbing. I called and the lady said they would be at my house between 3 and 5 PM. I picked them because they are in my neighborhood and they have good reviews on yelp. Mike and Corbin arrived at a little past 4.15. I showed them my clogged sink and they went to work right away. They were the nicest plumbers I have had to deal with. They cleaned out my drain very quickly, gave me a tip or two, answered all my questions, And in twenty minutes, they had cleaned up and left the house. I had to call the office and pay by credit card. I have been putting off getting some other plumbing repairs done and plan on calling them out to fix those issues as well. I had just had a home inspection done and called DB on a Monday evening to come give me an estimate for some needed plumbing repairs. We set a time for two days later. Literally five minutes after the call I heard water running but no water should have been running - uh oh - I called back and asked if there was any way they could come RIGHT NOW? They were amazing. They showed up after hours that night, after their last appointment, diagnosed a slab leak, and replaced my water shutoff valve so I could sleep knowing my house wasn't flooding. They also made an appointment for leak detection for the next day, and gave me an estimate for the possible slab leak repair and/or repipe. Did I mention that the service call and valve replacement were FREE? Today they came out, repiped around my leaky slab with Pex, and gave me a very reasonable price!!! These guys are fantastic. I had 2 water leaks to address and DB team diagnosed the 1st leak in the bathroom and had a quick and immediate fix. My 2nd one showed water leaking out from the wall on the front porch which is behind where the kitchen sink is. DB team took their time with care and consideration to find the leak all while continuously communicating the process with me. DB fixed the problem by digging under the wall on the porch and all without having to take the brick off the front of the house! I was recommended by my very handy brother when my toilet was leaking. They came the same day I called and fixed it. Few weeks later, I heard a gurgling from my sink and assumed there was a pipe leak. Once again, I called them right away and they arrived the same day. It was over 90 degrees outside and there were no complaints. They told me that my faucet was linked to my AC and their service was free of charge. Love the service! Not to mention one of the pipes that connected the whole mess together under the sink was barely hanging on, so he was kind enough to fix that while he was here. He was courteous, friendly, and cleaned up almost the entire mess "WE" made, and believe me, I was not looking forward to tackling that task!
